Belmont Village

This is a outstanding community. The staff is always very helpful. I like that my parents feel like they are free to feel like. The staff does meet all the needs that we are requiring for both of my parents. I like that they are active with everything so that they are not just sitting in a chair. I can not say enough good about the care and the staff. I have highly recommended this community to others for the best care for there loved ones.

Perfect! Loved the 'apartment with services and support' attitude and approach. Location so my mother can drive there easily. Facilities appear clean, fresh...food (menu) appears diverse...loved the programs/classes/activities.

We really liked this community , but my mother in law wanted to stay in Santa Fe . This community had a good program in place and very attentive for my moms care and needs. This would of been a good fit for my mother in law. The food seemed to be good. We spoke with the activity director that had a wellness program that would of been great for her. I know families would like the care and value here.

We toured this community 2 times. Marita is very accomodating. Very nice. They are very big on veterans here, which is wonderful. Love the sitting areas outside rooms.

It took a lot of work to get my husband settled in but he is doing pretty well now. He likes the meals and is happy with they way they make and season the meals. My husband is involved with everything for activities. The community is clean and his room is maintained by housekeeping. The staff are excellent with keeping him safe and providing the care.

The staff are friendly, understanding and in touch with each of the residents. They offer good tasting good quality food. They have daily activities from 9 to 4 or 5. I would recommend this clean community.

I have good interactions with the staff at Belmont. The food is ok. The community is clean and well taken care of. They have quite a lot of activities. They offer different levels of care.

My mother is settling well into this community. I know she is safe and in good hands at this community. They have a lovely staff, they are friendly and very helpful. There are plenty of activities available for the residents. I've some of the meals, and the food is good. The community looks nice, they do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. Overall they are providing her with good care. I would recommend this community, it has worked out very well for us.

I am very pleased with the care this community has provided my loved one. The memory care team has done an excellent job at making sure my mom is involved in the different activities and techniques they offer throughout the day to help with improvements on her memory. I have no complaints and would recommend this place.

Everyone at this community feels like family, both the residents and the staff are all so welcoming and have had made my loved one feel right at home. They have an awesome memory care unit and a great administration team. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of additional care.

The people here have been fantastic with my loved one. They have taken such good care of my loved one that I can hardly tell who they are now. My loved one has gone back to their old self again. The food is fabulous and they are always going on outings. I love that the community is so bright and fresh.

Wish I could give Belmont 100 stars. My dad loves it there. Every staff member is kind, caring,and goes out of their way to help me. My dad always looks clean and well cared for. Much better than the care he was getting at home. My dad sleeps less and really enjoys all the activities. (Especially happy hour) I will always be greatful to a place for mom for recommending Belmont village

My Mom has been living at Belmont for 3 years. Everyone has been beyond wonderful. She feels safe and well cared for. The staff is amazing. All kinds of activities, outings and special events (cook-outs, Casino nights). Her memory is starting to get a bit off, so the PALS check on her all the time. Cindy (activities director) is amazing and encourages her to go on outings and daily activities. Tammy and Ed (Drivers), take her for rides, which she loves to do. All the staff in the nursing station, knows her meds and keeps track of her issues. They do a fantastic job keeping me informed, as I live 1600 miles away. The wellness staff keeps her active with physical and occupational therapy. She loves Angel! Dining room is exceptionally good. The wait staff knows what she likes and when she can't decide, they choose for her. I cant say enough good things about the staff and facility. It is on the expensive side, but the peace of mind knowing she is safe, has the help she needs, and is participating in life at 96 is worth it.

My mother has been a resident at this facility for a year and a half. I highly recommend Belmont Village Geneva Road. They provide excellent medical and emotional care for my mother. All of the personnel are very kind. The facility is always very clean, bright, warm and inviting. My mother likes living here, always says how everyone is so nice to her. She is safe and receives excellent care.

So Far the transition is going well for my mother with her move to this community. It is a nice looking community, they do a good job keeping everything nice and clean. They have a great staff here, they have been very helpful and kind. There are activities offered. She is very pleased with the meals. We know she is safe and being cared for very well here. This is a good safe place, and I would recommend it.

Nice place; will definitely keep in mind and continue to keep in contact for availability memory care units at either san jose or sunnyvale facilities

I can not say enough about how much we like this community. Mom is making new friends. The staff are helpful and there is good communication. The food is healthy and tastes good. They offer a lot of daily activities. I would recommend this community.

We called Belmont Village after it was clear Mom needed more structure, a smaller environment and a facility focused on memory care. She has been there about a month. We moved her from a Brookdale facility... This is a wonderful place with very knowledgeable staff--from the marketing folks, to management and the nursing director. The nurses are always responsive when we call with questions or ask to review her medications. Small, home-like, studio or one BR apartments with different levels of assistance. Most of the staff has been there 8-10 years and they are well-trained for seniors with memory issues, dementia. Good activities and memory related games. Not inexpensive but fairly priced for the expertise and level of service. Would highly recommend if you have a parent/ family member with memory issues. We finally feel comfortable that Mom is well taken care of--and they support us as well.

The staff at Belmont Village Hollywood went above and beyond to assist me in preparing to have my loved one move to Belmont Village Hollywood. Then they made a very difficult transition work for my loved one. Even though my loved one has only been there 4 days, I cannot say enough good things about Belmont Village Hollywood and I would highly recommend it. The location in Hollywood was not ideal for me, but the programs they offer and the caring excellent staff make the drive well worth it.

I moved my Mother from Memphis. When I went to explore facilities in the Nashville area, the moment I walked into Belmont Village I knew this where Mother needed to be. It was light and airy, extremely clean, fresh smelling, and the staff was delightful and especially knowledgeable of how to care for a dementia patient!!!! Mother has been at Belmont for a week now, I have seen a VAST improvement. She is more engaged, lively, and more like her old self as much as that is possible with dementia. Make sure to put Belmont Village on your list to explore facilities for your loved one.
