This community is building and working to get better every day.

My mother-in-law is very happy at Belmont Village. The staff is so kind and friendly. It is a little smaller than some other places we visited. I think this gives a more homey feel. There are activities every day so she never gets bored. They encourage family to come and visit. The food is fantastic! So far, our experience has been great.

New place. Very clean. Saw a well attended class. Residents and staff we ran into were greeted by name. I liked the activities and the menu options. This is definitely our my list for mom.

I have been so impressed with Belmont Village Lincoln Park since the moment I stepped in the doors. The decor is beautiful and serene and the neighborhood is one of the best in the city. The concierge is engaging and remembers names. The administrative staff is also fabulous! They are out of theirs offices present in the community (not always common in this type of facility). The staff actively listen to the residents suggests and needs and work to implement any suggested changes or additions. The health care staff are so pleasant, know the residents needs, and knowledgable on medications and treatment options. I am in the healthcare business, a nurse who has worked in a senior living community. I assessed this place with a critical eye when my friend first looked at Belmont Village. I was so pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was. This place is wonderful and since the doors opened in August 2019 it has felt warm and inviting, like a true home. I highly recommend Belmont Village Lincoln Park. And the food is very good!

To be a beautiful facility in March. Looking for a memory skilled program and they. will have it. Tiered. levels in this area whicn we liked.

Absolutely beautiful facility. Very impressed with the programs for dementia, but it is big and a bit too fancy for my Dad's taste. However, the staff at this location has continued to be very helpful and kind. If it were me, I'd go there without reservations!

My mother, who has Alzheimer's, stayed at Belmont Village for a 30-day respite visit from [date removed] through [date removed] of 2019. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The facility is clean and comfortable. Activities are offered every day for the residents. This was a trial basis for my mom, as she wasn't sure if she was ready to live in a senior living community. After the 30 days were up, my mother returned home. My siblings and I disagreed about this decision. They thought that she wasn't ready for 24/7 care. They all thought it was too expensive. I believe that she does need that care. As I was outnumbered 3 against 1, they brought her back home. For the last month, my siblings have cut off all communication with me. This past Saturday, I spoke to my mom, and my siblings had a meeting last week to hire an in-home care worker to come to my Mom's house a couple days a week to help her out. I was not invited to this meeting nor has any of them contacted me to let me know what is going on.

Great facility, seems very well-run and clean and we noticed a good amount of staff which seems nice to help with all the residents. Did not get to taste the food, but will do so on another visit, as it did seem like a nice selection.

Beautiful facility. Nice for residents who want activities and are social. Great dining room with menus, restaurant feel. Very expensive.

I have been here about a month and during that time everyone has made me feel welcome. The help I was given during my move in and moving rooms was amazing. All my meals are fantastic, the staff really do work hard to cater for all people's desires. [Name removed] and his team are outstanding providing all the help I need. I could not wish for a better place.

I really like Belmont Village

I can’t say enough nice things about Belmont. They were absolutely wonderful to my husband and myself. Even though we were only there for about a month before my husband passed away, they made every effort to make him as comfortable as possible. Everyone cared for him and did their best. Management couldn’t have been more supportive. It was a great community, small and very friendly. [Name removed] will forever be in my heart. She was the sweetest. [Name removed] was wonderful also. Many thanks to [name removed] for allowing us to be a part of the Belmont community.

This facility is a lovely place when managing your own home is no longer an option. The facilities are lovely, spacious, bright, and cheerful. The rooms are nicely updated with granite counters, warm grey and white walls and vinyl wood floors. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is wonderful with a large selection of items to choose from. The waiters and waitresses are very good at remembering residents names and their food preferences. There are loads of outings and entertainment on the premises, including a swimming pool, and a bbq area. There are exercise facilities available. It is very much like being on a cruise ship without the waves! I feel the staff here is very caring and do the best they can to keep everyone happy.

Our family was extremely fortunate to find Belmont Village as we were looking for a place for end of life care for a parent. From the start, the administration was amazing! We needed a place with very short notice, and they truly worked together, and with us to welcome our loved one the very next day. They were upfront, honest, professional, and very helpful as we navigated senior, end of life care. Belmont Village is cheerful, inviting, active, clean, well staffed and most importantly accommodating to each resident’s individual’s needs. We could not have asked for kinder or more competent caregivers for our dad, and they took good care of grieving family as well! We highly recommend Belmont Village, and know they offer care for seniors needing varying level of support. Because of our needs, we did not participate in the many activities they offer, or enjoy their dining room, but the residents we spoke with all seemed so happy there, and it’s such a beautiful places as well!. After visiting so many other places in the area, we know we found the best possible place. They say it takes a village, and at Belmont Village it is the people working together who do make the difference!

I was very impressed with the entire experience. I was warmly welcomed, given a complete tour of the facility, met with a new resident who gave his experience and had a sit-down to discuss mother’s abilities, interests, routine, etc. Love the idea of resident PALS. I felt so confident in their ability to serve my mothers needs. The facility is clean, welcoming and the staff I met were truly dedicated to their purpose. I left feeling confident in my descision.

Has the look and feel of a little leafy village community, and the residents I met were relaxed and happy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The apartment floor plans were a good size, and simple but cheerful, and there were also a few spacious cottages. Nice library area, and a homely fire side sitting room, a gym for fitness and garden paths for outside walking. Large dining room with a lot of good menu choices. It is a calm and gentle place with caring people.

Belmont Village delivers a product that is above the competition. My father was a resident at a competitor facility for 2 years. I have toured 4 other facilities in the area and the physical design is smart, recognising some of the mobility issues of senors. The food offerings gave you options for tasty grab and go food or a sit down restaurant style meal....The staff are exceptional....never seen so many hugs between staff and residents. My mother resides at Belmont for a short term Respite Stay recovery from a broken ankle....the furnishings provided by Belmont are top notch. The facility is modern in design with lots of light, open seating area in hallways. The Executive Director helps break the Concierge for lunch breaks.....gets to touch Residents and Family Members on a daily basis....true hospitality!
