Belmont Village

All personnel at Bellmont is most friendly and willing to be helpful. Fulfilling menu selections (while in isolation) has been a problem - not a problem in the future.

First of all i will start with the facility. This facility is 5 stars. No expense has been spared on this beautiful building. Next, the food is outstanding! Lots of options. Finally, the most important component, the staff! The staff here at Belmont Village Ft. Lauderdale is extremely friendly, caring and competent!! I cannot say enough good things about them.

Excellent memory care people! Lots of activities and music provided... keeps Mom happy! Quiet, clean and the food is quite good. She feels safe and I feel safe. Thanks!

We were very pleased with our experience with Belmont Village. We were trying to get our mother moved into assisted living during the middle of the pandemic. The team at Belmont Village was very helpful and made the move very easy for us. The amount of communication they had with us was great. All of the nursing staff and aids we came into contact with were friendly and took great care of our mother.

My favorite part about the facility was the welcoming staff, they made us feel very comfortable upon arrival. They were able to take my mother in law who had very little mobility and had a lot of experience with Parkinson's which is what she had.

I did a virtual tour with [name removed] on Friday [date removed]. Nice room sizes available. Great facility with many extras. [Name removed] put together a complete tour for me.

I am really happy with my father's care. I think the staff are available and open to working along side of families and residents. it can be as much of a team effort as you make. They really welcome and appreciate family involvement. The communication is very open. We chose this community becauseof its location, I loved the memory care and they were very flexible. The memory care program is brilliant. The staff love my dad and he engages with them He is very well cared for, healthy, and stable since moving there.

With time on my hands due to this unusual time of separation for our safety, I would like to voice my opinion on my stay at Belmont Village. I was one of the first residents at Belmont Village Lincoln Park. Despite not all of the programs running, the staff made a great effort to make the other resident and me feel welcome and cared for. In fact the PALs were wonderful and are still here today. Says plenty for management. The activities, such as Tai Chi (now on zoom) game days, and wine and cheese day Thursday with dancing, then 6 feet apart now brought our rooms, have led to a sense of community, and I try to take part in all of them. The meals are delicious and sometimes my daughter and her husband came for dinner, they didn't have to cook. I am happy I made the big decision to move from the west coast to be closer to family. Belmont Village has a positive combination of activity, social connection, and assistance. Have to say due to our restrictions, have learned how to use zoom, learned about the lectures that our activity director has found online from music art appreciation to visiting a baseball Museum.

Wednesday was a good day! I Face Timed my husband, he was in a great mood, he'd had his hair cut (I think he knew he looked good). We had an up conversation and all of a sudden he said I have to go, I'll talk to you later and he left. I can't say how great I felt that he was too busy and happy to talk on the phone. Belmont Lincoln Park isn't like any other places I looked.. It's lovely, modern, and my husband has the dignity living there that would make him proud. P.S. After Covid I sure hope we get back the Thursday night cocktail party!

Belmont Village is a pristine community and was always very clean. The staff constantly wore gloves and washed their hands. Everyone on staff was super friendly as well. We feel like we got lucky with this community! They are on the expensive side, however it was definitely worth the price. They have a lot of outings like going to the movies available for the residents to participate in. The care giving and nursing staff were excellent. It is truly a wonderful place to put your aging loved ones.

The best thing about Belmont Village is the staff and the residents there. The people who live there love it, therefore, they are happy people which really makes it an enjoyable place to be. Their recommended resources such as hospice, home health, and sitter services, were all wonderful. The staff and the resource staff can be trusted. We chose the community because the location was close to family and my sister's doctors. Also, my sister's friend lived there so she visited there before and felt comfortable there. They allow you to decorate your apartment however you wish which made it feel very homelike. The food was exceptional there. My sister always felt in was excellent and not institutional like at all.

The staff at Belmont Village is very friendly. The community is more expensive than other communities in the area, however the amenities and the location make up for the price. They also offer activities on and off-site. The meals on-site were very good, however the food service was a little slow.

My mom moved into Belmont Village Lincoln Park in February. They were very helpful during the entire process and have made every effort to keep us in touch with mom through these strange times.

My husband was among the first residents in the memory care floor at Belmont Village. It is a beautiful 5-star facility, it's clean and the food is plentiful and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

BL-LP staff are wonderful, cheerful, and caring. It feels like a real community of resident, both assisted living and the neighborhood (memory care). Thursday Happy Hours bring everyone together.

My dad has lived at Belmont Village LP since they opened and we have been so impressed with the care he (and our family!) has received. They've gone out of their way to care for him as an individual, adapting to different needs and a changing situation. He feels heard, valued, and like he has a voice in his own care. The spaces, public and private, are new, clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. We get regular updates from the staff and they have taken the time to know us, too. Their response to Covid-19 has been exceptional and I am so grateful that he is safe and as comfortable as he can be with new restrictions in place. For families in the city, the location and indoor parking can't be beat!

Our family has found Belmont to be a warm, caring, well-run, highly professional environment. Our mother was extremely reluctant to move. She now regularly says it is the best decisions she ever made. She loves her space, and enjoys the people she has met. We have been very impressed by the way the facility has dealt with COVID19, balancing very strict health protocols with activities and services to keep isolation at bay. It is in a great location, has outdoor space, is full of light and air. We could not have made a better choice.

We absolutely love Belmont Village Lincoln Park, and my parents are very happy there. It is wonderful to see them engaged in activities that they had not participated in for years, if ever. I’ve been especially impressed with how they’ve kept in touch with us during covid and how they were on top of protecting the residents before the danger resonated with me. During quarantine I’ve seen them work even harder to connect families with residents in an unprecedented time: sending pictures of my mom enjoying Milkshake Monday and my dad doing tai chi! It was hard for my parents to sell their house and make the move to assisted living, but they and we are extremely grateful for the caring staff and the thoughtfulness we see at Belmont Village.

My mother moved in to assisted living in Belmont Village Lincoln Park in January. It was a hard decision as she is fiercely independent. We worried how she would handle it. But from Day one she was so happy, and relaxed in a way we had not seen in a long time. The people and caregivers are wonderful, the building is beautiful and the food is very good. They make great efforts to engage the residents in interesting activities and build camaraderie amongst them all. Then Covid came. We are even more grateful that she is in good hands. And she remains happy and glad she is there. Our family highly recommends Belmont Village Lincoln Park
