Outstanding team and facility, would recommend highly!

We are very happy with Belmont Village Glenview. When you walk in, it is beautiful. Very clean and immaculate and we had a great first impression. We chose this facility because of the proximity, they were a little more flexible and accommodating, and I felt like they were better equipped for people who are end of life. She gets a lot of personalized one on one care. The room she has is very comfortable, they do have all different sizes of rooms based off of your needs. The staff here are AMAZING. I really feel like they genuinely care about what they are doing. I would highly recommend.

I thought Belmont Village Geneva Road was kind and helpful. My loved one liked being at Belmont Village Geneva Road. The staff were responsive to any questions or concerns I had about my loved one.

My brother was a resident here for 2 years after experiencing an accident which left him in a wheelchair. He received wonderful care in a lovely environment. His private room, although small, had everything he needed. The PALS were so helpful in getting him to meals, activities, and anywhere else he needed to go. The grounds are beautiful with a swimming pool and outside areas where you can visit with family and friends. The food was really good. I was able to go to lunch there with him at least once a week. They ordered off menus and the waiters were really good about knowing about each residents preferences. The medical staff always kept me apprised of any changes they noticed in my brother's health. The rest of the staff always seemed to busy and they were always friendly. I would highly recommend Belmont Village to anyone looking for an alternative setting for their loved one.

When we had to make the decision that it was time to find our parents a care facility, I was nervous about the type of place where they would end up. Thank God we found Belmont Village West Lake Hills. When mom passed we decided to move dad to]website address removed] because of his worsening Alzheimer's. Both did a great job with my parents. The caregivers were great both here and at [community name removed] and we're so grateful for the wonderful care you all provided for my parents. It did my heart good to see them well cared for. Thank you!!

I would tell others that the staff are very kind, and most of them have been there long term. The community is well maintained, decor is pretty, and it is home like feel. Our loved one is comfortable here.

My close friend moved here recently and I just talked with her a little bit ago. She is just so happy! She said the staff is so kind and the men are so smart (other residents) and she's hardly ever in her room because she is so busy! She said she should have moved there a long time ago. Just thought you would like to know. Thanks so much for your help in making this transition for her. It just warms my heart to hear how happy she is.

The community itself was always clean and well kept. We were able to eat a meal there once and the food was very good. They also seemed to offer a good amount of activities for the to participate in. Everyone there took great care of her, they were all very attentive and we think it was well worth it. The staff at Belmont Village, Lincoln Park is outstanding. I know my brother is in good hands. It's a relief to have found such a wonderful facility.

I was blown away when we first walked in. The place is beautiful! Absolutely everyone we encountered made eye contact, greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Imagining my dad living there felt natural. They took the time to answer all my questions and showed us around. I was able to see some of the residents, and everyone was cheerful and friendly. I was able to overhear some of the staff interacting with the residents. The staff was friendly, professional, and respectful with everyone. It felt like an everyone knows everyone community, because it seemed like everyone we passed knew we were new there. Everyone took the time to greet both me and my father. There was a contagiously friendly and positive atmosphere from the moment we walked in to the moment we left.

My husband has been a resident in Assisted Living at Belmont Village Westlake Hills for 3 1/2 years. During that time, we have gone through surgery and hospitalization, multiple falls, and ongoing monitoring of several medical conditions. The staff, to a person, has been attentive, cheerful, caring and competent. Oh, and then there's COVID - which they have managed as well as professionally possible. The Executive Director has recently stepped in personally to quickly handle 2 situations in my husband's best interest which were clearly "above and beyond the call of duty." Having previous experience with 2 other facilities in Central Texas, I cannot say enough positive things about Belmont Village Westlake.

Clean and updated facility, Circle of Friends Program seems like a good fit for my mother, convenient location, facility layout is a smaller footprint with several stories so might be less confusing for my mother to navigate, no outdoor walking paths, several room options but expensive

The staff members at the community are fantastic, and the most important thing there is the care our loved one has been receiving and it has been amazing. We cannot think of anything wrong. Being far away from the community, we are so astounded every time they reach out to us, it is constant communication and updated on our loved one.

As an advocate for seniors, I had the fortunate experience to be in the community and see staff and resident interactions several times prior to the pandemic. This past summer I had to find placement for my client with mid-stage dementia in an assisted living community with memory care. I vetted 3 communities via phone, and Belmont was the standout. I waited to post this review to see if my expectations would be met. After 6 months of working with them, Belmont earns my 5 stars for excelling in communication, customer service, going well beyond the call of duty during the pandemic, excellent nursing staff, longevity of helping staff, fantastic PT services, and successfully transitioning my very "tough cookie" client with patience and care. All staff from top to bottom continue to make him feel welcome. I sleep very well at night knowing he is in friendly and capable hands when I can't be there.

We chose Belmont Village West Lake hills because of the activities they provided and their programming for their Alzheimer's residents. They have circle of friends program and we thought that would help my mom with socialization. They have an educational staff and I think that has really helped, it is a very unique program. For a dementia resident, I would highly recommend it even though it is costly. It is very clean and the staff is very attentive, they have a great staff to patient ratio. They have done everything they could possibly do to allow families to come in and visit during covid. They bring a lot of personal attention to the families and really want us to have that socialization with our loved ones during this hard time.

We chose Belmont Village because my mother needed more care than her previous facility was able to provide, As it turns out the marketing person knew my parents from her past facility. The location also played a big part in our decision as well. The room sizes here are on the smaller side, my dad has a small studio and my mom in memory care was sharing a room. Overall, the staff has been very flexible with everything going on we would recommend the facility.

The community was great, and we are very happy with Belmont Village Cardiff. There is a high turnover staff, but they still seem to get to the residents. They still have the tried and true caretakers for the residents. There are lots of activities for the residents to choose from to participate in. You can call anytime and setup a Zoom meeting, and you can be as active in the care for your loved one as you would like.

?We recently moved my mother to Belmont Village. She had been living with us. Decisions like this are always difficult. Our situation was made even more challenging by the pandemic. The Belmont Village staff has been extraordinary in every way, both before and after my mother’s move. Immediately prior to the move, my mother was in a physical rehab facility. The Belmont Village staff worked closely with the rehab facility to facilitate everything for us. At the same time, the Belmont staff provided me with the comfort and assurances I needed that everything was going to be OK. Since my mother’s arrival, I could not be more pleased with the care she has received and with all of the calls, pictures, and videos we have gotten from the staff, giving us confidence in the high quality of her care. Like many, we are looking forward to a time when the current COVID 19 restrictions will be lifted. In the meantime, we are extremely grateful of the wonderful care my mother is receiving.

We had to move Mom into a Memory Care/Assisted Living home quickly after she recovered from emergency surgery. We had a few days to make a decision and to orchestrate the move. We were/are very impressed with the quality of the facility, the anticipated quality of care, and most of all, with the understanding and assistance of the admissions personnel. When had to make the move for Mom, our mind was well made up. The admission process could not have been made easier by the head of Community Relations. She expertly walked us through the process, kept us apprised on a daily basis, arranged numerous Zoom calls, and walked us through the paper work and financial arrangements. Everything advertised was done expertly with care, precision, and concern. Once Mom moved, her entrance was done expertly. We have ultimate confidence in the staff at BVLP and are very pleased that Mom is there. She is settling in nicely and loves her new home.
