Belmont Village

Belmont Village is a premier organization offering assisted living and memory care residences. BV Lincoln Park is well-run, a place where the staff truly works to make every resident’s day as meaningful and successful as can be. Here are the precise sentiments of our Loved One with Dementia: “Everyone here is so kind.” “They (the staff) are very, very nice.” “She (assisting staff) is so gentle.” We hear remarks like this every week. We recently moved our mom into Belmont Village and have had a great experience so far. It was an urgent move, and the whole team went above and beyond to make it happen and provide a smooth transition for her. She loves the staff and residents and couldn't be happier with her new life. Our family can rest easy knowing our mom is at Belmont Village.

I would tell others this is an excellent community. My friend likes it here. The staff is friendly, and take care of the residents. They will find residents to make sure the meds are taken by the residents. They have excellent entertainment to entertain the residents.

A little over 2 months ago, Texas went through its worst winter storm in generations. The situation was very serious with shortages of electricity, water and limited ability to drive around to acquire staples. My mom, who has been living at Belmont Village West Lake Hills for over a year, barely noticed. Belmont Village was well prepared. Even though water shut off to the area, Belmont Village made water available for drinking and flushing toilets. The staff and management stayed in the building multiple days working long hours and tackling the challenges as they came with some doing tasks for the first time. Other high end assisted living places in the area did not fare as well. I talked to several staff members after the ordeal who seem to be fondly reminiscing on the heroics done. This only happens in a place where the culture is healthy. Incidentally, I could easily write another review on how well the pandemic was handled. We made the right choice with Belmont Village.

The assisted living areas of the complex are beautiful, plenty of light and spacious apartments. On the memory care side, it wasn't quite as well appointed, but we were told there are plans to give it a 'face lift'. [name removed] was extremely thorough and took the time to learn about my mother's needs and was very transparent about pricing and levels of care.

Finding a senior living home for my mom with dementia was one of the most stressful things I've ever had to do but the folks Belmont Village were so kind and patient with all my questions. This place is so great for her. They really go out of their way to give their residents as much independence as possible while keeping them safe and engaged. My mom was a very active and social woman and as she lost abilities it was so sad to see her with nothing to do every day but now that she is at Belmont Village her days are once again full of activity and socializing. This place is a gem!

Belmont Village was a beautiful facility. They invited us to come for a day visit and we got to eat a meal there in their restaurant. The only reason we did not choose this facility was because they did not take medicaid and were privately owned, so it was going to be too expensive, but it was very enticing.

We chose Belmont Village Lakeway because of all of the above reasons It is a beautiful facility that is very clean with great food, activities, etc. They do send out newsletters and are good with keeping families updated with what is going on. Overall it is a good experience and I would absolutely recommend them.

The quality of the care is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is good, very flavorful. The companionship is good. It helps to be well heeled - be prepared to spend a lot of money. One thing I'm not pleased with is I receive a statement and not an actual bill. And the statement is always behind, not always reflecting my past payments. I would like to see improvement there. Also, sometimes I feel like they're lagging a little bit in responding to certain care requests. Otherwise, things have been good, and the dining room and activities are opening back up again.

It was lovely. I would move in tomorrow.

This is a gorgeous building and truly a special place. The management and staff is amazing, so well trained, considerate and caring. The pool is a paradise and the activities are fantastic. I can’t say enough about the dining room manager and staff, and the quality of the cuisine—gourmet dining and service that a five star restaurant would be proud to offer. My loved one is so happy here and I am grateful beyond words to have found this home for her!

This is a gorgeous building with amazing architecture and design. Edgeless saltwater pool on private outdoor terrace adjoining beautiful fitness center. Ocean view dining with the nicest manager and wait staff imaginable. Entire management and staff is first rate, highly trained and extremely caring. Cuisine is gourmet. All residents I have talked to love it here, including my own mom. So thrilled to be a part of this luxury top notch community!

I like that they reach out to out of state families to keep us updated regarding our loved ones. I also like the monthly family meetings they have to keep us updated on any changes such as visiting hours, etc.

Really liked the Belmont Village Burbank. It has been around a while and staff seems to engage well with the residents. The facility was very clean and the rooms were bright and updated.

The staff is very involved, friendly and the communication between the staff and the families is good. They well us vell informed with newsletters and they quick to return calls. I would recommend this community to others

It is expensive but very worth the money because we know she is getting good care over here. She is in the memory care unit and they do a great job with her and keep her active. They do not let her stay in her room and the staff are really good. Their communication is fabulous, my mother in law fell the other week in her bathroom and they called us right away and let us know what happened.Their follow up is also right on que. The meals are served restaurant style, you are able to choose from the menu. Before the pandemic, we would go eat with her and you can order as much as you want which I think is better. I would absolutely recommend them

We chose Belmont Village because they were more forward with us and they had the best structure and seemed more organized. The room sizes here are very good, they are the perfect size for one person. The staff have been good with communication and they do their best. I have not really been able to go inside and see the whole facility, but they have just about everything and have done everything they said they would. I would highly recommend them.

This is a beautiful Senior Living community. The staff is friendly, kind, and caring. Move in was easy, with lots of advice and help to make the transition smooth. As a new community facility, procedures and staff are always changing and growing. My loved one is dealing with the new lifestyle and working through small frustrations and anxiety and the staff has been very helpful!

I am enjoying my new life at The Belmont. Beautiful location with a view of the ocean and Intracoastal. The staff is devoted to the service of the residents. Dining options are varied and the food is very good. Appreciate the variety of activities available, gym, pool, physical therapy, movies, yoga, board games. You can be as active as you wish. Nurse on duty 24/7 is a great feature.

This is a great place and I'm pleased with it. The staff is the most important thing. They are kind, and caring. They were there to assist my loved one with accumulating to the community. The communication with the staff has been really good. It is beautiful campus and a interior courtyard area.
