Belmont Village

My mom moved into BVLP [dates removed] after being in the hospital. The staff at Belmont Village, Lincoln Park is outstanding. This is a difficult decision for a lot of families but the staff was and has been extremely understanding and knew exactly what to do. The transition/move in could not have gone better. I know my mother is in good hands. It's a relief to have found such a wonderful facility.

Belmont Village is a very nice facility. The reason we did not choose them was because we felt the room sizes were very small for what you pay. It just did not stick out to us as much as another facility we visited.

Great team there always helpful and mom loved the food while there.

Overall it has been a positive experience. The people are super friendly and easy to work with. We had a slight inconvenience with medication management and the nursing side, but that's been straightened out. They're very responsive to concerns. We had some trouble getting our loved one involved in activities since she's in the memory care side and can be pretty resistant, but they have helped as much as they can with that and have made a solid effort to encourage her.

Went well, it is a clean community and the food is good. The entertainment and activities are diverse and well organized. The director works very close with the families and there is always great communication and very helpful.

This community was too expensive for our loved one, there was another that was more affordable. The tour guide who sat with us was amazing and gave us a good sense of how to move forward even if it wasn't with them.

Our dad recently moved to Belmont Village and so far everything has been great! [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and the entire staff were extremely helpful during what is inevitably a stressful transition process. The community of people is lovely, and they have a great sports lounge on the top floor where my brother and I watched the Bears game with our dad yesterday, along with a bunch of other residents. I feel very fortunate that my dad lives in a place like this.

The tour of Belmont Village was great. The facility itself is so nice and beautiful. The only issue was it was way too expensive and we would not be able to afford it.

I wanted a nicer place for my loved one, so I had limited choices in the area for nicer places that were private pay only. I also had a loved one with special care requirements that not every place could accommodate. So I had narrowed down my search to Belmont Village and one other community, which we ended up choosing because it was quite a lot less expensive than Belmont Village.

We had an excellent tour with Belmont Village Green Hills. All of the staff were very nice, the facility was clean, and they were responsive to all of our questions we had.

Belmont Westlake has been the perfect place for my wife of 57 years! It has been a real struggle but I will be forever grateful. While there seems to be some turnover there is continuity too. The center is always filled with caregivers and PALs who watch over and care for each resident no matter what the situation is. I was not sure what to do but choosing Belmont was by far the most important move I have ever made. Bless all the good people at Belmont.

Belmont was a very nice community.

I am a care manager in the Austin area and have worked with Belmont since they opened. I have had multiple clients at both locations and have always been please with the care and staff. The staff go above and beyond to keep the residents engaged and making sure their needs are being meet. Any concerns are always quickly addressed. The food is great and overall the residents seem happy and are always out and about interacting with each other. Overall this is a great place to live and receive care.

Belmont Village was a very nice facility and everybody was just great with my dad. We loved their memory care program they had here, it was a perfect fit for him. When hospice had to come in we had the best experience we could of with them as well. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

. We worked with [name removed] at A Place For Mom who was lovely and set us up with several appointments but when we saw Belmont Hollywood it was hands-down the best. The facilities are very clean. The rooms are spacious with lots of light. But the best thing about Belmont Hollywood is the staff. From Sales (name removed) to activities (name removed) to physical therapy (name removed) to the amazing concierge (name removed, i think. Sorry if i messed that up) to the PAL staff (Agency worker [name removed] was so sweet), to [name removed] in the restaurant who is unbelievably great with his shining personality and sense of humor, it’s the staff that makes this place really shine. [name removed], the Executive Director deserves a ton of credit!. Yesterday was move-in day. It was a long day, but at the end of it all though, mom said “I’m really going to be happy here.” And I believe it. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks to everyone there and to A Place For Mom. You all made a very stressful experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. A+

We had a wonderful experience at The Belmont at Westlake Village for my 87 year old mother in law, who needed memory care in the "Neighborhood". The staff at the Belmont, wonderful [name removed], walked us through the best way to transition from being at home to the Neighborhood. This is difficult for any family, but we followed their advice to the letter and my mother in law enjoyed the people caring for her, the structure of the day, the regular meal/social times, and the friends that she met. The caregivers know what they are doing, have strategies to manage situations, and have hearts of gold! We came to know and love many of them! I loved the home feeling of the entry way, with the sofas around the fireplace and a person to greet you. We felt safe knowing that they were very strict about Covid policies and visiting. During the winter storm, many of the staff went above and beyond by staying on site to make sure the residents were cared for. We will miss being there. Warm welcoming & fun!

My parents moved to Belmont Village WLH in the middle of COVID. I have been very impressed with the ways in which the staff has managed to keep residents engaged both mentally and physically while keeping them safe during this difficult time. I have also been pleased with the level of communication with staff -- the informational emails and texts along with photos, and videos that are sent of my parents at the various activities as well as the accessibility of staff when issues or questions come up. At times when a parent has had to be hospitalized and then go to rehab, BV has provided tremendous support with navigating the local health system so that my parent receives the best possible care. Overall I have been very pleased with both my decision to move my parents to BV and with their happiness living there. I highly recommend Belmont Village!
