Belmont Village

We chose Belmont Village because they had the quality of care for my mom that we were looking for. The room sizes at the facility are a a little bigger than others we looked into, so they are nice. The care is excellent and I would recommend to others looking.

We've had a very positive experience at Belmont Village. The staff is very friendly, and everyone knows the residents' names. The food is delicious. Overall, it's been a very good experience. A little on the pricey side, but overall excellent.

The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food selection is incredible and tastes great too, and they have lots of activities for the residents. I would recommend this community to others.

Seems like a first class facility. Loved the courtyard and bistro. Currently at the top of our list.

I toured this facility on [date removed]. It is a very luxurious place with a great location and all amenities that my dad would possibly require.

We chose Belmont Billage because they were able to engage her after covid in different activities and outings. The room sizes at the facility are fine for what she needs, she is in a suite. I think that sometimes they are understaffed , they assign residents with care pals. Other than that everything has been lovely and I would recommend to others looking and already have.

We have been assisting an elderly person who does not have any family to look after her. We did extensive investigation, along with hiring a person to help us choose a retirement community. The future resident with memory issues then toured the choices and both we and she chose Belmont. We knew that a short tour does not cover innumerable issues that relate to a move from a personal home to a retirement community. We were lucky. Belmont Village Sabre Springs is exceptional. The attention to details and personal care starts at the top. [name removed], the executive director at this Belmont Village runs an efficient facility with staff that cares about each individual resident. Since we do not live close to the retirement community, the staff and the executive director's responsiveness to phone calls and emails goes beyond reasonable expectations.

We toured Belmont Village and it was a very nice facility with friendly staff members. I definitely would not hesitate taking a family member here.

I did a comprehensive search for a place for my elderly (90) mom who had advanced dementia. I toured over 10 facilities and by far Belmont Villages was the best one I found. The Sunnyvale location was better suited for my mom's needs, but San Jose was also a very nice facility. I focused on memory care, and Belmont had a great specialized area for such patients with specialized care personnel and programs. My mom declined rapidly and passed before she transitioned into Belmont, but their actions are a testament to their philosophy and management. I put a deposit down and was going through the process of getting the necessary paperwork completed by Hospice before my mom could transition. When I notified Andrea at Belmont of my mom passing, they waived the deposit even though they had help her space for 3 weeks. They then sent a beautiful flower arrangement to the home. I would highly recommend this facility.

The community is outstanding! The people, the community, and environment make it outstanding! The food is very good for my loved one. Some of the activities include guests coming into sing and play music, noodle ball, Wii bowling, and more for the residents to choose from.

They really focus on getting the residence out and meeting people. My loved one wasn't sure about it at first but now he is very active and enjoys interacting with the other residence. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

My mom previously stayed at another facility. She was at 3 different locations at the facility due to several family moves. I am also a medical social worker and have received feedback from numerous patients. Belmont Village - Lincoln Park location is heads and shoulders above the rest. Their accommodations, security and parking are all very modern and so much easier to work with than other facilities, even during the pandemic. The facility looks beautiful and airy. But more importantly the staff are all very eager to please and assist however they can. This alone makes all the difference. There are excellent physical therapy providers, a delicious cafe that serves family/friends, hair dresser and theatre all on site. The nurses, when needed, have been very good, providing superior care. Also, other facilities talk about programming being offered but I rarely saw it happen. At Belmont Village, I see activities going on all the time.

The community is very nice. The staff are very compassionate, and do their best with the staffing they have. They worked with us and our loved one.

We are very happy with the Belmont VIllage, and things are starting to slowly open back up. Our loved one is very happy with the meals they are providing and we do think the value for cost is very good.

We did a virtual tour of this community and the tour was great. The staff was very friendly and they answered all of our questions. They had good follow-up and communication also.

My father is a difficult one but a great dad. He had a major fall a few months ago and after rehab, we found Belmont Village in Albany. I worked with [name removed] on his admission process and you couldn't have a more knowledgable and compassionate person to assist through this difficult time - especially since I live on the East coast and was not able to meet in person. Dad has been getting great care. He likes the food. He has referred to Belmont Albany as "The Mink Palace" because the amenities and the architecture is so nice.

On Feb 17 I had a Zoom tour of Belmont Village In Burbank and on March 5, my husband and I toured on site with [name removed]. We enjoyed the tour and had the opportunity to watch an activity in session. The Circle of Friends seems like a good program for my mother and this community is close to our home. We are at a standstill due to family health issues, however we continue to evaluate what seems best for my mother and our family.

Our family had an in person tour experience, and it was a phenomenal facility. It was perfect, there were not fowl smells. The only reason we did not choose the community was because of the cost, it was pretty expensive.
