Belmont Village

Beautiful place. I really liked it. The distance was great. We needed special equipment, in which they did not have, Overall, I was impressed with the intake session.

They have a new chef. They have outings for the residents. The staff is great and they communicate well, and send out regular emails. It's a more modern building and updated facility.

If you are looking for a community, you can feel comfortable in placing your loved one here. The cheerfulness and compassion of the staff stand out to me, along with the way the family is treated. The communication with the staff is good. There are three meals a day served in the dining and there are options for the residents to choose from.

It is a good and safe place to leave your love ones.

We've had an excellent experience. The staff is very accommodating. And their Circle of Friends program is great for someone with early stage memory issues but not yet ready for full memory care.

Belmont Village Glenview is very caring and very responsive to questions or needs. They are responsive to any problems you may have, and they really seem to care about their residents. I'm there almost everyday, so there's no need for them to call me; but they do send out monthly newsletters regarding activities for the different groups. They mention birthdays and others general information in that announcement as well. Overall I would recommend Belmont Village to others.

This was a good community. it was too big for my loved one, and more expensive that we wanted to spend.

Out of all of the facilities that we toured, Belmont Village was by far the nicest. My husband was ready to go home and pack our things and sell the house to move here. It was an absolutely gorgeous facility. The memory care we just felt was not the best fit for my loved one and it was pretty expensive.

I toured Belmont Village Memphis and it was a great tour and first impression. The staff were amazing; the Director of Nursing toured us around and she did a good job. Belmont was in our top 2 choices and the only reason we picked another community was because of the cost, which fit our family's budget better. The community we chose was also closer to our family.

Although we got mixed signals about whether our loved one could take their own meds or needed them distributed we are so glad they could take us in on such short notice and that sense informs all answered. It is a friendly place.

Epilogue - After writing my positive review for Belmont Village West Lake Hills in Austin, I’m sad to share that my mom passed away on April 21, 2022 from a heart valve failure with a surgery option not deemed survivable. I was able to fly back from Vienna to be with her the last couple of hours in the hospital before she died but my grief and guilt for not spending more time with her the last couple of years was immense. My daughter shared that staff members from Belmont had visited her that last day. We held a small memorial a few days later and 6 of the staff came to our house to share stories about Bev, including how she flirted with the cute EMT who took her to the hospital on her last day. We laughed and celebrated a beautiful woman as the Belmont family helped ease my guilt and made me understand what a rich life my mother had at Belmont Village. There is family and then there is inner, inner circle family. Thank you Belmont Village, West Lake Texas.

Overall happy with care & services provided at Belmont Village. Staff is very friendly.

The nurses were exceptional, as well as the activities director. They always made my dad feel cared for, which was really important to me. One of the nurses in particular was extremely fond of him and was always very concerned. She really kept an eye out for him, and I really appreciated that. My dad really enjoyed going to the activities, and the facility was always decorated and festive for every occasion. It was expensive, but he was very happy there. I would definitely recommend them to other families.

I would recommend you go and visit the community for yourself. This is a great place for your loved one to be. The staff are very friendly. The community is extremely clean from top to bottom. The meals are excellent. There are three meals a day and snacks served twice a day. The check in and check out process was beautiful during the short stay, prior to my loved one becoming a fulltime resident of the community.

We like the size of the community, it is not to huge so it gives off more of that homey feel to it. The staff are very friendly, that is something our loved one is very happy about. She really likes her room and location. They have a special food item every day that the kitchen staff makes sure the residents are made aware of. If there is something they do not like there is an alternative menu with many many other options to pick from. Based on our experience so far we would recommend the community to other familes

I'm quite pleased by Belmont Village Albany for my friend. It's clean. The staff are friendly and supportive. And I would recommend it to others.

It's really great and we are happy with it but it is very expensive.

This is a nice community and we are very pleased with this community for my loved one. They have activities like yoga, swimming, musical activities and more for the residents to do at this community. The tour was great and they gave me all of the information that I needed. The only complaint that my loved one has is the food. They also provide care services at this community for my loved one which we like.

Great care givers and administrative support. Always feel welcome coming into facility and that the people helping my mom really care. The nursing staff has been exemplary, always reaching out to communicate and showing my mom is being well monitored. Dining is a big deal for many elderly people in living facilities. My mom keeps saying this is the best food compared to other places she has been, thanks Chef [name removed]!!!!

From what I seen, he was under hospice care and he received excellent care. We were there for a short period of time and it was expensive. I thought that he was well taken care of. The staff here are so nice. I had no problems or issues. They were great with him.
