Belmont Village

My loved one's only been there since [date removed], but another one of my family members [name removed] was there, and another loved one [name removed] was in the memory care unit before that. There were never any unpleasant surprises, and the staff was always super helpful, caring, and aware. Some people there now still remember them. For me, it felt like coming home, especially since I live so close.

My mother was very adamant about not going. But she adjusted really well and wound up enjoying it there. The staff was very kind to her and very kind to our family. I liked the longevity of the staff they had. A lot of people had been employees there for over 10 years. No place is perfect, but I was relieved how well this place worked out, because it took a lot of stress off of me as her caretaker for 4+ years.

We toured Belmont Village Aliso Viejo during our search for Assisted Living for our loved one. This is a five star facility! Everything was clean. Our tour guide was very professional and informative. She even stayed in touch with us after our tour. We almost moved our loved one here and would have if it was a little bit closer to home.

We are very pleased with Belmont Village. My mother is in the mild cognitive impairment group and they keep her very busy which is great as she wouldn't otherwise be able to occupy herself meaningfully. [name removed] who runs activities on the weekends is so positive an energetic. He had the residents make the cutest bunny sundays, with cookies for ears and jellybeans for eyes. It was just a nice, cute activity. My sister visits twice a week so she she has a good feel for things. The staff and management had been in place for a long time - it just seemed like it was run very well. They are also known for having very good food. It can be difficult to get healthcare information to the right person, for example new/changed prescriptions.

We toured Belmont Village San Jose and the tour itself was good. However, this facility did not seem as homey as the other facility that we toured, and ultimately, chose. It seemed a tad more sterile here. Also, we always had to wait for an elevator. All of the activities were on different floors. I think that would have been very confusing for my mom.

My loved one was a resident at Belmont Village West Lake Hills. We had a wonderful experience with them. They could not have been more attentive to mom's needs. From day 1, the staff addressed us by name. That's a big one when you feel that you have become invisible. So much support. Also, the food was excellent.

When I brought my friend to Belmont Village I knew immediately it was the right place for her. She was surrounded by people who actually cared. After all it's not everyday you are over 100 years old. In the few months she was a resident of Belmont Village, everyone treated her like she was a member of their own family. You could tell they wanted the best for her. Always helping her enjoy her last few months. I can only hope my daughter finds a place like Belmont Village for me if and when the need arises.

I really appreciate the incredibly warm and caring feeling you get at Belmont Village Glenview. The staff is amazing and show genuine care and concern for their residents.

The coronavirus has altered practically everyone's daily lives. One thing has stayed constant at Belmont Village Senior Living, as well as at [removed], where my parents dwell. We are fortunate to have such a caring crew. Families and locals have written during the coronavirus outbreak to let them know how they are doing. The common theme in these messages is their appreciation for the employees. Caregivers, nurses, management teams, waiters, housekeeping workers, and others who make a difference in residents' lives. They are sharing a handful of our families' emotional letters to provide a firsthand look into their communities.

It was a wonderful place, and I had a great experince with the person that I talked to. It was smaller views, and the room view was not as good. It's a place that I would live at. It's just a really nice facility.

My siblings and I needed to place our then 93 year old father in an independent living facility as he did not want to live with his children but could no longer live on his own. He had always lived on his own but his vision was declining due to macular degeneration. We checked out several places in San Diego and the staff at BV Cardiff seemed to stand out from others. Our experience has not been perfect but it has been excellent overall. Our initial observations about the staff have been confirmed; nearly everyone has been just fantastic. This would include the Executive Director [name removed], the Activities Director [name removed], and many, many others. Any issues at BV Cardiff are addressed and handled professionally and promptly. The best part is that our father loves it. He has made friends and is treated very well by the staff - not just when we are around. Other perks are that the food is very good quality and there is a great variety as well. BV Cardiff is not cheap, but is worth it.

Everyone at Belmont Village is very sweet and caring with my mom. She was getting physical therapy too. They have all different types of activities like musical entertainment twice a week, which my mom really enjoys. There are activities morning and afternoon that helps with mental sharpness. I don't know how much it's helpful my mom but it can't hurt and she's with other people.

The director has been there 20 plus years which is unheard of. The staff is also very seasoned - not a lot of turn over which means they love their job and Belmont is a nice place to live and work. Very clean, very good food, very caring and attentive staff. Smaller community/facility that feels like a family. I would absolutely recommend Belmont Village Geneva Road to others.

Our family had an in person tour with Belmont Village and it was a close second choice, but the price was just a little bit higher then the other communities we had toured because the medication management was not included. However they had a lot of activities which was nice and the staff were very professional on the tour and very knowledgeable.

We had an excellent experience. We always felt supported and communication was top notch. My loved one enjoys the meal choices. The community has done a nice job accommodating my loved one's dietary restrictions.

Our family had an in person tour with Belmont Village of San Jose, and the Belmont location we visited didn't have a desirable outside experience. However the tour and community was fantastic but more then what mom needed based on her condition and the prices reflected all the amenities offered but my mom couldn't take advantage of them.

Belmont Village Sunnyvale has been the best community our loved one has been in. He had a severe stroke many years ago and the physical therapy they offer has been great for us which was so important. They have something called Circle of Friends where they let the residents get together outside of their rooms - which is important - to engage in conversation with one another. The food is excellent and they even offer our loved one a glass of wine at night. His room is also kept very clean but the aids.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was absolutely a great tour. The community is much newer and we were told that a family that belongs to some of the workers at the community comes by on Sunday's to help with technical stuff like fixing with Alexa or Siri. However for us it was just way to expensive.

Nurse on site. Pharmacy on site. Beauty Salon on site. Caring, professional nurses and staff. Also, the environment is CLEAN and Beautifully decorated. I would 100% recommend Belmont Village Burbank.

We're very happy with Belmont Village. It's a very nice place with great food. They have a dining area called Josephine's Kitchen, where you can order the item of the day, or something else from the menu, and it's all very good. The staff is very friendly, and they greet me every time I come in to visit my mom. She has a nice 2-room apartment that is kept very clean. The care staff comes in numerous times a day to check on her. The location is also good - it's close to lots of things in St. Matthews. I just like Belmont Village a lot.
