Belmont Village

The director has been there 20 plus years which is unheard of. The staff is also very seasoned - not a lot of turn over which means they love their job and Belmont is a nice place to live and work. Very clean, very good food, very caring and attentive staff. Smaller community/facility that feels like a family. I would absolutely recommend Belmont Village Geneva Road to others.

Our family had an in person tour with Belmont Village and it was a close second choice, but the price was just a little bit higher then the other communities we had toured because the medication management was not included. However they had a lot of activities which was nice and the staff were very professional on the tour and very knowledgeable.

We had an excellent experience. We always felt supported and communication was top notch. My loved one enjoys the meal choices. The community has done a nice job accommodating my loved one's dietary restrictions.

Our family had an in person tour with Belmont Village of San Jose, and the Belmont location we visited didn't have a desirable outside experience. However the tour and community was fantastic but more then what mom needed based on her condition and the prices reflected all the amenities offered but my mom couldn't take advantage of them.

Belmont Village Sunnyvale has been the best community our loved one has been in. He had a severe stroke many years ago and the physical therapy they offer has been great for us which was so important. They have something called Circle of Friends where they let the residents get together outside of their rooms - which is important - to engage in conversation with one another. The food is excellent and they even offer our loved one a glass of wine at night. His room is also kept very clean but the aids.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was absolutely a great tour. The community is much newer and we were told that a family that belongs to some of the workers at the community comes by on Sunday's to help with technical stuff like fixing with Alexa or Siri. However for us it was just way to expensive.

Nurse on site. Pharmacy on site. Beauty Salon on site. Caring, professional nurses and staff. Also, the environment is CLEAN and Beautifully decorated. I would 100% recommend Belmont Village Burbank.

We're very happy with Belmont Village. It's a very nice place with great food. They have a dining area called Josephine's Kitchen, where you can order the item of the day, or something else from the menu, and it's all very good. The staff is very friendly, and they greet me every time I come in to visit my mom. She has a nice 2-room apartment that is kept very clean. The care staff comes in numerous times a day to check on her. The location is also good - it's close to lots of things in St. Matthews. I just like Belmont Village a lot.

It was really nice, very clean, and the staff was nice. The distance was just too far.

The staff were all friendly and kept me well informed about my mother's situation. They do offer activities, although my mother did not participate. That was due to her dementia, not their offerings. She was initially in their Assisted Living care and every time I visited the room was very clean and smelled nice. Even after she moved to the Dementia area and cleanliness of all of the residents was a more challenging issue. The halls looked clean, and generally smelled clean and my mother's room was clean and her bedding was fresh. They made a point of making sure she wasn't cold and was comfortable. The food was probably pretty typical. About one step up from hospital food, but nutritious and nicely presented. I would definitely recommend a friend to check out Belmont as a good alternative for elder care.

Every time we come to visit our loved one all of the staff members have a smile on their face - they are all so friendly, helpful and very nice. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend the Belmont Village San Jose to other families.

Our family had an in person tour and this community is brand new and very nice, and the location is very close to our family but they just did not have any availability at the time.

For the family that comes and visits our loved one, all seem to be very impressed with the community. The staff at this community are much friendlier than the previous community our loved ones were at. They have a lot of activities for the residents to do that our led by a real person as opposed to someone on a TV and we really like that. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

My loved one really likes the food. We picked this community, because it seemed to be the cleanest,brightest, and newest facility. I also like the amentiies that are offered, and the food options. They give really good attention with healthcare and physical therapy. I would recommend to other families.

We were going to choose another place because of cost ( Belmont contacted us and said they would work with us on affordability) That was an answer to my prayers.!!!!!!!!

We moved our mother into Belmont Village close to the end of her life. We knew, as did she, that we could not give her the care at home that she was needing at that point. The staff was wonderful and took great care of her and whoever was staying with her. Her stay was short, but Belmont made sure her homegoing was peaceful for all of us.

This was a good community. It was a bit bigger than my loved one needed.

During my childhood, my sister who was both smarter than me and loving toward me. She got a PHD, the first female member of the business faculty and vice dean. She began HR in China, & Africa. After mom’s death, we visited her in Maui, shocked to find her lights out, the AC off and her paranoid. It was a very steep fall. Her dementia grew past ind. living, she moved to assisted. Miserable! She moved near my family. OF the 12 I visited, only 2 places in Houston had any notion of proper assisted living. The ‘people’ at BV Hunter’s Creek won me. The problem, at BVHC [name removed] is so into the activities she can’t visit us! The constant ‘Circle of Friends’ activities engage her mind. Her last place posted a schedule, few showed. At BV Hunter’s Creek, my Sales contact, actively got to know my sister,welcomed her with a hug and brought her flowers. The director and head nurse welcomed us. Food is great, the dietitian knew our names day one. After 2 months am certain I made the best choice

I liked Belmont Village a lot, although it was too expensive for us. I liked the friendly atmosphere. If an out-of-town visitor came to see a resident, they have a separate spot for them to stay within the community. And they also had a welcome committee for new residents.
