Belmont Village

The in house therapy is a must to hopefully enable her to get stronger and more independent. Very organized with plenty of staff per resident. The stuff is friendly, communicates well, and is willing to help. Facility is nice and my Moms room just got a refresh.

Belmont Village is the place you want caring for your loved one. Everyone there from the administrators to the resident support staff to the restaurant servers, nursing staff even the maintenance staff and physical therapists are focused on making the residents stay the best it can be. Always friendly, cheerful and ready to help in any way. I looked at several facilities before I chose Belmont. My mother was there about 10 years ago and I was hoping Belmont still held itself to the high standards back then and I wasn't disappointed. Now, my wife is a resident there. When you're looking for a facility that provides top quality care Belmont is the place. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the excellent meals provided and the resident activities that are available every day. With Bemont's wide range of capabilities, anyone can feel at ease about the decision they made.

My mom loves Belmont. She loves the activities, the exercise classes, and the swimming exercise. She looks forward to scenic drives on Fridays. A perfect place for her.We picked this community because, they had the most activities at the time and just the right size community.

We selected Belmont Village for our Mom assisted living enviroment after exhaustive search of several facilities. We are highly pleased with our selection. we have found Belmont as an organization to be highly dedicated to the needs of their residents, organized and dedicated to quality in all aspects of their services and the real estate/facility.

I toured with Belmont Village West University and they were great. The staff were all very compassionate and well organized.

We recently moved my mother from her house in Sacramento to her new apartment at Belmont Village. She has been at Belmont for a couple of months, and we couldn’t be happier with her living space, the facility, and the wonderful service she has been receiving. Here are some of the highlights of our experience: 1) Professional and caring staff - they are very respectful towards my mom and conscientious of her needs. This really helped ease my mom’s transition from a big house to her apartment at Belmont. 2) Great food and dining facilities - the food is so good that my mom who has been used to Persian cuisine all her life has abandoned her usual diet and very much looks forward to her meals at Belmont. 3) The nurses do a great job of making sure my mom takes her medication on time and in the right amounts. We couldn’t be happier with my mother’s accommodations and would recommend Belmont to anyone in need of a senior living facility.

Belmont Village is a wonderful community for Personal Care in St. Matthews. The Circle of Friends program has been very beneficial for the residents that I have observed on my visits to the community. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

Our experience with Belmont Village Sabre Springs has been amazing. We did an exhaustive search for the right place for our mom. A Place for Mom helped us select five facilities to tour. Belmont Sabre Springs was hands down the best choice for us- by a long shot. 24/7 nurse on site, caring staff, Circle of Friends memory program, ease of transition to next level care within the facility were all critical criteria for us. We had excellent guidance from the staff to help us transition mom from her home to Belmont. Her cognitive impairments really sped up during Covid lockdowns and we weren't aware of how much she had declined. With help from Belmont, we placed her in Assited Living, thinking she would be there for years. Within 8 months we needed to move her to the Neighborhood. While this wasn't what we planned, Belmont helped us make this transition with support, movers, grace, and tools for us and mom to adjust to this next step. Mom had been able to mask the level of her dementia and that is why we didn't know how much cognitive decline she had experienced. From day 1, the food and care have been incredible. Mom has been beloved by the staff and it is lovely to see her interact with them. I have never seen a cell phone in a staff member's hands, they are 100% there for their residents. We are so glad we chose Belmont. Moving mom from assisted living to the Neighborhood was done in house, in one day, and her new room was an almost identical floorplan to her prior room, so it was not a jolt to her. The Neighborhood has a higher staff to resident ratio, and mom is cared for beautifully and with love and respect. Mom was approved for Hospice care in November, and Belmont and Hospice work hand in hand. Between the Belmont staff, and the loving care of Hospice, mom has actually improved physically. Her cognitive decline continues, but we knew that was our and her reality.

I am looking for an assisted living community for my mother. She has some limitations both physically and mentally. Belmont Village has a wide range of services to fit my mother's needs. We are in the review stage to find the best home for mom. Belmont Village meets everything we are looking for.

Our family had an in person tour with Belmont Village Green Hills and overall we thought the tour experience was great, but for our loved one we just liked another communities staff members energy better.

It is a Great Place for Mom. We picked this community, because of the location, price, all on one Level ( no elevators) My loved one likes the other residents/staff. I would recommend to other families.

We toured Belmont Village Fort Lauderdale when searching for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility was a shiny, 'new', fabulous facility. But it was twice the price of the others that we toured, with many facility activities and services. It was just too much to imagine my loved one wanting and getting the value from it. Also, the two units available at the time had poor views. It just wasn't a good option for us.

My dad was happy at Belmont Village Hunters Creek. Communication with the family was excellent. The staff was so helpful and pleasant to talk to. The housekeeper was very sweet. The move in process was great. [name removed] is fantastic and [name removed] was so thorough and if he said he would take care of something he absolutely did. They were also very good with helping after my dad passed. I would recommend this facility to others.

The tour experience was excellent. It's much better than I ever could have guessed! I picked this location, because of the location and good value. I would recommend to others.

My loved one lives at Belmont Village Fort Lauderdale. After a terrible experience at her previous facility, I can't tell you how relieved and grateful our family is now! My loved one is getting the care that she so desperately needs. This facility is a professionally run, high class community with a beautiful 12- story location. Administration and attendants know my loved one by name and care for her with the utmost respect. The department heads are always open to hearing any concerns that we may have. It's pricey, but well worth the cost to care for my loved one. If I could rate this facility higher than a 5, I would.

[name removed] is the Best!!! She was so helpful moving my mom in and all the paperwork. A true Angel. The helpers were all so happy and positive with my mom. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

Their memory care unit was the best we saw, and the community was large and active. We felt a huge wave of relief when mom and dad moved in, and they're both really happy there. Definitely would recommend to others.We have no complaints and they're very well cared for. Friendly, helpful staff, good facilities, good activities, highly recommended.

My aunt stayed here for a couple month respite. The staff was incredibly kind and patient and our aunt has cognitive issues and late stage breast cancer and can be a bit challenging. Most of the staff have been there many many years. They were positive and cheerful and bent over backwards to make her comfortable. From the kitchen and activity staff , the front door staff and the drivers were all wonderful too. The staff in the wellness area was very attentive as well. We ate meals with her a few times and we found the good to be quite good. My only constructive feedback is the downstairs floor plan with the dining room connected so closely to the lobby. It feels awkward and like I was in a fish bowl when dining with my aunt.

The most common comment we heard was "everyone is so nice" and it is true! Mom's quality of life has certainly improved since moving here and we are grateful for the abundance of services, activities and care that she receives. We weren't expecting her to qualify for Circle of Friends but are so very glad it exists. Mom has already made many friends in her neighborhood and out. My daily phone call used to be the highlight of her day and now there are days where she has been too busy being involved and truly enjoying activities and people she is meeting whether they are residents or staff to even take my call!

We toured with Belmont Village and it was a very good experience! The price was much higher, and I eventually had to compromise to get my mom into [facility name remove] and keep the peace. Just a family thing. And, it turned out well. But very nice facility.
