The food they serve is not the best at this community, however the rooms and overall layout of the community would definitely be a five out of five. We would recommend Brookdale Prescott community to others.

From what we saw it seemed like there was always something going on, and the gentlemen that was in charge that oversaw the activities was one of the most friendliness and considerate people there. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Summit Senior Living because of the convenience and we looked at the ratings online and we were pleased with that. It was an emergency situation and we had to move fast so we really appreciated the help from the staff. She says the food is good for most part. The best part about this community so far would be that it is a new facility and the staff members have been very nice. Overall, I would recommend it.

It's a small community and the staff seems to be able to offer more attention to the residence due to this. The room sizes are average, my mom loves the food here, and offer a good variety. I would recommend this community to others.

You will have to be involved with this community, things fell through the cracks if I didn't stay in contact with the community. Their Covid plan was not the best. They could have done more to be organized. I would recommend this facility if you have time to stay involved.

We chose Syringa Place because it was recommended to us. We went and toured it and when we got here it seemed like the administrator was more thorough and knew more about different levels of care than some of the other places we saw. The rooms sizes here had plenty of space. Based on what my uncle said, he thought the food was excellent. I would recommend.

Everything was so good before COVID hit, after COVID hit it all went down hill. I believe it is the best in our town for care for your loved ones, though. This community is smaller and assists residents more easily in getting around.

We really liked the personal care this community offered, and how it was more on the smaller side. Before COVID they offered a bunch of activities. Some of those included exercise programs, walking groups, outside sunset groups, arts and crafts and bingo.

Our loved one has only been there for a couple months, and it is pretty high priced. The friendliness of the staff members really stood out to us, and we haven't been able to go inside and see our loved ones room but we were able to see it through a window and it is awesome. The food is sometimes cold and that is due to the lack of staff members.

We had a good experience there. The were some staff that were wonderful and went above and beyond and some staff that weren't. It is a beautiful place, very nice, and pretty well kept up. They did struggle for staff sometimes. We chose this community because my mother liked the apartment that was available for them.

The number one thing for us is make sure your loved one is capable of this. My mother in law need way more help than what they could provide. We had to provide the sit to stand equipment, they tried to train the staff to use it, but couldn't do that either. We enjoyed the staff but they just were not a position to give the care she needed, however,, they told us, following her assessment, that they could. If your loved is independent , this community would be fine. If they cannot ambulate independently or transfers independently , this is not the place for them.

The group of people who work there are very caring. They really care about older people. They have good follow up and really do a good job. I chose this community because it was close to where I live, the pricing was right, and they were willing to accept a short stay . The food was good, It was nutritious and nicely presented. It is a good selection for a small friendly community.

The staff at Foothills Place is very friendly and helpful. My father said the food from the dining room is usually cold when served and not quite suitable for him. The community always smelled nice, however my dad's room never seemed to be deep cleaned, which meant there was often a layer of dust on the counter tops. Anytime I called with questions or concerns, the staff at Foothills Place was quick about communicating with me and always made sure to get back to me if I missed them or didn't get the answer I needed. In comparison to how expensive assisted living communities are, we felt it was definitely worth price. The care was good, however the community did forget to give my father one of his medications entirely. The staff made sure to always provide activities for the residents so they always had the opportunity to be entertained.

In the beginning the communication was really good. Unfortunately, the building is in lock down so we can't visit right now. We chose the community because it is located really close to our house and we liked that it is small. Everyone is friendly and seems nice. We like that there is a Nurse Practitioner that visits the community weekly and she keeps us informed. My brother is sleeping a lot but he is generally depressed so he doesn't want to participate in activities. The NP is working with the community on that with medications to help him. We like that the community is warm and cozy. It has an indoor courtyard for the residents to enjoy. The only thing I would say is that the menu has a very limited selection.

Love my one-bedroom apartment! It is clean, freshly painted with new carpeting, and a nice view of cliffs. Don't really know about care services as I am in independent living and not assisted living. By observations, it looks like they are good. Schedule for activities could use improvement.

Although they are brand new, they didn't feel like the right fit for my mom. I didn't feel the same passion as we did at another community. Although, I myself wouldn't mind living there.

Staff friendly. They greeted and engaged residents as we toured. A nice physical set up. The suite room was the best we have seen in terms of the ability to utilize a small space. Outdoor area a bit smaller that some, but very nice.

Very nice place. Met the nurse, [name removed], and she explained things. [Name removed] very helpful and knowledgeable on the tour. The apt available was roomy except for the bedroom closet but there is a second closet.

overall this is a nice place.
