i am happy with this community for the staff are very nice. They do help with good variety of meals and she is pleasing with them meeting the needs of her food request. They do have activities for those who can participate. I like they she is able to walk around in the community with others. The try and keep the community fresh as possible I would recommend the care and the value to other families for outstanding care.

I am happy with the care that the staff gives and they are friendly with my mom. It is clean in the community as well as my mom's room. It does often smell of some odors but it is a home for seniors. The meals are good and they have some activities. I picked this community based on the reasonable price and close location for me. Everything has been good and we are satisfied.

I was greatly impressed with the friendly caring considerate interaction and would recommend this facility to anyone needing assistance with a family member.

My paretns were looking for something that was alittle more of what they were use to. This community has great staff and management who were helpful. I would recommend to other who want a smaller living space. Activites were nice with a good variety.

My husband is received great care here. The staff is outstanding and very caring. They do have alot of activities that are offered. I would highly recommend this community for other families.

My loved one really enjoys the different field trips and outings they take them on throughout the week.They have been making sure that her bathroom and bedroom is kept clean and picked up. The meals could use some improvement and some more seasoning added to them.

This is a nice community. My husband has activities to participate. He is very happy with the staff that are vert nice and helpful. The meals are very good. We recommend this community for others.

The care my mom received was for 3 weeks but I have no complaints about the care. The staff were wonderful about taking of my mom and helpful to us. Like most places, they seemed a little understaffed. I also asked to make softer foods and thicken her drinks but it seemed to not always be done for my mom. I was also unaware about the non-refundable community fee until signing the paperwork.

What a blessing it has been to work with the staff at Heron Place. They have taken a close look at our situation and have helped us with the care needs of my step-father. Their attention to details and suggestions have made this transition very easy on him. We are so thankful for the caring staff at Heron Place.

Very helpful staff. Nice facility. Great location. Comfortable rooms. Their available snacks should be improved. Very complete services including the supervision of medications. That service was more expensive than we had hoped although we don't know how it compares to other facilities. Overall, very pleased.

Our family is so pleased with Heron Place. The facility felt warm and friendly the minute we walked in the front door. The residents were smiling and some even came up to us to tell us what a great place it is. Carla [Removed] is a great example of the friendly and caring staff. She makes you want to move in. The handyman even gave Mom a hug after he finished hanging her pictures on the walls.

The staff are good but there are always some minor problems. They got a new activities director when we moved in and my loved one is enjoying 3 activities a day. They lock down the community at 5:00 pm. The food is real good and the service is great. They have a special as well as a menu you can choose options from. The community is clean and they offer air conditioning throughout the building.

The community offers a wide variety of activities however I am not sure what if any of them my friend has tried. There have been no complaints about the food. The community is kept very clean inside and out. The only thing I might say is that the storage in the rooms seems short. I would recommend Windriver Place.

I toured here, and it was lovely. It was a more sterile feeling than some of the other places we looked at. We never saw any sign of people, there really wasn't anyone around. It was also a little more expensive than I would like.

My mother is doing very well at this community. She has had a few problems with falling a couple of times, but she is doing much better now. The community is great, they are caring for her very well. They have been very good for us. They are very accommodating and helpful. They make little mistakes here and there, but nothing to major. Everything is working very well and I would recommend.

I think Blossom Place is a nice community, overall! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They're very accommodating, and have taken care of any questions or requests that we've had! The facility itself is clean and well kept. I really like their dining area! It feels just like a restaurant, and from what I have heard from my loved ones the food is very good!

We are thankful for the kind treatment shown to our mother during her time at Syringa Place. She was treated with much respect and dignity. Mom referred to the staff as her "friends". Whenever we did voice a concern, it was quickly addressed. They were good to keep her and us updated on any health or safety issues. We are grateful for the effort and creativity put into planning the activities and the monthly family dinners, which were an enjoyable time for all. When our family wanted to have our own get-together there with Mom, the staff was very helpful in setting up and providing what we needed. We greatly appreciate the friendly, attentive, and home atmosphere, which Syringa Place provided for our mother.

As long as it is not a Medicade situation, this is a good community. They have not been approved through Medicade yet and we are hoping that happens soon. So far so good, my mom is doing alright at Garnet Place. The staff has been real friendly and helpful with me. My mom says the food is pretty good. It is a good location, close to a lot of shopping. The bad thing is they are not emptying her trash on a regular basis. My mom wears adult diapers and we pay extra for the service, they are supposed to empty her trash twice a day and they are not doing that.

This was a wonderful place and we actually chose it for Pat but due to his insulin needs, they could not accept him as they do not have 24/7 nursing. The facility and the staff were wonderful, compassionate and clearly care about their residents.

This is a beautiful facility. The grounds and the facility are nice and kept in excellent condition. The staff is very nice and they take good care of the residents. There were a few minor issues with communication in the beginning, but overall this has been a good experience.
