So grateful for a facility that truly cares about their residents. Through many ups and downs over the past one year+, Syringa has always come through for our Mom! When staffing challenges occasionally arise, caregivers work as a team to ensure our loved ones don't lack the attention they deserve. Our Mom feels safe and loved at Syringa Place!

They are very friendly and good to work with. I would definitely recommend the LaChateau at Brickyard Place. This is a really nice place. It's very clean. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The staff has been accommodating. The value is excellent. The care services and activities are excellent as well. Overall, I am very pleased with LaChateau. It has been an excellent experience. I would highly recommend.

Powell Place staff seemed very pleasent and very willing to work with us to fit our needs.

This is a beautiful building. Brand new and feels like I walked in to a Marriott hotel. Was treated very nicely during my tour.

We are very happy with it. When we were looking around we were very taken with Rachel, the full time nurse. She has been very caring, and very responsive. There was a little hitch with the first billing cycle, but they took care of it right away.

It is so well received. Great people, residents and building is done up very nicely. I work at a senior apt. in Payson which is also very nice. I put Powell House right up there with Majestic. Payson is so fortunate to have both places in our lovely town. So much better than 10 years ago when we moved here to Payson. I believe Chris was the girl who runs the place. Very nice and pleasant.

Our family, Arlene & LeRoy, just moved to Powell Place. The entire staff has made them feel welcomed & have helped them adjust. Thank you!!! They made their move so much easier.

They do a great job at Emeritus at Catalina Foothills! The people here are all very friendly, and they seem very concerned and dedicated when it comes to caring for the residents. The maintenance man in particular has been a real pleasure to deal with, he's really on top of things!

I am caregiver for my mom who is 100 this year..I have been taking care of her in my home for 9 years..my husband and I need to get away every so often and I have tried a couple respit care facilities. I found aurora place with the help of a place for Mom. My mom had the best experience and felt so loved during her visit. The staff genuinely treated her like family and certainly made my getaway so much more fun...I feel confident to leave her there whenever we need a break...just a phone call away and she is looking forward to her next visit....Aurora Place is small,easy to get around and not overwhelming!, Thank you Aurora Place for giving me peace of mind!

They were very kind to family and mom the ladies that we met were older and compassionate to my mother. I would recommend to anyone. My mom was only at this facility for 5 days when she took a turn for the worse had to be admitted to hospital and the staff of Windriver was supportive and helpful with the situation.

We've had a great experience with Syringa Place! My loved one has shown a lot of improvement since she moved in, they really do a great job here! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff are all wonderful people. They really treat her like a queen here, and she enjoys every minute of it! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into care in the area!

It is simply the best. Check out the rest but you'll find this is the best. They take such great care and truly show concern and compassion.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at The Peridot, it is a top notch place! The staff are all very friendly and very caring, and they do a great job watching out for the people who live here. The facility itself is clean and well maintained, and very attractive. I'd highly recommend them!

My mom stayed there for respite two or three times, before moving in long term. She lived there for over a year before we moved. We love them. It's like a big family. She had great care there. It was clean, and family oriented we had many meals there and family nights. The food was wonderful. We loved it there. We have recommended them to other friends.

My mother resided in this community from May 2014 through December 2014. I won't call this a facility because a facility does not provide the attention and personal care that is available at Powell Place. This is indeed a community of caring providers. During this time the Powell Place Staff provided my mother with loving care and attention. They flawlessly supervised her many medications and attended doctor visits with her. She was provided with healthy, attractive, well balanced meals and they did everything possible to make her comfortable. The staff not only provided high end care, but this care was provided with a personal interest and love not found in other "facilities". Russ, Jessica, and Kelly are without a doubt the "Dream Team" that makes it happen with the love and attention that our loved ones deserve. 5 stars all the way!!!

They do a great job at The Summit at Sunland Springs, I'd give them high marks across the board! I really appreciate how interactive the staff are, both with the residents and with their families. They really seem to get to know each resident as an individual, and whenever I call or visit they know without checking where my loved one is and what she is up to. They take great care of the people who live here, and I would highly recommend them!

The Summit treats all residents as family. Staff members know the residents by name and relate well with residents and their family members. They provide a variety of activities including games, music, dancing, theme events, exercise and more. All aspects of the facility are well tended there is always a comfortable feeling when visiting your loved one.

The people there were awesome. They were very respectful and good at helping my husband with everything he needed, and always treated him with the utmost respect. The one area where I feel they could improve is with the food. The food is not that great, and is also not consistent. One other thing: we were quoted one price and charged another price. It was a small difference, and they said they would refund it, but that has not happened yet. Overall it was a very good experience.

I highly recommend the Summit to anyone who is looking for a caring place for a loved one with memory issues. Over the past 7 years mom lived in a home in New Hampshire as well as another home in Arizona. They in no way compare to the loving care she receives in the Summit. Not only do the care givers and Med-techs know mom the executive director Craig knows each and every resident by first name. I often see Craig in the dining room or activity room interacting with the residents. After mom had her accident while visiting my daughter in California, Craig personally headed up moms transiting from a Skilled Nursing Facility back into normal life at the Summit. I am so happy mom lives at the Summit. My wife and I can’t say enough good things about the Summit.

I was surprised that it was not a brand new facility because it is so clean and well kept. Everybody I have met there, especially the executive director, has been very caring and positive. They seem to really like my dad, which is nice to see and hear. It is a very well run facility.
