The staff are so caring and personalize my dad's care and activities. They are great communicators, keeping me well informed.

Staff is kind. Willing to work with families. Room is nice size for two adults. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved ones.

My grandma was here and lived here and they did a amazing job they treated her so well and there food was so good and they have any amazing meals and stuff and I really like how they do things with the older people and they also like to talk to us a lot

Building was full of funny and very helpful employees, all the residents were very kind and charming and i felt comfortable and at home from the moment i stepped foot in the building. The environment was wonderful and the views are incredible.

It is a lovely open and comfortably appointed facility! I could easily relate to the experience of living there. This was my first reaching out to explore the option of residential living. The manager kindly guided me by opening me to “understand” the orientation to the details I needed to consider in making this kind of a change. The outcome was very reassuring for providing comfortable maintenance in a very reassuring and competently organized environment.

Spring Gardens was very accommodating! Very clean; in-fact it was immaculate every time we went there! The staff was genuine; nurses were exceptional with mom and with us!!! Meals were something to look forward to! As far as recreational mom wouldn't do anything there; but they had plenty of things to keep the residents busy! I'm really glad we had an opportunity to see how a well run facility could be run!!!

Of the facilities I’ve toured so far, Spring Gardens is in the top 2 with both facilities battling for first place. The rooms were nice and spacious. The common areas were well appointed, clean and inviting. The fresh baked cookies were a lovely touch and delicious. The residents were happy, engaged and seemed very comfortable and content in their environment. The staff was attentive and well liked by the residents, which says a lot.

The staff has been great. My mother is being taken care of very well. The food the activities in the overall cleanliness has been great we have made several trips there since my mom moved in on the [date removed].

The Staff is very helpful and seems very ready to meet our needs , the people are very friendly, the place is clean and they do a quick clean of our place each week, even though we are independent e ery one is willing to help in emergencies, plenty of varied activities to participate or not,the Staff have been very attentive to make this a choice experience

We absolutely love Avista Senior Living. My mom is almost 92. The facility is amazingly clean and the workers are so kind. I would recommend this facility

I loved the place very personal. I loved that it only had 47 rooms or 49 rooms. They seam to have extra care and beautiful area. The only thing that didn't work was the dog. My mom has a little dog thats a must. She needs to be able to have a doggie door for potty runs as my mom cant take her out right now after a fall. The lady that run it [name removed] I believe was very nice very explanatory as the daily routines. Very personal was my favorite thing about it.

The facility and staff are 5 stars. My sister is getting involved in the activities and says the food and care are good. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one if they can afford the up front fee.

5 on all. I am very pleased with my mother's care. The big thing is she has been welcomed into the community seamlessly and talks about her dinner friends as well as her crocheting club. She has lived alone for such a long time that she sounds much happier being surrounded by people.

They had a lot of coordinated calendar events. This would be great when you need assistance for things. On site nurses that visit and are available 24/7. There were a lot of musicians who would come in and visit/perform. The Tour Director, [Name removed], is helpful, kind, and great at her job.

I recently had the honor of exchanging information with the executive chef of this heart-centered care home. He made known very clearly, his (and the overall assisted living community’s) intention to show up with love, awareness and conscientiousness with every single resident, with every fiber of his being. His exact words were, “I need my entire team to give their absolute all ~ every single day that we serve our community. We must make each meal with the detailed awareness and care that it could be someone’s last.” When I heard (and felt the truth of) his statement, I knew undoubtedly, that this wholly supportive care facility is deeply mapped upon full integrity and heart-centric service. There is now nowhere else in Utah that I will be referring friends, families and loved ones toward. This depth of service truly means the world.

I feel extremely happy that I chose Avista! ALL the staff are awesome - they know my name, they know what I can and cannot do, the food is great, all I can say is its a pleasure to be here!

I would give it 5 stars, except for our experience of the director, who too often didn't respond to our texts/calls, especially at the beginning. But all of the staff have been exceptional. They really care about my brother, who has put them to the test. We are so grateful to A Place for Mom for helping us find Evergreen Village.
