Overall our experience has been great. The facility is clean. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. The food is great! My brother has lost weight because he's eating better.

I would give Terra Pointe a 5 on all of the categories. The staff is very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The staff have implemented a variety ways to help our mom with issues assisting her with meals because they noticed she was only eating a small portion of her meals on her own. They set up external services by the PCP and podiatrist very easily. they communicate with us about any injuries right away. the front office person is very helpful with all questions and concerns and get back to us right away. the staff is very friendly and caring

We are extremely happy with Spring Gardens and would give them a 5 overall! There are activities that fit the various types of residents there. They have monthly birthday parties, organized exercise classes, eating schedules to fit everyone and most important, the staff are all amazing!!!

The director has been very receptive. I've emailed her several times with some concerns about my mom, she answers promptly, and keeps her staff up-to-date on things that might be helpful. Every time I go visit there are multiple staff members in the memory care area. Other facilities I visited I never saw HR anyone working there. Avista always seems very well staffed, and all of the staff I have met have been super friendly.

Very sensitive on-boarding process. Good communication to family. Nice range of activities for residents. Helpful facilities staff.

My Mom was a resident with Summit Memory Care. I am so thankful for choosing them. The caring staff and amazing event leader, made everything seem so much more than a care center. Always going above and beyond to make our loved ones feel special and loved. The well being was first and foremost, I hope you let your loved ones become a member of their family. They are truly amazing.

The memory care staff was very caring to my dad and us. Always looking for ways to make things better. Things as simple as serving dad his favorite hamburgers several times a week. Took extra care of his safety and health.

My father and I really loved Avista. The staff was wonderful and so helpful, kind and empathetic. The facility is very beautiful and warming. My mother was placed in the memory care unit, and they looked after all her needs and kept me informed of everything that was happening with her. Unfortunately, my mother was only there a month before she passed.

Our mother has been at Avista for approximately 2 months. Initially, she was not happy about leaving her home. The staff has been very attentive and friendly, but unfortunately, they have been in “lockdown “ for several days due to the flu and other viruses. However, the staff remains attentive and encouraging and she has now come to see Avista as her home.

It is beautiful, clean with lots of things to do, have their own shuttle bus for appts, trips, close to the hospital and is so much newer than the other assisted living facilities in the county

We chose Avista Apache Junction because it felt homey and comfortable and looked a lot like Papa's home.

The nicest cleanest best place ever! After 39 years as an RN I would recommend everyone to this place for their loved ones. I appreciated [name removed] the Administrator for his kindness and patience and [name removed] for her outstanding care of the residents. Such a positive experience for our family.

All of the staff have been amazing. Beautiful facility. Residents are friendly, facility is clean, staff has been very accommodating. Very pleased with the care and flexibility of the staff and administration.

Avista Sun City West is an excellent change from our previous facility experience. The staff is super communicative and lets us know how Dad is doing during the week and if anything is needed. They truly care about the residents and take care of them with respect and great attitudes. It feels like they are partners with us in going through Dad’s health journey and we appreciate the comfort that gives us.

Facility feels like home. Management and staff are extraordinarily kind and caring. Room size is adequate with bed dresser, night stand TV, big accessible bathroom and kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, sink, cabinets, counter)

We were referred to Terra Pointe by a friend who’s mom lives there. We were really impressed with the clean environment and the employee engagement. The patients looked well taken care of and happy. We have been happy with our choice and glad we found Terra Pointe!

I went with a friend to check out Evergreen Village Prescott. We were very impressed with the staff, apartment features, and everything Evergreen has to offer. If your looking to place your mother and/or father in an apartment that is very nice and in a great location then look no further, Evergreen is located near Prescott's down town historic district. The staff was very friendly, and we watched the residents playing games, and truly enjoying themselves. Evergreen takes such good care of their residents. We were very impressed, and think you will be too.

Our families experience at Avista was incredible, starting with director [name removed], and her staff. They quickly became a part of our family and have welcomed us as such. My father was so happy in his community and even more so - taken care of. Every staff member greeted me with a smile and made a point to greet me by name. Avista at Ferndale went above and beyond to make sure not just my father was taken care of, but my siblings and I had support.

I find spring gardens to be a warm, friendly, homelike environment where “everyone knows your name”. I love the management and the way they work with the residents. They always try to be helpful and communicable. I’ve been in several other places but they didn’t feel right because of the management.

Our experience was a 5 across the board! Based on mom's short time there everyone was so helpful! We would most definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we had with Evergreen Village Prescott
