Super homie and nice environment, friendly staff.

I have been amazed at the staff couldn't be better.

Mom is in her 5th month at Avista Lake Havasu and she really likes it there. She is very satisfied with the food, her room, and the entire staff. From Administration to Housekeeping, all staff have been great on how they treat Mom, she feels right at home. [name removed]are outstanding administrators. They really care about their residents and spend the time necessary with the families. The facility is very well kept. Nursing is clearly outstanding, very caring and accommodating.

There are so many reasons why I take pride in calling it home. Being part of the choir here has been a joy, and I've made so many friends that I never feel alone. The staff is wonderful. I can truly say that I love it here & would highly recommend Avista looking.

We moved my 98-year old mother into Spring Gardens 2 years ago from her SoCal home where she had lived for 70 years. We were of course nervous as we had no idea how she would adjust. But the facility itself (light, bright, and cheerful), the food service (quality, variety and room-service options) and the staff (kind, caring and professional) made for a seamless transition. The location is perfect - located across each street corner is the Heber Valley Hospital, a skilled nursing facility, and the county Senior Center and Library! And the in-house services (podiatrist, ice cream parlor and hair salon to name a few) and the extensive activity calendar, are wonderful benefits. I have to mention the fantastic facility decorations for numerous holidays and celebrations - you can't help smile every time you walk in. Over two years later, my Mom is still very content and well-cared for at Spring Gardens. My sister and I think this is where we will be moving in the years ahead!

Basically it's all 5 i love how they take care of their residents and their activities are top notch. The food is amazing and the way they let you order for every meal instead of just bringing out whatever is on the menu is amazing.

Spring Gardens was such a blessing for our Dad. He was hesitant to try it out at first, as most parents are, but he absolutely loved it, and he thrived there! He established friendships with other residents and absolutely adored the staff, as did the rest of our family. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It's clean, well staffed and far better than any other facility I've ever experienced.

We appreciate all of the staff and the kindness they offer our mother. We can depend on them to give her the best care. They are available to answer our questions and concerns. They offer many activities to help them socialize and even allow them to keep a pet.

Our loved one has been in Spring Gardens for 2.5 years. He was initially in the residential area then later transferred to memory care. We couldn't imagine a better location for him. The caregivers are very professional and show a genuine interest in him and his well-being. The staff is very responsive to all of our needs and questions and they always makes us feel welcome. Highly recommended.

The front desk is always pleasant when I visit and are very helpful. When I visit my grandma her room is always clean thanks to housekeeping. She also absolutely loves being able to go to different stores on Mondays.

Moved our dad to Spring Gardens from across the country. This was a very stressful move but thankfully the caregivers at Spring Gardens were very kind and welcoming to us. They are very professional and seem to really care about well being of our dad.

At 80 years old, my bride and I are realizing that we are entering the no go phase of our lives. Having no family to needed to explore assisted living. Our first stop in in our search was Spring Gardens in St. Goerge Utah. Wow what a wonderful experience. We were greeted by the Director of Admissions, who for the 2 hours she spent with us, she never looked at her watch, nor did she take any phone calls. It was obvious that we were the most important meeting on her schedule. Her efficiency and knowledge did not take away from her warm and friendly interaction with us. The first thing we noticed was how spotlessly clean the facility was. Sitting in a very comfortable conversation corner of the lobby the Director introduced us to what life at Spring Gardens would be like. From the room options that all were bigger than expected to the wonderful imaginative menus served in a beautiful dining room, exceeded all our expectations. Leaving Spring Gardens would be a wonderful option.

When I took the tour of Garden Springs, I was very impressed with the staff, facility and activities that they offer. They offer various size accommodations and levels of care. This is definitely an option for my elderly mother as we try to find the best fit.

well cared for

I have lived at this facility for four years. I have my own apartment and all the privacy I need. They offer so many fun activities so I don't spend too much time in my apartment. Exercise classes every day, off-site activities such as grocery shopping, lunch at different local restaurants, and lots of fun games here at the center--Uno, Five Crowns, Poker, and many more. My favorite off site activities include riding in a hot air balloon, pontoon boats on the lake, going to museums, riding on a float in three different parades. We are learning to play Sudoku and they have puzzles set up for those who love puzzles. There is no reason to get bored but sometimes it is nice to stay in my room and watch TV. They have movies for everyone in our Great Room. I am limited in space so will just say I love it here.

My experience has always been positive, except for the food. It is not bad but could be better. Everything else is positive. The staff is well trained, always friendly and available. I do not know how they it but they know all the resident by first name. They make me feel I am part of a community. They provide plenty of activities. A calendar is provided each week that lists what is available each day. There are on site options, like movies, crafts, current events and exercise classes. They provide off site activities (shopping, tours of the local area). Most of the residents are very friendly.

We recently visited Spring Gardens to see if it is a good fit for a family member. [name removed] was our host and tour guide and made us feel so welcome. We were impressed by all the wonderful facilities and amenities and would feel comfortable having our loved one live there. We were even treated to a complimentary lunch which was very tasty!

My mom has been there almost 4 years. The staff is wonderful and so caring. I am so happy to have her at a place that loves her so much. They truly care about everyone, and go out of there way to make sure everyone is taken care of and safe and happy.
