Springs Gardens Heber took excellent care of my father-in-law for the last few years of his life and provided him with the care he needed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and caring. Management was always accessible and responsive to questions. They provided activities to keep the residents engaged and the quality of the meals was great. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting and the attention to detail in decorating for holidays and special occasions is impressive! They helped us through the final stages of his life. We knew that he was cared for and loved!

The staff at Spring Gardens has been very supportive and helpful as my mother has had challenges over the past three years. Mom had some memory issues when she began life at SG three years ago, but was still somewhat independent. As time has moved on, her condition has become more challenging her care needs have become more complicated, but the team at Spring Gardens has provided the care she needs as time has marched on. I am grateful to the entire team for their support and kindness. The Spring Gardens, Heber team are part of our family.

I wanted to write a short review on Spring Gardens Assisted Living in Heber City, Utah. I was able to go on a tour of Spring Gardens and found it to be very clean, cheerful and beautiful. Every room in the facility is roomy, light filled and airy. The decor is homey and welcoming. Any of the staff that we came in contact with were friendly and helpful, as was the young lady that led the tour. The dining room resembled a nice restaurant, I wished I could have stayed to try it out!! I loved that there was a beauty salon and tidy laundry area for the residents and so many activities for them to participate in. All in all, it was a lovely place! Even though, I wasn't able to place my loved one in Spring Gardens, the Admissions Director, [name removed]was so helpful with advice and answering any of my questions.

We moved my Mom into Spring Gardens several months ago and she loves it. It is an amazing facility and staffed with caring people. The employees are always pleasant and recognize each of the family members when we go visit or take Mom out for an outing. I highly recommend Spring Gardens in Heber City UT

My father reluctantly moved into Spring Gardens; shortly after arrival, he thanked me for helping him with this difficult life decision. He told me that he still felt his independence, met new people, participated in daily/weekly routines and generally was simply having fun. Most importantly, there is nothing that beats the view of those mountains from the Heber Valley.

Fortunately, I was lucky to find such a special place for my mom. She is so happy and expresses her gratitude each time I visit her. My mom’s room is bright and cheery but it’s the staff at Spring Gardens that truly sets this place apart from the others.From the Caregivers, who truly care about the well being of the tenants to the activities coordinator who keeps the folks engaged and entertained, this place is truly top shelf. Spring Gardens Heber has a great staff who really care about the people they are helping. They are great to involve everyone and make it feel like a family environment. It takes special people to work in this field and as a family we appreciated the love and support given to our Dad during his stay. Thank you for making this difficult time a little easier for everyone.

My experience with Spring Gardens as my dad's health declined due to Alzheimer's in 2023, was nothing short of awesome. My dad initially had his own room, complete with a separate bedroom and a small kitchen and dining area. He eventually moved into the memory care area at Spring Gardens, before passing in [date removed]. The meals were awesome, and the staff in all areas really cared for my dad, as well as all of the residents. From the front desk staff, to the management and care specialists, all of them went above and beyond the call to make my dad's experience as pleasant as possible under the circumstances. The staff always went out of the way to make me feel at home as I visited my dad on a regular basis. It was very important to me to have a place where residents could go from independent living all the way to memory care. I must say that my dad was difficult to deal with as the Alzheimer's took more and more of my dad away from me. The staff at Spring Gardens are Angels!

My ex husband was hesitant to go to an assisted living facility and after 1 week he wanted to stay. He interacted with other residents, ate in the restaurant and loved the staff. Very pleased with all aspects.

This is a very nice facility. Warm and welcoming in a beautiful location. Lots of good food, activities and nursing care available. Residents are able to maintain privacy and independence as well if that is preferred.

The Spring Gardens facility is a very welcoming and bright building. Everyone (both staff and residents) were very friendly and went out of their way to make my mother feel at home. This was extremely important as we were having to relocate her from a different state and a different facility that did not do as well. The rooms are very large and open and looked very clean. The dining area was very bright and food was good and brought to the table quickly. Servers were friendly. People were talking and enjoying themselves. Had a lot of activities for the residents. There was a sign at the front door welcoming my Mother and just those extra touches meant a lot. All the attendants were very friendly and wanting to know more about my Mom. [name removed] , the Sales Manager, worked hand in hand with my Brother to make the transition as smooth as possible. From what I understand, the staff is fairly stable and doesn’t have a high turnover. Would highly recommend having Spring Garden take

Spring Gardens Heber is the nicest facility I've ever seen. I had a severe car accident 28 years ago which has left me bedridden. I don't require a lot of help. I have lived on federal and State disability because I wasn't retirement age at that time. I look forward to hopefully one day moving into Spring Gardens in Heber Utah. I look forward to living there when they have an opening in my income level.

Finding care for a loved one can be a daunting task. Our experience with Spring Gardens was a very positive one. We have had two loved ones that have lived in this facility. The staff has been wonderful to work with and we feel that they were genuinely interested in providing the best care possible. We love the welcoming environment for family to join in activities, meals or visiting. One of our loved ones passed away at the facility. They were very accommodating to our needs and showed such love and compassion during this difficult time - above and beyond what we anticipated or expected.

My Mother-In-Law is thriving at Spring Gardens Assisted Living. The staff are extra caring and they go above and beyond in there care of the residents. The Head Nurse is the best we have ever experienced. Her care for the residents is above and beyond what you would expect. The sincerity is very genuine and heartfelt. Also the food is outstanding and the dining hall is first class. We love Spring Gardens and would highly recommend it.

I moved my dad in last year. Everything is provided for at a very reasonable price. Everyone is caring and concerned for each resident. It’s clean and the food is good with a big variety. The activities calendar is full all week long with several daily activities to pick from. Church on Sunday is right upstairs which is so wonderful. Weekly excursions included as well as grocery store trips if needed. My dad loves that he can get a good and cheap haircut right upstairs. I know if I need to travel he’s in good hands and cared for. I can’t say enough great things.

I placed my Mom in Spring Gardens Memory Care in May of 2024. I live near by so I see my mother at least 2-3 times a week and spend 2-3 hours with her each visit. I have a background in healthcare and have worked in many hospitals and several skilled facilities. I have been very pleased with the care my mother receives. The staff are kind, pleasant, and cheerful. They care for the residents as if they were their own family. It seems everyone in the facility knows my mother, even residents on the independent side. The activity director and staff keep the facility decorated with bright cheerful colors and decorations and it seems there is always an activity going on. They do a good job rotating the nurses in and out of memory care (it has to be mentally exhausting). I have not seen much turn over in staff. The first week I was nervous (I have a camera in the room) but now I know Mom is safe and well cared for at Spring Gardens.

This is a great place to stay. The help are Great- They all seem to love the residents (Good and Bad). Food is wonderful.

Communicate well with the family if any issues are a concern. The staff knows my mother in law by name. The food is amazing and offers many choices for the residents with special diets to choose from. The facilities are clean. They have many activities and outing for the residents to do. They encourage residents to stay active and provided extra actives for them.

In the 4 months of [name removed] stay at Spring Gardens Heber I have gained confidence in the staff and their program to care for [name removed] . I go most every day and assist [name removed] in eating lunch.. I get to know most every staff member and patient. I see the continued kindness expressed between everyone. The frequent rotation of staff keeps them fresh and alert in their dealings with patients. I have no complaints at this time.

The staff at Spring Garden Heber are amazing. They have become like family to my mother, as well as to my wife and I. Everyone has and does go out of their way to make my mother feel loved and appreciated.
