We appreciate all of the staff and the kindness they offer our mother. We can depend on them to give her the best care. They are available to answer our questions and concerns. They offer many activities to help them socialize and even allow them to keep a pet.

Our loved one has been in Spring Gardens for 2.5 years. He was initially in the residential area then later transferred to memory care. We couldn't imagine a better location for him. The caregivers are very professional and show a genuine interest in him and his well-being. The staff is very responsive to all of our needs and questions and they always makes us feel welcome. Highly recommended.

The front desk is always pleasant when I visit and are very helpful. When I visit my grandma her room is always clean thanks to housekeeping. She also absolutely loves being able to go to different stores on Mondays.

Moved our dad to Spring Gardens from across the country. This was a very stressful move but thankfully the caregivers at Spring Gardens were very kind and welcoming to us. They are very professional and seem to really care about well being of our dad.

At 80 years old, my bride and I are realizing that we are entering the no go phase of our lives. Having no family to needed to explore assisted living. Our first stop in in our search was Spring Gardens in St. Goerge Utah. Wow what a wonderful experience. We were greeted by the Director of Admissions, who for the 2 hours she spent with us, she never looked at her watch, nor did she take any phone calls. It was obvious that we were the most important meeting on her schedule. Her efficiency and knowledge did not take away from her warm and friendly interaction with us. The first thing we noticed was how spotlessly clean the facility was. Sitting in a very comfortable conversation corner of the lobby the Director introduced us to what life at Spring Gardens would be like. From the room options that all were bigger than expected to the wonderful imaginative menus served in a beautiful dining room, exceeded all our expectations. Leaving Spring Gardens would be a wonderful option.

When I took the tour of Garden Springs, I was very impressed with the staff, facility and activities that they offer. They offer various size accommodations and levels of care. This is definitely an option for my elderly mother as we try to find the best fit.

well cared for

I have lived at this facility for four years. I have my own apartment and all the privacy I need. They offer so many fun activities so I don't spend too much time in my apartment. Exercise classes every day, off-site activities such as grocery shopping, lunch at different local restaurants, and lots of fun games here at the center--Uno, Five Crowns, Poker, and many more. My favorite off site activities include riding in a hot air balloon, pontoon boats on the lake, going to museums, riding on a float in three different parades. We are learning to play Sudoku and they have puzzles set up for those who love puzzles. There is no reason to get bored but sometimes it is nice to stay in my room and watch TV. They have movies for everyone in our Great Room. I am limited in space so will just say I love it here.

My experience has always been positive, except for the food. It is not bad but could be better. Everything else is positive. The staff is well trained, always friendly and available. I do not know how they it but they know all the resident by first name. They make me feel I am part of a community. They provide plenty of activities. A calendar is provided each week that lists what is available each day. There are on site options, like movies, crafts, current events and exercise classes. They provide off site activities (shopping, tours of the local area). Most of the residents are very friendly.

We recently visited Spring Gardens to see if it is a good fit for a family member. [name removed] was our host and tour guide and made us feel so welcome. We were impressed by all the wonderful facilities and amenities and would feel comfortable having our loved one live there. We were even treated to a complimentary lunch which was very tasty!

My mom has been there almost 4 years. The staff is wonderful and so caring. I am so happy to have her at a place that loves her so much. They truly care about everyone, and go out of there way to make sure everyone is taken care of and safe and happy.

Springs Gardens Heber took excellent care of my father-in-law for the last few years of his life and provided him with the care he needed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and caring. Management was always accessible and responsive to questions. They provided activities to keep the residents engaged and the quality of the meals was great. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting and the attention to detail in decorating for holidays and special occasions is impressive! They helped us through the final stages of his life. We knew that he was cared for and loved!

The staff at Spring Gardens has been very supportive and helpful as my mother has had challenges over the past three years. Mom had some memory issues when she began life at SG three years ago, but was still somewhat independent. As time has moved on, her condition has become more challenging her care needs have become more complicated, but the team at Spring Gardens has provided the care she needs as time has marched on. I am grateful to the entire team for their support and kindness. The Spring Gardens, Heber team are part of our family.

I wanted to write a short review on Spring Gardens Assisted Living in Heber City, Utah. I was able to go on a tour of Spring Gardens and found it to be very clean, cheerful and beautiful. Every room in the facility is roomy, light filled and airy. The decor is homey and welcoming. Any of the staff that we came in contact with were friendly and helpful, as was the young lady that led the tour. The dining room resembled a nice restaurant, I wished I could have stayed to try it out!! I loved that there was a beauty salon and tidy laundry area for the residents and so many activities for them to participate in. All in all, it was a lovely place! Even though, I wasn't able to place my loved one in Spring Gardens, the Admissions Director, [name removed]was so helpful with advice and answering any of my questions.

We moved my Mom into Spring Gardens several months ago and she loves it. It is an amazing facility and staffed with caring people. The employees are always pleasant and recognize each of the family members when we go visit or take Mom out for an outing. I highly recommend Spring Gardens in Heber City UT

My father reluctantly moved into Spring Gardens; shortly after arrival, he thanked me for helping him with this difficult life decision. He told me that he still felt his independence, met new people, participated in daily/weekly routines and generally was simply having fun. Most importantly, there is nothing that beats the view of those mountains from the Heber Valley.

Fortunately, I was lucky to find such a special place for my mom. She is so happy and expresses her gratitude each time I visit her. My mom’s room is bright and cheery but it’s the staff at Spring Gardens that truly sets this place apart from the others.From the Caregivers, who truly care about the well being of the tenants to the activities coordinator who keeps the folks engaged and entertained, this place is truly top shelf. Spring Gardens Heber has a great staff who really care about the people they are helping. They are great to involve everyone and make it feel like a family environment. It takes special people to work in this field and as a family we appreciated the love and support given to our Dad during his stay. Thank you for making this difficult time a little easier for everyone.
