I would give it 5 stars, except for our experience of the director, who too often didn't respond to our texts/calls, especially at the beginning. But all of the staff have been exceptional. They really care about my brother, who has put them to the test. We are so grateful to A Place for Mom for helping us find Evergreen Village.

For the most part. the staff is great. 4 on the food. Mom isn't very happy with the food. She loves the activities. Her room size is very comfortable. We love the size of the building. Housekeeping has been good. Over all she is very happy there. They are finally done with remodel so that is good. It is very nice.

The facility was awesome and the staff really went out of their way to make my Father very comfortable. He needed extra care and they did just that. The Medical staff made sure Dad got the help he needed. Great meals and the dinning room was really nice. They take very good care of there guests their. They even have entertainment for them. Over all its a Wonderful facility to know your loved ones will have the best. I highly recommend Avista in Apache Junction.

I walked in to visit a friend and was amazed at how clean, welcoming, and homey the community was. The staff here were amazing. I would highly recommend Avista Ellensburg to your loved ones and their families.

Mom settled into the home really well and is enjoying her time there. Staff is all really friendly and helpful. Food is good. And facility is clean and cheerful.

What we like the most about Avista Nampa is that overall it is a clean facility with friendly and attentive staff. The staff is good about contacting me with any concerns. Yes, we would recommend Avista Nampa to other families based on the experience so far.

My father lived at Terra Pointe Memory Care for two years while battling dementia, and I am deeply grateful for the care he received there. The staff consistently treated him with dignity, patience, and compassion. They provided excellent day-to-day care, including bathing, feeding, medication management, and engaging activities appropriate for his condition. I was especially reassured by the in-room monitoring system, which allowed staff to respond immediately if he needed help or had a fall. Terre Pointe also did an outstanding job coordinating with Hospice, ensuring my father remained comfortable and well cared for every step of the way. Knowing he was safe and in capable hands gave our family tremendous peace of mind. I would confidently recommend Terra Pointe Memory Care to any family seeking attentive, professional, and compassionate care for a loved one with memory loss.

My mother was a resident at Terra Pointe Memory Care until her passing. The care was top notch, and any questions I ever had were addressed with respect. The staff were always friendly and my mom was very content.

I really like it here. I like am the residents and staff. I like the size.

As far as I can see my mom gets great help and lots of stuff to do.

The Avista family is always welcoming and the residents a pleasure to entertain. The residence is always clean and comfortable and homey. The activity's are top notch and energy high. I would recommend to friend and family.
