We absolutely love Avista Senior Living. My mom is almost 92. The facility is amazingly clean and the workers are so kind. I would recommend this facility

I loved the place very personal. I loved that it only had 47 rooms or 49 rooms. They seam to have extra care and beautiful area. The only thing that didn't work was the dog. My mom has a little dog thats a must. She needs to be able to have a doggie door for potty runs as my mom cant take her out right now after a fall. The lady that run it [name removed] I believe was very nice very explanatory as the daily routines. Very personal was my favorite thing about it.

5 on all. I am very pleased with my mother's care. The big thing is she has been welcomed into the community seamlessly and talks about her dinner friends as well as her crocheting club. She has lived alone for such a long time that she sounds much happier being surrounded by people.

They had a lot of coordinated calendar events. This would be great when you need assistance for things. On site nurses that visit and are available 24/7. There were a lot of musicians who would come in and visit/perform. The Tour Director, [Name removed], is helpful, kind, and great at her job.

I recently had the honor of exchanging information with the executive chef of this heart-centered care home. He made known very clearly, his (and the overall assisted living community’s) intention to show up with love, awareness and conscientiousness with every single resident, with every fiber of his being. His exact words were, “I need my entire team to give their absolute all ~ every single day that we serve our community. We must make each meal with the detailed awareness and care that it could be someone’s last.” When I heard (and felt the truth of) his statement, I knew undoubtedly, that this wholly supportive care facility is deeply mapped upon full integrity and heart-centric service. There is now nowhere else in Utah that I will be referring friends, families and loved ones toward. This depth of service truly means the world.

I feel extremely happy that I chose Avista! ALL the staff are awesome - they know my name, they know what I can and cannot do, the food is great, all I can say is its a pleasure to be here!

I would give it 5 stars, except for our experience of the director, who too often didn't respond to our texts/calls, especially at the beginning. But all of the staff have been exceptional. They really care about my brother, who has put them to the test. We are so grateful to A Place for Mom for helping us find Evergreen Village.

For the most part. the staff is great. 4 on the food. Mom isn't very happy with the food. She loves the activities. Her room size is very comfortable. We love the size of the building. Housekeeping has been good. Over all she is very happy there. They are finally done with remodel so that is good. It is very nice.

The facility was awesome and the staff really went out of their way to make my Father very comfortable. He needed extra care and they did just that. The Medical staff made sure Dad got the help he needed. Great meals and the dinning room was really nice. They take very good care of there guests their. They even have entertainment for them. Over all its a Wonderful facility to know your loved ones will have the best. I highly recommend Avista in Apache Junction.

I walked in to visit a friend and was amazed at how clean, welcoming, and homey the community was. The staff here were amazing. I would highly recommend Avista Ellensburg to your loved ones and their families.

Mainly the friendliness of staff and management but also it's a very beautiful and clean facility. My mom is in a studio and it's really big. Very open. There is a small weight room and a couple of activity rooms with TVs but that's about it. Trader Joe's does donate flowers there so there's an opportunity to get fresh flowers a couple of days a week which is really nice.

Mom settled into the home really well and is enjoying her time there. Staff is all really friendly and helpful. Food is good. And facility is clean and cheerful.

What we like the most about Avista Nampa is that overall it is a clean facility with friendly and attentive staff. The staff is good about contacting me with any concerns. Yes, we would recommend Avista Nampa to other families based on the experience so far.

The facility was clean, Very well kept up. Mine was a video tour. I was impressed and intend to move there in the spring. My nephew and his wife who toured in person were also impressed.

We were immediately impressed by the warmth of the facilities, the friendly staff, and the cheery atmosphere. My mom immediately knew this was the place for her. We were invited to stay for lunch and the food was delicious!

My father lived at Terra Pointe Memory Care for two years while battling dementia, and I am deeply grateful for the care he received there. The staff consistently treated him with dignity, patience, and compassion. They provided excellent day-to-day care, including bathing, feeding, medication management, and engaging activities appropriate for his condition. I was especially reassured by the in-room monitoring system, which allowed staff to respond immediately if he needed help or had a fall. Terre Pointe also did an outstanding job coordinating with Hospice, ensuring my father remained comfortable and well cared for every step of the way. Knowing he was safe and in capable hands gave our family tremendous peace of mind. I would confidently recommend Terra Pointe Memory Care to any family seeking attentive, professional, and compassionate care for a loved one with memory loss.

My mother was a resident at Terra Pointe Memory Care until her passing. The care was top notch, and any questions I ever had were addressed with respect. The staff were always friendly and my mom was very content.

I really like it here. I like am the residents and staff. I like the size.
