I have lived at summit for over a year and a half and love it here! The food and activities are the best. The care is fantastic, especially the nurse [name removed]! We go on outings all the time, even to the lake to fish. So glad I found summit.

Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about Caliche Senior Living. From the moment our mom moved in, we knew it was the right choice. The staff is truly amazing — caring, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure she feels supported while still maintaining her independence. One of the things we love most is the variety of activities available. Our mom always has something fun and engaging to do, which has given her a renewed sense of community and joy. It means so much to see her not only cared for, but also thriving. We also appreciate the thoughtful balance Caliche provides between structure and personal freedom. Unlike many other places we visited, Caliche allows residents to enjoy things that make life feel more like home — for example, our mom can keep and enjoy alcohol in her own room if she chooses. That kind of respect for personal choice is rare, and it makes a huge difference in quality of life. We wholeheartedly recommend Caliche Senior Living to any family searching for a place where their loved one will be safe, cared for, and truly happy.

Comments: staff is great - caring and kind and efficient. The garden is big and beautiful. My dog can go off leash as it is totally secure.

My mother has indicated that she says they have good food. And she loves their soup. All staff has been very accommodating and friendly working with me and my mother's LTC insurance.

Summit senior care went out of their way to accommodate my DIL. She tested it for four weeks and decided it was the best place for her.

The staff are very polite and professional. The food is pretty good too.

The staff is wonderful. Always willing to help you in any way. The only thing I don’t like is the meal schedule. Breakfast at 8, Lunch at 12 and dinner at 5. I would like a flexible meal schedule. The food is not always the best and sometimes it’s outstanding.

Facility and staff are kind and compassionate for the most part. It's a lovely place with many fun activities. Yes of all the places we looked at, over 7 in the salt lake valley, this was the best. It's pricey but worth it, so I would recommend.

I think they do a remarkable job there considering what they contend with daily. They keep it clean, and the staff are all really nice and friendly. The food seems to be good with a lot of variety. My husband always says it's good. I'm happy I chose this location.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They keep me informed of any issues. Mom says the food isn't very good; I ate with her once and have to agree. The facility is very clean.

We moved my mother to Avista from [community removed] approximately 6 weeks ago. She was not receiving the care and attention from the staff at Hearthstone she required. We feel [community removed] is poorly managed, understaffed, lacks compassion, staff is under qualified, unsanitary conditions and has terrible communication skills with family members. After moving my mother to Avista we saw an immediate improvement in my mother’s health, attitude and overall well being. The staff at Avista are qualified, attentive and compassionate. Avista is well managed, provides excellent care for its residents and communicates exceedingly well with family members. Avista is also meticulously clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. We are very happy with my mother’s care at Avista and she is very happy to be there!

The facility has an open and warm environment. Two room units, with a bath and kitchen appliances. Nice courtyard.

The staff at spring gardens was very caring and good to my step mom while she was there. I would highly recommend this facility to those looking.

5 for all except for Food - that would be a 3 because the variety to choose from is not good. It is a smaller facility, so staff is doesn't seem so overwhelmed and tenants seem happier, like a family setting.

What we like the most about Spring Gardens is the Food quality & service. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Finding memory care for my father is one of the most emotional and difficult experiences I have ever faced. As his full-time caregiver, I struggled with the idea of placing him in someone else's care. But from the moment we arrived at Terra Pointe Memory Care, I felt a sense of relief and reassurance. The team welcomed not only my father, but also me. They saw the exhaustion I was carrying and responded with genuine kindness, patience, and understanding. They took the time to learn who my father is beyond his diagnosis, including his routines, favorite meals, and the stories he loves to share. That level of personal attention has made all the difference. They also walked me through the complexities of his health insurance, explaining everything clearly and making sure I never felt overwhelmed or alone in the process. Their support continues to ease so much of the stress I once felt every day. Now, my father is smiling, connecting with the staff, and finding comfort in his new home.

Avista Garden City was very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful to residents. Rooms were very nice.

My sister has been a resident for nearly a year. My sister has Down Syndrome and now Alzheimer's. The care she receives has been exceptional by all the staff. The activities provided whether daily or holiday-themed are designed so lovingly by the Edith in the activity room and administered by her staff with care. The food and snacks provided are of outstanding quality.

5 stars Terra Pointe Memory Care has been an incredible blessing for our family. The staff is not only highly trained but genuinely compassionate—they treat every resident with the dignity, patience, and respect they deserve. The facility is always clean, safe, and welcoming, with thoughtful activities tailored to meet the individual needs of the residents. Communication with families is excellent; they keep us updated and involved, which brings great peace of mind. We feel truly fortunate to have found a place where our loved one is so well cared for and valued. Highly recommended!
