When I received the call that my cousin who is like a sister to me was in the hospital due to the stress of caring for her 26yr old special needs son 24/7care.and my 93 year old aunt.I knew I needed to leave my home in Fla and go to long Island to help my family We came to Atria in a full blown crisis.we were met with kindness,encouragement,reassurance and professional help.we carefully looked into the possibility of my aunt being placed in one of the lovely apartments.after receiving a tour and learning about all the services and amenities Atria had to offer it was easy to see Atria would be a perfect fit for my aunt.The best part was it was easy to bring up the idea of admission.It turned out to be a far easier task than we all anticipated.My aunt loved the apartments, activities available ,was able to sample the food which she met with much approval.Every single person we came in contact with at Atria we were met with kindness,warmth,reassurance and an eagerness to help.

I am 81 years old and my husband is will be 79 in a couple of weeks. We had been living in a senior modular home park since our marriage in 2018. As we have aged, we started thinking about moving into an independent living facility where we could relax a little more and have a feeling of more security and comfort. After doing a lot of research and touring many places, we came to the conclusion that Atria Rocklin was the place for us. We have a lovely 2-bedroom apartment with a fireplace, a garage, and a lovely patio area. We have beautiful views from both our patio and from all our many windows. Our monthly rent includes dinner each day and once a week house keeping. Not having to plan on what to cook for dinner plus having someone come once a week to change the bed and launder the sheets plus totally clean the whole apartment was VERY appealing to me. They also have assisted living and memory care on the same campus. I highly recommend Atria Rocklin. Come and take a tour!

The environment at Atria San Juan is very warm and welcoming and the residents are all friendly. The staff is excellent with communication with the family! The move-in process was so easy. They even brought out a cart for us to use. The meals are quite delicious; my husband and I eat there regularly. We highly recommend this facility! We are thrilled with our choice for our mom.

I love my apartment! I also love the food. My cousin found this place for me and I am glad he did! Whenever I ask maintenance to shampoo or clean my carpet they do. I like the people and everything here!

I love the opportunities provided in the community and I can still come and go as I please. I don't participate much in the activities, because I like going out a lot. I enjoy my independence at Willow Park.

This place is absolutely the best place! We toured many other Assisted Livings and this one stuck out. The staff all looked happy they greeted us and shook our hands. No one did this at the other places. The other patients that live here all looked happy too. One patient even went up to us and introduced themselves as an ambassador and shared all the wonderful amenities the place had to offer. We loved the experience and moved my Mom in. Mom has been so happy

The staff is welcoming and efficient—I feel that my husband is safe and treated well. He is grumpy and difficult. The carers are patient and kind, My family visits almost every day-we find him well taken care of. I could no longer meet his needs. At Atria his needs are met. The staff is so friendly to him and us. I looked at other places but Atria-Kew Gardens was our choice

My mother is 99 years old and has been at Atria West 86 for approximately 2 months now. She says it has been a godsend and that the staff is wonderful and takes excellent care of her. She loves the food and enjoys going to the dining room three times a day. Her apartment is comfortable and cozy, and she is happy to be there. Special.shoutout to the nurse and wellness team, who have done a beautiful job of bringing her medications to her,.escorting her to meals, and answering all of her questions at any hour of the day or night. Heartfelt thanks to Atria West 86th Street staff for making her transition to assisted living as painless as possible, and for keeping me informed and reeassured throughout her adjustment process.

The staff and administration are all very helpful and kind. They are always there to answer any questions or concerns. I’m so happy I found Maplewood! Nancy makes herself readily available for any issue or matters that may arise.she is wonderful!

I would recommend to others, and would also let people know to ask questions and stay in touch with the staff. .. they are very responsive.

My brother has been in the Bay Shore Atria approximately 1 year. HE IS THRIVING AND SSSSSOOOOO HAPPY THERE, SO, OF COURSE WE ARE ECSTATIC! The staff are always available when and if needed. The amenities are so plentiful, each extraordinarily performed. The facility is beautiful and pristine in its cleanliness. I could not be happier for my brother. I

Everyone is friendly, kind and thoughtful. Room sizes are good. Like all of New York everything is a little small. But it's all good.

My mother and I toured Atria Darien last week and were extremely impressed by the staff and facility. We had many questions about the scope and level of care that were thoroughly addressed. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were spacious, the dining room, gardens, libraries, and other facilities were very impressive.

Moving your parents Into an assisted/independent living facility is never an easy decision. That said, When dealing with a place as lovingly and impeccably managed as the Atria Darien, You immediately gain peace of mind. In fact, my husband and I joked that we wanted to move there right away because it feels like wonderful combination of a high country club, Resort and small and well run condominium. My family and I cannot say enough great things about the staff and the premises. From Sales to nursing to social work to front desk to restaurant, the care and warmth that exudes from each person is palpable. Do not hesitate to seek a place for your loved one here if it’s available.

My mom is currently a resident at Atria Cary and everything has been beyond great for us at this facility! This is and has been an amazing experience, both for my mom and my sisters. If this is what we have to look forward as we age, sign us up. This place is like no other that I have ever experienced.

Overall Atria Harborhill was a great place for our parents and based on the experience we had, we would highly recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

I have toured exactly 18 assisted living places before choosing Atria at Tucker. My uncle has been here for almost 2 months since April 3, so let me start from the beginning. After being exhausted from viewing many places, [name removed] (Director of Sales) called me and invited me to do a tour. Once I got into the building, I felt different. It felt like home, and I knew this was the place for my uncle. It was non-stop communication from that point on. She ensured I had everything in writing and understood all the processes. My uncle was in an awful rehab in New Jersey, and [name removed] led the transfer and made sure we had what was needed to get him to GA safely. Once he arrived, they had all his medication and assisted me with getting his wheelchair, PT, AND OT the following week. I wanted to ensure the transition for my uncle, who has lived up north for 81 years, was done successfully. My uncle LOVES the food; each meal, he states, "It's tasty," to the point that he never wants to come out .

I can't day enough good things about the Atria Forest Hills facility and it's wonderful staff. My mom unfortunately has memory issues that have gotten worse over time and a number of years living alone during COVID likely did not help the situation. When she started showing signs of needing additional help I did a study of all the assisted living facilities around NYC and Atria facilities and especially the Forest Hills facility stood out as having wonderful reviews. It was a difficult process for a number of reasons but everyone at Atria from the sales staff to the residence director, nursing staff, maintence and everyone else made the transition as seamless as possible. I'm so glad my mom has such a strong sense of community now; she's a very social person the the community at the facility, the friendly residents and staff and all the activities they have for residents really was amazingly good for her. She's really thriving and I can't thank them enough.

My loved one was previously a resident at Atria Lafayette Hill and the overall experience was great. The staff was friendly. The housekeeping was great. Based on our experience, I would recommend Atria Lafayette Hill to others.

Unfortunately, my mom was hospitalized and passed away the week that she was to move in. Atria was excellent to deal with during the process. They were very sympathetic and understanding during her hospitalization and they promptly refunded our deposit after she passed. Can't say enough nice things about Atria.
