Atria

Everyone is so nice here and has such a warm and loving heart it has such a nurturing atmosphere, the staff is all so sweet and delightful to be around. And the older citizens are all so sweet and great to be around. I personally go there just to help out and I have managed to form relationships with a lot of the older citizens. I love to do all of the classes with them and they all seem so happy to be there and the staff is making them all so happy. I truly find this place to amazing and have a great and loving atmosphere and I think if you are looking for a place to go or put a family member in this would be a great option.

Also wanted to let u know that one of [name removed] caregivers, [name removed] , always went above and beyond. I hope she is being recognized for her care, compassion, and skills. I was comforted knowing [name removed] was with my sister, especially toward the end. They are expensive, but aren't they all.

What we like the most about Atria Tanglewood is the locations. We also like the fact they offer private baths. We like the weekly trips to bank, pharmacy and stores Thank you for your assistance helping us find such a nice place. My Dad really enjoyed his time there and the company.

I’ve lived here for several months. I like everything about the community. It’s a beautiful place. The first time I saw this place, I fell in love with all the trees. It’s the place to be. I made quite a few friends here.

I love living here, Three wonderful Meals a day. Everyday Activities And exercise. So much to do.

I love being here. Love the people in charge and the residents. Like everyone. Very kind people. I love the activities.

I like how clean it is. I like the staff and my apartment.

It is a small community. All the staff know all resident's names. If you need help there is someone there to help you. All of my needs are being met. Give me time to do the things I like! I love where I live!

The people are friendly and the way of life. It's like being in my own home. It's a great place to live.

We appreciated the staff and leadership of Atria during the difficult transition of our mom to this facility. The new executive director has been doing an excellent job of making changes for the residents to improve quality of life and experiences at Atria. It is a place that prioritizes activities to keep residents active and engaged which is healthy. Thank you again for all the hard work the staff does on a daily basis.

Very accommodating staff, laundry and cleaning staff is exceptional. Very helpful daily medication management. Food is ok, mostly frozen reheated meals, limited variety. I'm not sure how the activities are communicated to residents. Also there seems to be a desire for some male oriented outings and female oriented outings. Same for activities. Can they survey residents for outing/ activity suggestions?

From the moment I stepped into the facility, I was greeted by staff & other community members. It has been a very positive experience for my mom here,

I have found the Atria to be a pleasant place to live. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I live here with my handi capped daughter and my dog. The meals are good and the apartment is nice and roomy.

I was quite impressed with the staff, very caring and friendly, they made my husband feel very welcomed and cared for

My aunt was living with me for a few years when tragedy struck my house. My husband passed away and I needed more help with my aunt. I tried having help at my house but it got to be more than anticipated. I decided to place her at Atria. The best decision I ever made. It’s not just an assisted living facility, it’s a home and so much more. They made my aunt feel welcome and the apartment was beautiful. She is surrounded by the most beautiful gardens and has so many different places to go You will never meet a better staff anywhere. They are all truly gifted as they take your loved one under their wings and provide so much love and caring. You can sleep at night knowing this amazing staff is on duty and their only concern is for your family member. I consider myself and my aunt truly blessed. Thank you to all of you!!

This review is based off of our experience back in August of 2022- The office and front desk staff were very helpful, explained things clearly, and were understanding of the emotions our family was going through. All of the care staff were very caring and genuinely interested in my family member.
