Very accommodating staff, laundry and cleaning staff is exceptional. Very helpful daily medication management. Food is ok, mostly frozen reheated meals, limited variety. I'm not sure how the activities are communicated to residents. Also there seems to be a desire for some male oriented outings and female oriented outings. Same for activities. Can they survey residents for outing/ activity suggestions?

I have found the Atria to be a pleasant place to live. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I live here with my handi capped daughter and my dog. The meals are good and the apartment is nice and roomy.

My aunt was living with me for a few years when tragedy struck my house. My husband passed away and I needed more help with my aunt. I tried having help at my house but it got to be more than anticipated. I decided to place her at Atria. The best decision I ever made. It’s not just an assisted living facility, it’s a home and so much more. They made my aunt feel welcome and the apartment was beautiful. She is surrounded by the most beautiful gardens and has so many different places to go You will never meet a better staff anywhere. They are all truly gifted as they take your loved one under their wings and provide so much love and caring. You can sleep at night knowing this amazing staff is on duty and their only concern is for your family member. I consider myself and my aunt truly blessed. Thank you to all of you!!

This review is based off of our experience back in August of 2022- The office and front desk staff were very helpful, explained things clearly, and were understanding of the emotions our family was going through. All of the care staff were very caring and genuinely interested in my family member.

The Atria feels like home and such friendly and supportive people are here. I think they are truly wonderful people running our care and also keeping us safe.

We met with [name removed] for our tour and from the very beginning had a wonderful experience. We got the grand tour having many opportunities to meet staff and residents. We were impressed with the wonderful amenities. We had the opportunity to see some of the one bedroom apartments and were informed that there was a special and it worked out well. Our next stop was the Restaurant and we were treated with a lovely lunch. Once we finished lunch, we started the paperwork ( not fun) and signed. [name removed]didn’t stop after signing, but she has been with us throughout the process . Our hats off to [name removed] and her staff!

Making this decision was the most difficult thing I've ever done, but it was necessary. Atria made the process as easy as possible, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. well-cared for, happy, and SAFE!

ATRIA is very pleasant place to live. This is due to the extraordinary staff.

My husband was at Atria for 2 yrs and loved it. He made many friends and enjoyed the community. The staff were wonderful, accommodating, and always made us feel welcome. We were nervous at first but now we know it was the best decision!

I had my hands full taking care of my mother while she was in the hospital having surgery and didn’t have time to find her a new place to live. [name removed] did all research and work for me. He had scheduled all the visits for me and my husband to see. Once we selected a place for my mother, [name removed] contacted the facility and negotiated for us. I really appreciate all the work he did for my family and took the stress out of it.

The staff are really kind and caring with my dad. My dad likes the food and the choices. Facilities are kept very clean. We’re as the staff have been very welcoming the residents are not so much. Part of this may be my dad has not been reaching out in joining activities yet. We are happy with our choice overall.

Atria Willow Glen is a beautiful community with lots of space, a swimming pool and the staff always make sure to provide great care for their residents. They have lot's of great activities to make sure their residents are engaged and happy.

Our experience was great with the staff of Atria Manor, Tucson. Everyone was very friendly and patient with all of our as well as our grandmothers questions and concerns. After walking through and giving us a tour they noticed our grandmothers limited mobility and offered her another vacant spot closer to all the accommodations. Our grandmother is very happy and has found herself looking forward to activities and socializing with other tenants.

Staff treat the residents like their own family. Tons of activities, events, outings, socialization. Excellent nursing and PT/OT/Speech services. Great food. My mom has independence but assistance when needed. She is safe. No regrets!

I would give a 5 to all questions. Everyone working there is friendly and very helpful to their residents. There are many activities for them. The dining room has wonderful food with many special events like barbecues on the 4th etc with entertainment. Facility is very clean. Everyone has been wonderful to my Uncle.

Today marks the 4th month here. WE have truly loved every moment. It's like starting a new phase of life. We have made so many new friends and there's no questioning that we have developed deep feelings for everyone. Atria Willow Park is definitely a great place to live!
