I have only been here a short while and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Everyone has been very helpful and inclusive. I am excited to meet more people and participate in the upcoming Olympic games they are doing.

Atria is my Home and when people ask me how long have I lived here I tell them I was born here! I've lived here almost from the time it was open and wouldn't think about moving. This is My Home My Family. The staff have worked here for many years and are great to me and I love all my neighbors.

Great property and staff! I moved my 90+ year old father from out of state into Atria's assisted living property. He's been there about 8 months and we're very happy with our choice. I did a lot of research and tours, and Atria was my favorite (and not the most expensive on our list). It was a big transition for us and I could see the staff working hard to make him feel comfortable and respond to the many questions we had as he moved in and got settled. The property is well kept and I've built a nice rapport with the staff. My Dad regularly tells me how much he enjoys his new place, so that speaks volumes.

The studio my family member was in at the time was only $[removed] a month. This was a big value for the Bay area. We really appreciated that.

After touring several communities, Atria was last on the list, but from the time we walked the door, it felt like home. The entire staff and nurses have given my mom a new lease on life Each and every person is outstanding.

We love that our mother is safe and happy. We always feel welcomed. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Atria Bay Spring Village to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Great community and staff have been friendly and helpful each time I talk to them. The salmon I had was wonderful and the dining room waitresses were so friendly! I'm seeing my aunt be social and even doing workout classes which is a relief.

My loved one feels at home and well cared for. He is happy and that is everything!

I moved into Atria in July. I sold my house that my wife and I lived in for 62 years. It was hard to think about leaving my home. But, Atria made the process easier and I am now settled in and very happy. My apartment looks out over the trees and I can see the deer. Maintenance staff so friendly. Food is great and large meals. I am happy that I made the decision to move.

Unfortunately my brother fell and wasn't able to return to assisted living since he needed a greater level of care. Copeland is a single story building which makes it much easier for the residents and is safer when they do not have to negotiate stairs or the elevator It was a very good experience for my brother. He really wanted to go back there. They made him very happy during his experience here and deserve a great review. I highly recommend Atria Copeland.

The housing and grounds are exceptional....beautiful and very well kept. Even more impressive is the welcoming and supportive environment created by both the staff and residents of this facility. As far as food goes - stick to basics rather than trying to serve exotics, ensure that food is served warm. (My intent was to rate food as average...some dishes are very good/exceptional, while others are sub par, which may be unavoidable when trying to cater to so many different tastes)

This is an upscale assisted living facility with excellent staff, food, and activities which are appropriate and enriching to residents.

I have never seen a place where everyone on the staff smiles and is friendly with only an exception or two (none in key positions). The food is great -[name removed] the restaurant manager, is terrific. The facilities are top notch & maintained well. Likewise, the residents are almost universally friendly & chatty, which my loved one really enjoys. The facility is located in a great area: good shopping, easy access to medical facilities. Cost is high, but not out of line for services received. All these places are expensive.

[name removed]- the Community Sales Associate was exceptionally friendly and thorough in explaining to us every detail we wanted to know and all the questions we asked about this facility full of warm atmosphere. Thank you [name removed]for your patience and the tour you provided for us.

While researching facilities for my father, I was recommended Atria Cranford. [name removed] was an amazing contact for our family. She was so helpful to talk with, so warm during this difficult process and extremely informative with care levels and facilities options. Highly recommend speaking with her when you need to decided on elderly assisted care in New Jersey. Atria Cranford is a nice property for seniors!

Of all the Memory Care establishments we visited, Atria Evergreen Valley is exceptional. This is what we observed during our tour; the staff were very attentive to residents, the rooms have ample space and very clean, the dining menu is excellent, plenty of activities for all levels. The ratio of staff to residents is good - always a qualified staff member during late hours. The cleanliness of Atria really stands above all others. From the inside to outside, Atria is immaculate. I didn't see a single instance of neglect during our tour, something my mother would appreciate. When the time comes, Atria will be my first choice for Mom.

I love it here. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The staff, the daily events, I truly enjoy. There are sooo many dishes to choose from. We had the best July 4th. Thank goodness we were all able to see this from the terraces.

Though not ready to make a decision yet, but was very impressed with the facitlity. Currently out touring multiple facilities and this one looks very nice. Will definitely keep them in mind when the time comes.

There is nothing that comes close to Coterie in New York City. The expertise, skill, compassion, helpfulness and kindness of the entire staff and the beauty of the facility is unparalleled. No detail has been forgotten there. It is in a class by itself.
