For the most part it's a good place. Care and med tech do a great job.

The staff is friendly, the food is fabulous, and the management is caring. It is especially nice to see that [name removed], the Director makes himself available to residents. He is a great active listener and cares deeply for all of the residents.

Atria Huntington has been my mom's home for years. We love the grounds, the feeling of home and mainly the staff. They are responsive and eager to make their residents happy. They truly do the best they can.

My mother spent over 5 years at Atria Park of St. Josephs. She spent most of her time in the Independent Assisted Living community and the last few months in Memory Care. Living out of state, I was comfortable and confident that my Mom was receiving the best of care. Over the years, I got to know everyone from the receptionist to the Executive Director - all giving 100% to ensuring all residents/families needs were met. The Director of Nursing demonstrated compassionate and competent care and was always available to discuss any needs or concerns. When I had to move my Mom up to VA for family reasons, we felt as if we were leaving "family". We will always be grateful for the exceptional experience and care my Mom received.

I've lived here for 3 weeks and wish I would've moved sooner. Start is so caring and meals are great. Highly would recommend this place.

I was living at home with in home care that was not satisfactory. The cost of in home care became too costly. A relative was working at Atria in another location and mentioned that Atria Las Posas was best for me. The first day I came here I met [name removed] and a resident [name removed]. I immediately fell in love with both. That was the middle of Feb 2024 and I moved into a very nice located 1 Bedroom on the ides of March. The exterior location is exemplary across from a park, a church and located near shopping areas with walking distance (if you can walk) more than a couple of blocks. ALL the Staff are kind, compassionate, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I honestly have not met anyone I can say I do not like. [name removed]in particular is my go to guy. He makes any situation laughable, dressed professionally and is genuinely concerned about each and every resident. I highly recommend Atria Las Posas as a choice for you before a choice has to made for you.

Kinghaven keeps residents busy with activities[facility remove] tour in Detroit with other Assisted Livings, [facility remove]in April and going back in October. Toledo Mud Hens game. So many to pick from. I would put my parents there if ever needed.

Although, we visited several other facilities, I would give Atria high rating in all categories. Facilities and rooms are cleaned weekly; Staff members are friendly and always available; care and therapy programs are available at reasonable cost; meals and dining are of high quality; activities such as exercise, games and entertainment are plentiful; well-behaved pets are welcome, and pet care is available.

After 6 weeks at the Stern Rehabilitation Center, North Shore, Manhasset, my husband, [name removed], was in need of a respite stay for another 6 weeks. After touring the facility with [name removed], Sales Director, and [name removed], Executive Director, I knew we had the place. Lovely accommodations. Great outdoor options. Wonderful dining. Everyone from the administration to the over all staff provided great support and care. In a heart of Forest Hills, we had access to everything. After 4 days, Rafael said I like it here. I highly recommend Atria Forest Hills. Thank you all for making this stay as pleasurable as possible. As the caregiver, I want to thank the entire front desk staff, [names removed] for greeting me everyday with a smile. It meant a lot to me. Many thanks to [name removed], Atria's driver, [name removed]and [name removed], our trouble shooters. Were either of us be in need of an assisted living facility, Atria FH would be our choice, once more.

Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Nice Facility with great outdoor spaces and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

Everyone very helpful and polite. Have never seen any thing that needed attending to. Everyone you come across in facility is very friendly. Staff has accommodated all needs, in most of the time, a timely manor. Enjoyed energy meal I shared with [name removed] . The staff has also accommodated bringing meals to [name removed] room frequently. A variety of activities are offered. [name removed] doesn't want to participate often and I only wish they would make an occasional attempt to invite her, even if only by phone. I do think we get good value for money.

No place is perfect but l don't have anything bad to say so far. I was in a different facility before this and the Atria is far better. It is much smaller than the other one which makes it easier for the residents to get around and it is cheaper than the other facility.

Atria has been a total blessing for my dad. He has been on Hospice care for about 8 weeks and they have been excellent also. Would have never imagined my dad without a cigarette after 75 years but the nebulizers helped him breathe AND made cigarettes taste awful. In short: TGFA! Thank God for Atria and of course APFM.

We needed to find care in a hurry. [names removed] went above and beyond the the 9-5; as they say, "Healthcare never takes a day off". Tour, pricing, and info were clear, honest, and professional. Property is beautiful grounds are great there are so many happy faces at events, meals and thought out the day can't say enough how much I love Atria

I'd say I highly recommend them. No negatives. Mom is 98 so she doesn't use all the available activities but they do have a lot them daily.

I feel like all of these deserve a five. Feeling of family about the faculty and the residence. The staff seems to want you to be very happy and help you with anything. You might have a problem with quickly. The apartments seem to be very nice. Mine is perfect. It's a little over 1000 ft.² and cute as a button. I feel very safe and like I am the first one to live in this apartment. They had it completely renovated before we moved in

Atria Seville has been great. The only issue [name removed] is having is the lack of diversity among the residents. She's asked me to look at other assisted living facilities with more people of color. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Facility is well maintained. Quick response on repairs like air conditioning, fix door handles and adjusting cable television

5 for all. Our experience has been fantastic. The staff members who were there are the best and we would absolutely recommend Atria Lincoln Place to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The entire team at Atria Park was helpful, attentive and proactive. They made my mother feel safe and welcome upon her arrival and their continued level of care and attention to detail are to be complemented.
