I like the people, activities, food (some)

My sister was well taken care of here. Our facilitator was a true, caring individual and did everything for us. Also, the head of the memory care department was wonderful.

Only been here for two weeks. I'm very happy here. Not used to being checked up on through. One morning man was in my apt asking if I'm okay- I was still in bed. Then, one morning my phone rang. (about 11am) haven't seen me- checking! A

This place is an excellent value for the money. I have loved every minute living there. Plus they were so very kind to my kitty cat.

After viewing 3 or 4 senior living places, my daughter caller a place for mom. I went to Atria liked that apt, like the people really like the price. I signed up that day that day and moved in that weekend. And the food is good.

I have lived at Atria for over 3 years. I feel like this is truly my home. The staff is so warm, loving and compassionate. Its an old facility but charming with green all around us.

The transition from family living into memory care can be a traumatic experience. My husband was completely dependent on me and I was very concerned that moving would be hard on him. The staff was very understanding and helpful with transition. They have continued to be helpful and understanding. Daily activities are a large part of the therapy and a good variety are offered. The food is great and my husband enjoys every meal.

I looked at a few assisted living places for my father fell in love with this place. Staff is amazing. The place is beautiful highly recommend. The renovations they did it’s like staying at a five star hotel

I just moved back to Atria after a move to OR and so happy to be back home. So excited to be back with the same management team still here. ED, ELD, CSD, MD and CDS. They are just great to work with and have helped me in my move back.

Food is always delicious and selections are adequate. Several choices if not happy with menu offered.

Atria is an unequivocally “go to” Assisted Living Facility! During my rehab at Atria, my recuperation was facilitated by the professional staff who provided competent, skilled, kind, and attentive care with all ADL’s,nursing, therapies,monitoring intermittently throughout the day, and prompt responses to calls for assistance day, and overnight. Only twice during my 5 week stay, did I wait longer than 5 minutes for help. Housekeeping was thorough and provided regularly, and nutritious, meal choices were consistently available in the attractive dining room.In addition, my quality of life was greatly enhanced by the super daily agenda of programming activities, featuring options of musical performances, concerts, lectures, movies, art classes, and “brain cell”stimulating games. I would return to Atria in a heart beat!!

Great all around staff and service.

Everyone around town say this place is great so I introduced my grandfather to this place, he absolutely Loves it!!!! The staff and the food and the environment is perfect, I was nervous at first to put him in anywhere like a assisted living but this place is perfect and he loves it.

The community is beautiful! The staff goes above and beyond! Happy with our choice for our loved one! Ive had meals at this location and enjoyed all of them! This is the perfect community for my loved one and I can relax knowing that they are cared for properly.

My first impression was very good! This has been my very favorite job I’ve had and I can see myself being here long term. Everyone is super nice and patient. The staff here is a 10/10. I would definitely send my family here

[name removed] was awesome explaining the process of admissions and helping me navigate the decision process for my Dad. Even though finding placement for a loved one is difficult even for someone that is in the Long Term Care for 20 years… I was very appreciative of the support shown by the Atria team.

I met with three of the highest level managers at Atria and they were so helpful, informative and knowledgeable. They spent over two hours with me describing their services and how to best serve my family. They were also willing to personalize the care for my parents and offered additional resources for me to use. I am grateful for their time and thoughtfulness as well as the compassion they showed to me. I would recommend Atria Forest Hills highly.

I hear some complaints that the food portion sizes are small. Otherwise, I have not heard many complaints. Yes, based on the experience we have had we would recommend it to other families. It seems welcoming.

As you can imagine, transitioning, your loved one from their home to a facility is very emotional. It is mentally and physically taxing for both the family and the person who is moving. The staff at Village Green has assisted us each step of the way to ensure that our mother is safe, clean and well cared for, the community is busy and lively. They offer a lot of activities and social interactions as well as trips outside the community and faith based services to all members of the community. The medical staff is knowledgeable and responsive to all our mother‘s medical needs. The facility is staffed 24 hours a day.

We were blessed to have such a wonderful experience when touring Atria. We had to do a virtual visit since my dad lives out of state. We were able to talk with several personnel and people who live there. They answered a of my dad’s questions and his kids questions. Can’t wait to get him in there.
