Well, we loved the staff. Absolutely love the chef and all the people that served our parents while they dined. I enjoyed the fact that we were allowed to eat with them and pay [fee removed] a person to sit there and have lunch or dinner with our parents. We can't do that now. I loved the apartment which was absolutely stunning and filled with light. What they have now is just depressing. And most of all we love [name removed] the general manager I believe that was his title. He was available to us all the time with any question that we may have. Every person treated us with respect and seemed happy to be there. That's not what we have now. It's a shame that our parents did not listen to us because they are not in a place that we like to visit. They are not at Atria

My mother has only been there about a week, but all residents and employees seem very nice and helpful. Place is beautiful and very clean. My mother is enjoying their Chef cooked food. The caregivers are all nice and seem to check on the residents all the time.

My mother-in-law chose to only stay there briefly, she's not very social and I think she decided she wanted to go back to her home and live the way she had been living in isolation with her garden and her chickens. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The place was immaculately clean and we found everyone was mostly available to speak to us. The only thing is, when there was a problem with the billing it was hard to get an answer as they told us they were going to handle it but it took a few phone calls to get it corrected.

The Atria is a most amazing and wonderful Community . Everyone who lives and works in this community is Top Notch and extremely loving. The Atria is more than a community it is a family. Everyone fits in and feels loved, cared about and respected. Residents know one another and are genuinely interested and care about each other. The staff is consistent and always provides he best possible care for the residents. Not to mention the delicious food cuisine. Actually, I think my Mom got much younger after moving to Atria. This could truly be a Fountain of Youth : )

The entire staff is helpful and kind. Sales managers went out of their way to make my dad comfortable with the whole process. The activity director got him involved in things he hasn't done in years. The food staff make everyone feel at home. Cleaning personnel are on top of it! They truly seam to love their jobs. Dad is super happy at Atria Bell Court Gardens.

Pleased with the experience. Everyone is helpful and caring. Very satisfied.

When I entered the facility is was a warm and friendly greeting. The staff was professional, courteous, and the residents were busy and appeared very happy. The cleanliness was evident and the staff that we saw all had been working there for a very long time, some as many as 25 years. That said a lot to us.

Atria has the best staff, very kind and informative. Service is always prompt. I have enjoyed living here, my dog and I are very happy. I've stayed in a lot of places and hotels all over the world and this is the best place I've ever stayed in.

Great place to live especially if you want to participate in the activities. The staff is so friendly and knows your name. It's amazing.They answer the phone quickly. The meals are good and are served quickly.

Director, [name removed], is experienced & wonderful & fosters a caring environment. Activities are appropriate, just varied enough, and enjoyed by most residents as a healthy social, mental, & physical exercise. Weekly outings in the shuttle are a great change of scenery for residents. Love the interior courtyard garden with fruit trees, plants, flowers, benches for sitting in fresh air or walking outside anytime while still safe. Rooms are extra large sized with big windows for natural light & views. Food is good & two options are available for resident to choose. Families are encouraged to visit anytime. Facility always looks & smells clean. Many residents here are at a more moderate stage of dementia so still quite conversational & need the social/friends offered here.

The Staff are very friendly. House Cleaning is Great. Food is Excellent. Everything about my experience at Atria Valley Manor has been great!

I am currently a resident at Atria Canyon Creek and it's been a great experience for me, everything has been great. The staff is terrific. The food is great, I've never had a bad meal. Based on my experience, I would recommend this facility to others.

This is the best place to live, Everything is great! Meals are good and we have a lot of fun here at Atria. The staff is wonderful, they are kind, loving, and always willing to help. There’s a lot of different activities taking place daily, I feel fulfilled here.

From the start everyone has been kind and helpful. I always feel such appreciation & relief she is getting fabulous care. The activities are superb as well. She also loves the food!!

My Mom is so happy with her move. In the beginning, it was a big adjustment for her. She was leaving her home of 48 years… but a whole house is just too much now. Atria Covina is the perfect balance of independence and confidence in staff!! My Mom knows she has support of a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable staff if she needs it and her independence when she wants that too. I highly recommend Atria Covina!! Thank You Everyone!!

Perhaps housekeeping should come more often . Sometimes I think I should should bring a broom to sweep the floor. Laundry is scheduled for Friday's. But, sometimes it is overlooked. However, the care and dedication of the staff is wonderful. Each person on the floor staff takes great care of my husband.

Staff is absolutely fabulous! They are very welcoming and compassionate. Great group of individuals.

I have never been so happy in all my life! The people, including all the residents & staff, are great! Awesome place to live............ I have lived here for four years and would not change a thing.

Every morning I wake up in gratitude that we moved to Atria Woodlands from another facility. The meals are very good quality. The wait staff accommodates on quest, making things without cheese and entrees without sauces. The medication management is superb, and they remember and bring meds down when we forget. The laundry is done Tuesday night, so you don't have to scramble for clothes or laundry. The drivers take you to local doctors. Love it!

I love my life at Atria! The entire staff is committed to my well being and happiness. I am completely grateful for all the support they provide me. I absolutely recommend this facility to others. I have made so many friends here. Truly, I feel like Atria is my forever home.
