Atria

The quantity of the meals wasn't plentiful, but that was probably due to residents not eating much. I would highly recommend Atria. The staff was great. The caretakers treated the residents like they were their own family.

My 99 year old father in law is very happy living at Atria Living. He’s been there two months now. There is plenty of activities for him to choose in which to participate. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make him feel at home. The food is very good and the menu changes daily, except for the regular menu. As a family, it was hard to make this decision to move him out of the family home but it has proven to be the best decision ever, dad loves his new home and it’s refreshing to see him gain his independence again.

I recently moved to Atria, and the love and attention I receive from my neighbors and staff is outstanding. Atria is a very pretty and cozy facility, the staff and management here are very professional and kindhearted. The most important things in my life are here in my room and with my beautiful garden outside I can spend endless hours just enjoying the view. Highly recommend this facility; I have invited a couple of my friends to consider moving in.

I moved into this community when my previous community closed down. Worried about finding my new home, my family decided to tour Atria. It's the best place they found for me to call home. I have made new friends who treat me with kindness and the staff here is superb.

I am giving Atria a 5 on all 7 ! Everyone there was pleasant, helpful, and available when needed. Mom's room was kept clean and her needs were met. Atria says welcome when you walk in. The atmosphere is very homey and always decorated very nicely during holidays and they celebrate the residents and offer many activities.

My brother had decided that he didn't like to be in Rhode Island. He wanted to move to an assisted living residence on Long Island. Both my daughter and I felt that Atria Lincoln Place was a wonderful place. The staff was so on top of everything. We felt he was going good care there. Unfortunately he didn't want to try to stay longer. A Place for Mom was a wonderful resource. It made this difficult transition time for my daughter and me much less stressful.

The aides that have been there awhile are great, but there aren't enough. Also, they can't seem to keep good cooks. Overall, my Mom is very happy there except for the delay in aides coming. [Name removed], the Director, is great. If there is an issue, he solves it right away. Takes my call anytime that I call. He tries so hard. He has gone above and beyond for my mom, he is truly amazing.

Our overall experience at the coterie I would rate a 5 - it's staff and directors go out of there way to make sure family members are comfortable while visiting. Cleanliness - spotless floors clean couches and tables. My sister's room is always neat and clean. Friendliness of staff - They care so much for all the residents on the floor. Very attentive to all. Quality of care me and my brothers take turns visiting my sister every other day , she is always well groomed and always has on a different outfit when we see her. Meals and dining - when we visit my sister it is always around lunch time. The meals being served at lunch are delicious and nutritious. Different meals for the individual's needs. Activities - There is always something going on after lunch . And they do have outings quite often. For the residents that aren't able to attend outings there are people coming in to entertain. Value of cost - Although the cost is high in my opinion, looking at what they provide is with it.

The management staff is extremely friendly. The every day staff are also wonderful. The facility is old and falling apart. Especially the balconies.

I ended up having only four days notice to select a facility and set up the room furnishings for my mother-in-law. The staff went out of their way to set up the contracts, walking me through the facilities procedures and processes, establishing the prescriptions, meals, and care. The care staff were polite, friendly, and understanding. I would recommend Atria. It's such an adjustment for a family.

I put my mom into Atria almost 18 months ago. During this time, I have made the following observations: 1. Was very happy with the original leadership and was nervous when there was a change. The new administration is all that of the first and more, implementing needed process discipline and structure. 2. The entire new staff truly cares about their residents and their families. Such a great feeling to know my mom is loved. 3. Nurse staff goes above and beyond to make sure I stay informed of any issues. 4. Med techs and service staff are INCREDIBLE. Always very caring and take a personal interest in the residents. Many of them call me by name. 5. Facility is more than adequate. We love walking the grounds and sitting under their huge gazebo. If you are in need of a place for family or a friend, you cannot go wrong at Atria.

Staff is very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions.

I would say it is overall average. Sometimes short staffed. Some of the landscape has been removed and not replaced. Rent increased by $400 after the first year. Since I haven't lived in another living facility, I don't really have anything to compare. Overall would probably recommend.

We have been very happy with Atria. It has been a huge relief to know my mom is safe and in a caring community. She truly feels like Atria is her home. We would definitely recommend Atria to others.

Honestly my dad would give the Atria all 5s. He really loves living there and for me the cost is very good considering what he gets. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend Atria Walnut Creek to other families

We chose Atria Cranford because of the cost, cleanliness, staff longevity, location, quality and overall safety. Appearance plus access to my loved one! We are still meandering through their policies... ways and operations. Overall it's been pleasant so far.

All 5 stars. Atria Park of Lafayette is an excellent place. The caregivers were proactive in managing my moms medicines, all staff were very communicative with my family about my moms care. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

The Atrias are all different, so if you visit one, do not assume the level of care, meals, etc is the same. The aide service, if needed, is Ala Carte so it's important to ask for info as this is independent living. I am disappointed that there are not more options for breakfast and lunch as in other Atria facilities. The staff is attentive and responsive. The housekeeping is once per week. It would be nice for it to be twice per week. I recommend the facility.

It's nice that they have a few rows of villas in addition to apartment buildings at Atria Chandler Villas. My loved one really enjoys her new home and everyone is great at this facility. I would recommend Atria Chandler Villas to others who are looking for an Independent Living facility.

The staff is very professional, attentive, and take great care of my Dad! They are all super friendly and work hard to keep open communication! They go above and beyond to ensure your love one is comfortable and safely cared for!
