I do think Atria Park is a clean facility with adequate social events. I do think the food is fine - I would love more of a variety. The staff members are caring and thoughtful and I have to give a special shout out to therapy because they are kind and patient.

My mom feels cared for and she's very happy.... that's most important to my family.

Our mother moved to Atria this past fall & [names removed] & their amazing team did the impossible! Our mother is so happy! She said Atria could be in a tent & she’d still love it there because of how wonderful the people are there, especially [name removed]! We feel this is in large part due to all the love & amazing care that [names removed] provide to all the residents. [name removed] feels like family, beyond securing my mother’s stay, she makes our mother, the residents, their kids & grandkids feel special every day. She provides great solutions to questions, always has their best interests in mind! The team there is a treasure! We were able to move our mother from Western NY to Darien smoothly due to the care the team provided, assisting us each step of the way. She was an implacable rock for 15+ years & the team helped us beyond our wildest dreams to make her safe, secure and very happy!

Staff is very helpful, there’s plenty of activities to keep you entertained and busy. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help you out. The food is some of the best, great variety for everyone! I’m happy to call this place my home.

Our experience has been great. My mother has a one bedroom overlooking inside courtyard. She is looking forward to some activity down there when the weather warms up. I think that the activities are great, but it would be nice to have a few additional things added. Like maybe some music performances a few times a month, Maybe a walking group around the inside of the community or outside, ideas for beautifying your patio like caring for potted plants, instructions around how to play some new games.Overall, I think they do a terrific job

I would say that the cost isn't too high and I think they are much better than some of the more expensive assisted living places I toured. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. There are so many things for them to join in on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My loved one was previously a resident at Atria Walnut Creek for several years and it was a great experience. We were very happy with this facility. I would recommend Atria Walnut Creek to others looking for care for a loved one.

We love the staff at Atria Park of Glen Ellyn! Everyone is so friendly. The building is really nice and the décor is beautiful. It feels like a home. The food is fairly good but there is room for improvement.

My mom is very happy with everything at Atria Campana Del Rio. She enjoys most of the food and says that every staff member is helpful and friendly. She appreciates the housekeeping. Newsletters are sent to each of my siblings. The move in process was smooth and I already have and will continue to recommend the community. My mom is in great shape and it is a little disheartened that so many residents require assistive devices. She feels a bit out of place at times, but she enjoys the activities and the new lifestyle.

My loved one is currently a resident at Atria Westchase and overall the experience at this facility has been very good for her. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff is also great. The care services are good.

I have been Blessed to find My Home at Atria of Lafayette Hill. I moved in [date removed]. And every day has been busy with Activities and trying to remember every New Person's name! I have been Blessed with new Friends and Family. Thank You "A Place For Mom" for helping Me find My Home.

I visited Atria Willow Park while looking for a community for my father who us moving to East Texas from Central Texas. Ria was extremely helpful and took a lot of time showing me the community and answering my questions. She has excellent communication skills and responded to my email and text questions quickly and clearly. She is easy to talk to and very friendly. While I was taking my tour two other staff members stopped to introduce themselves. The community is very active and offers many activities and support services to residents. The staff also went above and beyond to help my dad sign his paperwork. They arranged for him to sign his lease at an Atria community where he lives to simplify the process.

Respectful and excellent care of my mother at this facility. New , up to date surroundings. Good activities geared to each resident.Staff is caring and my mother seems to enjoy their company. No complaints on the food.

The quality of caregiving help and the administrative staff has been phenomenal. All of my brother's needs are met and people are constantly trying to help him when he needs it. When referred to Atria Westchase by a mutual friend who has a loved one in MC, we received a [amount removed] discount. Wonderful benefit!

Mom just moved in here two weeks ago after a lengthy hospital stay. The transitions have been hard, but the staff here have stepped up in a big way helping her get acclimated by introducing her to other residents, inviting her to activities, taking the time to visit with her, and seating her with the nicest group of ladies at meals and gatherings. They are very kind, passionate and attentive which has been great for Mom and my peace of mind. The nurses, nurse techs & med techs have been great keeping me informed and also share ways I can help & support Mom based on their experience. The chef here serves delicious foods & homemade soups & the wait staff are top notch -handling special needs with grace. The housekeeping & maintenance staff are also very friendly & keep things running smoothly. This truly is a real gem of a community!

I've been very grateful for the consistency overall of the quality and variety of the dining room-food is a highlight of the day for so many residents, and having food that tastes good and having a nice variety has been a primary reason my uncle is still happy at Atria. The facility always looks and SMELLS clean! I am also grateful for the consistency of the interacting staff members - my uncle enjoys seeing the same smiling faces each day who he knows by name. He enjoys the brief interactions with each of them each day and finds comfort that he will be missed if he doesn't come to meals. I hesitate to mention names because I know I will forget someone, but big shout outs to Shay for trying to find educational or historical programs my uncle will be interested in, [name removed] and [name removed] for their smiles and assistance at the front desk, Fallen, Stacey and several others whose names escape me for being terrific in helping with all odds and ends, [name removed] for his help with medical needs, [name removed] for the terrific food and the dining and kitchen staff for their hard work, and [name removed] and [name removed] willingness with a smile to fix or maintain anything keeping the facility in good shape. I know I've left out some very special people's names, but each of the support staff keeps Atria a great place - their efforts are appreciated!

I've been at Atria Westchase for about two months. The staff is wonderful and caring and I have made so many new friends who check in on me. I call them my bingo buddies. Living here has exceeded my expectations.

My job for the past 10 years, as a professional interior designer, has been to facilitate the transfer of seniors from their home environment to a new independent or assisted living community. It's a challenging job and there are many elements to such a move. It's my job to make people comfortable in a new environment. The Atria communities, both at Willow Park in Tyler and at the Arboretum in Austin, Texas, have excelled in supporting me in every aspect of my job, from touring the community and facilitating the paperwork to actually providing me with specific measurements in the new apartment. Exceptional support. Hats off to Atria!
