Nothing but good things to say! I really cant think of anything specific that could use any improvement. The communication is good, and the food is just outstanding!! When we were searching, the friendliness of the staff was what really stood out about this place! We definitely made the right decision!

Atria Bay Spring is a beautiful facility. My mother has her own apartment consisting of a living room, bedroom, kitchenette and big bathroom. In addition to her rent she is on Level I care which costs an additional $350.00 per month. There are daily activities, and family is invited to holiday parties. The people who work there are friendly and for the most part do a good job. The only negative I have to report is that my mother is not satisfied with the food

Pat Connolly and staff run a tight ship. I like the decor. The people working there seem to enjoy their work. Nice community close to the city.

The Atria was well maintained, and a beautiful facility. I liked it, I think it was a classy operation. I had a friends mother who was there and she loved it.

They really are wonderful! They call me if anything happens. They know who I am even though they have 150 residents, when I walk in they know whose daughter I am. I want to live there, they have so much for activities. The food is between a 3 or a 4, it depends on what they are having. They are renovating right now, they have been very communicative about it. They are re-doing everything so keep that in mind. Tracy Abamont, from A Place For Mom was great, they were phenomenal! Back in August when we spoke with Tracy, the need was imminent, and she told us she would have communities contact us. Within five minutes they called us and told us they had a room, did we want to come look at it. When she said I am going to have someone follow up with you and I thought it would be days, it took five minutes! It was fantastic!

Nice facility, not sure she needs three meals a day, every day, but there are no other options. The nicest and most professional people of all places we have visited, Small apartments.

They have so many activities he complains that there isn't enough time to get from one activity to the next because they keep him so busy, he just doesn't have time to do everything he wants to! It frustrated me that they seemed to want to increase the care level based on events during the adjustment period. He loves the food, the food is fabulous, it's one of the reasons I chose them. They have a limited menu for meals and an all day menu, and a little deli and coffee bar open all day. The friendliness and the skill level of the staff were the other reasons we chose the community.

So far we've only had a week to form an opinion. They have been extremely friendly and it seems like they are doing everything to be accommodating. Check back in a few months and I'll be able to tell more.

This place was nice. Very home-like common areas with 7-7 dining room accessiblity. Lovely grounds with huge oak trees to see from many rooms. Parking is limited for visitors. Rooms are ok, mainly studios. Offering discounts. Just became an Atria. Nice feature of Stat checks where they check on residents routinely in a casual way.

Mom has been living at Atria Hacienda for exactly one month now. As far as we know, Mom is getting fine care there. We have tasted the food and know that it is of good quality. Her room is lovely. Our only complaint is that we have very poor communication with the staff. It has taken work to get a response. The system of communication with families is still a mystery.

It has been a wonderful experience for my Aunt. She is meeting so many wonderful people. The activities definitely keep her busy. She has not found a reason to be bored yet. She also raves about the food. She says that she gets so much lunch that she has leftovers for dinner.

Of the three facilities I saw today, this was the best one. Nice location. A little older but staff is willing to transition from assisted to memory care. Residents seemed happy: waved and said hello. Liked the look and size of apartments. Think Mom would like.

I like this community because it provides a good environment for someone who needs help, but still wants to feel independent. It's small enough that the staff can keep an eye on the residents while still allowing them their freedom. They know everyones needs and patterns, and can keep an eye out for any problems or changes. The director is a very nice person, and pleasant to work with.

He's only been there a little while, but two physicians have called and introduced themselves, and anything we need they seem to try and accommodate. They seem to be pretty nice, I have to say. The cost difference between this and the last community is backbreaking, $6000 without furniture, so there is something wrong with every place. So far, though, they have been very nice. On top of paying for them, they recommended a private 24 hour caregiver, and the cost has just skyrocketed. We are really pleased with the caregiver, and we're thinking about just moving him back home since he isn't doing the activities and really isn't getting anything extra out of being there.

My Dad lived there for about a year. While he was completely independent, it was nice to know that assistance was there if he needed it. The staff was the best part of Atria. I spent a good deal of time there while visiting my Dad and I got a sense of how challenging their jobs can be and, despite that, they were patient and caring. They had some great activites and outings that were well planned and diverse. It is in the city and in an older building, so you have to have some patience with thngs like the elevator and space in general. But, if you are looking for a facilty in the city, I would recommend that you consider Atria.

It seemed like a really nice place, just out of my price point since I'm the one paying for all of this. It seemed clean, and the whole set up was really nice.

I initially hadn't looked at this place because it was "assisted living", and I wanted something more active for my Dad. I wish I had looked at this place earlier, the residents seem much more active than the "independent living" location he is in now, where everyone has full time aides. This is a smaller community, and the building is a bit older, but overall the residents seem much more active and alert. Dad didn't like how congested it felt, but the staff here told me that it is set up that way to encourage people to socialize.

We selected this location because it was a smaller community, and I felt like the staff could get to know my Dad more individually. It's a nice looking newer place, and it is all set up around a center courtyard which keeps it from feeling congested. One issue I have is that I picked an "independent" community for my Dad so that he'd have some active people to socialize with, but most of the people here have full time aides who push them around in wheelchairs all day! The other "assisted living" Atria community seemed to have more active and independent residents than this place. I also don't like that the most recent time I have paid for some extra care for my Dad a care plan has not been posted on the door, so I have no idea what they are doing with the time I paid for.

The activities seem to appeal to my dad; he seems to enjoy them a lot. He loves the food and the cooking. He talks about the other residents complaining, but he really, really likes it. He has his own studio apartment and the staff is good. My dad and I chose it together because it was closest to my house, so I can visit often, and the price. It was more on the reasonable end.
