It was a big change for my dad, but the staff has gone above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, work with our schedule and make sure he is taken care of. Great place and he is very happy with being at Atria.

The admission staff were excellent in answering all my questions. They also worked very hard to help my mother transfer from another facility. Receptionists are very friendly and pleasant, as well as the dining staff, activity staff, and the other residents. The facility itself is beautiful and clean, and is decorated with shore-themed art. The room my mother has is spacious and accommodating. I finally feel like my mother is in good hands. She says she is finally happy and loves her new sense of freedom.

My experience with [name removed] and Atria Kew Gardens has been exceptional. My mom was struggling in a poorly run rehab in Brooklyn. The sales director stepped in and helped us get mom into a much better rehab. She kept tabs on her and we recently transitioned mom into Kew Gardens Atria. We don't know what we would have done without her. Mom is happier and more hopeful than she has been in months. We are grateful to her for all that she did for our family. Atria Kew Gardens is a lovely facility but the fact that she works there gives us peace of mind and faith that our mother Is in good hands. 5 to all of the above! I have no complaints about this facility. Facility is very nice, beautiful with many gathering places throughout. The staff is kind, friendly and caring and know all of the residents and interacts with them on a daily basis. Very family feeling. The residences are small apartments, not just a room and I'm so glad I was able to place my mom here! When it's time for me to seek help I hope I can move in here!

Staff is helpful, I know my mother is safe there. We chose this facility because of the Cleanliness, staff new people's name, staff is concerned if something off.

My husband and I had visited several homes and were unimpressed. Then we drove by Atria and decided to check it out. We did not have to make an appointment but were instead shown the facility. We found not only the lobby cheerful and well lit but were impressed by the wonderfully large windows in the apartment as well as the size of the apartments. Now that we have been here for over one year it feels very much like home among the friendly residents and outstanding staff.

Very friendly staff and they are ALWAYS helpful and assisting. Atria Westchase is a great place that I would highly recommend to anyone.

My brother-in-law recently moved to Atria Las Posas. He LOVES it. It's exactly right for him. His brother and I are completely satisfied -- more like THRILLED in fact. Great, caring, helpful staff -- EVERYONE to the person. Excellent food. Cool activities. Coffee any time he wants it. Friendly co-residents who are also enthused about the place. He has told us and everyone there many a time that he wishes he'd moved there five years ago. Success. Total success.

We are very happy with our decision. My Dad moved into his new apartment last December. It's been a great 4 months and feel I can share some true feedback. Out of all of the facilities we checked out, Atria stood out for several reasons. The community is very pretty and well maintained. It's been remodeled, the apartments are very nice with high end finishes, the food is phenomenal and of course, the value you get is unbeatable. They are one of the most affordable places in the Sacramento Area and their pricing is fair. There were a couple of others that were slightly less expensive but they just didn't feel as cheery, bright and vibrant. Residents are always out and about socializing where other facilities felt like a ghost town. The biggest highlight when we were doing our research for my Dad was that they actually have their own internal auditing program. They have someone who comes in twice per year and audits the entire staff and have won awards through this program. We love it!

All I can say is we are very happy with her care. We are very happy with the facility

5 for all...THE BEST TEAM!! Fabulous team..extremely efficient, truly cares about residents..they work very quickly to attend to any needs. The rooms are pretty small, but they have lots of great amenities provided for the residents.

What we like the most about Atria Cary is the staff and residents, they all have all been very friendly and accommodating. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My dad is very happy there. The food seems good and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of activities. It's like living on a cruise ship. There is a nurse practitioner who visits patients with house calls. And an in house salon for hair and nail care. And movies twice a day with candy and popcorn. And a social hour daily with cocktails as appropriate for the residents.

She loved the food. My mom did mention that she was like a queen staying there. The people, the food. Staff was very attentive to her needs.

Atria is an excellent facility. The staff is really attentive. Vera is making new friends and seems happy. The only drawback is the cost. Very expensive. All memory care cost is about the same.

I moved in here years ago with my kitty cat Calico. First day I already welcomed here with friendly staff and my neighbors. It was at first hard moving in here from my home for decades but everyday I feel the warmth and they are all my family. With my son [name removed] visits me regularly is all good. I like the food, and activities that keep us busy and the margaritas every Happy Hour! I also enjoyed meals with my fellow neighbors, as I could talk for them for hours.

What we like the most about Atria Cranford is the cleanliness of the facility with no lingering smells, was one of the first things we noticed. Also each staff member has a name tag, and a number on it. The number depicts how many years that they have been working there. That spoke volumes with us! If the employees are treated fairly and they show longevity then they will treat the residents fairly as well. I totally believe that this is NJ's hidden diamond or oasis, but it's not that for everyone. There might come a time when my mom doesn't fit into their cookie cutter living and requiring additional assistance that they don't provide, but we shall cross that bridge when we get there. My mom took up residence in March and Atria changes their pricing in January, so that would've took us by surprise if she was only there a few months instead of 10 months prior. I wonder if that's something else to be stressed or look into for other residence that are thinking of going in later in the year

We had mixed answers about what the patient/family needs to provide and what is actually allowed. It is almost impossible for handicapped friends and family to visit the patient because of the sheer distance and difficulty of getting from parking lot to front door check in to the actual patient area. It is a lovely facility though.

Mom could no longer live alone due to some balance and memory issues. Atria Cranford fit all of Mom’s needs. The staff is friendly, kind and considerate of Mom. The facility is a clean and pleasant environment, (love the dining room) and there’s always some activity happening in the living room. I sleep so much better knowing Mom is safe and happy.
