Atria

Trying to find a place for my uncle to relocate in San Diego while I live in North Carolina was a challenge. When I came to visit him, I was able to look at several places and ended up deciding on Atria Collwood. The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Being that I was so far away I really felt that my uncle was going to be in a good place. I was able to order everything from furniture to clothing to bathroom needs and the staff set everything up for me so it was ready when my uncle arrived. They made him feel very welcome.

Fantastic place-genuinely amazing staff. The facility is beautiful and well kept. Everyone is kind and helpful. There are a wide variety of activities daily and the meals are absolutely wonderful! The healthcare staff are knowledgeable and very attentive to mom’s needs. My family and I couldn’t be happier that mom is at Atria on the Hudson.

The staff has been integral to my family members health. As we are not located near by the staff has on more than one occasion found my brother unresponsive and called paramedics.

I'm not sure if you are aware but my loved one actually passed away shortly after moving in to Atria ( approx. 3 weeks later, including spending several of those day in the hospital). That being said, I felt a lot of support from the staff and had a great experience with Atria overall. So, based on my limited experience I would say 5 for everything

My mother-in-law did not stay because she has dementia and she was convinced by another family member that she should go home to where she lived near that person. I think there was a financial interest on that person's end. I would rate all of them a five as far as we could tell as my mother-in-law decided not to stay beyond the week trial. The only thing is the value for the money may not be 100% there but it is well worth it if you can afford it.

I have been here over 2 months. Everyone has been very polite and helpful. If I have a question, everyone has responded very efficiently. I am still getting used to the programming hours. I was alone for many years and now I am surrounded by many people; I am learning to communicate with others again. There are a lot of activities that I still haven't gotten to try and certainly hope that I will as I continue to settle in.

Always clean and beautiful flowers. Usually front desk very nice. The food sometimes is cold and sometimes have odd rules about things, like no strawberries at dinner. Yes, I would recommend! My mom is very happy

My dad has been an Assisted Living resident at Atria Larsen Place since [date removed]. I looked at many places before transitioning him and Atria was the only place that was the ‘right fit’. There is a strong sense of community there and all staff members regardless of their accountabilities were warm and welcoming from day one and that continues to this day! The resident, their family and the staff work as a team. The personal care my dad receives and the attention he is given makes him and I very happy. We can both put our heads on the pillow at night knowing that he is being cared for, listened to and treated with dignity and respect. Atria Larsen Place has well deserved a 5 star rating.

My brother and I were in search of an Assisted Living Facility for our aging mother. The Atria El Camino Gardens, not only met, but exceeded our expectations with aminities and care. [name removed], the Community Sales Director did an amazing job highlighting the attributes of the Facility, and answered all our questions. She is, without a doubt, the Ambassador of Atria El Camino Gardens.

The experience has been great. My parents are thriving, eating 3 meals a day. Everyone is friendly, the staff is great. [name removed] the sales director is the best. I was very happy with the help I received from A Place For Mom too!

Our experience with Atria has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel comfortable, valued, and truly at home. The facility itself is beautifully maintained, offering a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the common areas are designed to encourage social interaction and engagement. My grandparents are thriving here, enjoying the numerous activities, delicious meals, and, most importantly, the compassionate care provided by the staff.

[name removed] was in the memory care neighborhood.. I felt she had great personalized care. The monthly rate was affordable for her budget. One thing I didn't like was there were other people's clothes in her closet on hangers and in her drawers. She was wearing clothes which weren't her

I recommend this place for your elderly love ones. I am a certified fitness instructor for 3 years here at Atria del rey and I can see how the friendly and caring the staff with the residents here. Activities daily keeping them busy and engaged.

I was extremely impressed during my initial introduction to Atria Harborhill. But since moving in, I must tell you that my experience is far and away better than I expected. The staff, first of all, all top notch professionals with kindness, experience, and patience. They went above and beyond making me feel at home and comfortable from day one. The managers also have helped me with this challenging time, and made my move to Atria as comfortable as you could ask. They are all so cordial with their introductions and concerns. I'd give Atria Harborhill ten stars if I was permitted to. Also, I enjoy the variety of indoor and outdoor activities that they offer! I can have fun while exercising, and watch a movie or play a board game.

Atria Senior Living was referred to me by a Skilled Nursing facitity. Unfortunately, our family member expired before he could reside at this beautiful Community. As I toured this facility, I noticed the residents being assisted by loving staff, as needed. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The dining area was very elegant.. White tablecloths and white coffee cups with saucers on tables.. A chef on duty during meal times. A nicely decorated warm Main Room where there is entertainment from outside volunteers. The outside grounds are well maintained and lovely. A monthly social calendar for residents. Medical personnel on premises and weekly transportation for residents to go into downtown Covina, if interested. I am sure your loved one would be well taken care and have the opportunity to meet new friends. My thanks to [name removed], who is a valuable asset and compassionate staff person who cares about every resident who resides at Atria Senior Living.

I'm rating number 8 at 3.5 because it was very expensive. They just went up on went 11% over 2024 and they said to expect about a 10% increase every year. That is just way too expensive for people. The facility is very nice. When I'm there the stuff is very friendly and very helpful. One of the things I noticed about them is they know every resident by first name. In March my mother has been there a year and she really likes it there now. It took some time for her to get over the hot break of moving out of her home. But she's got a lot of social activity there and that's what she needs. But I want to mention also is they take their residents to doctor's appointments and on Mondays and Fridays they get a bunch of people together in a van and they'll take them to seekonk for shopping or CVS and Barrington and things like that and which is helpful for those like my mom who cannot drive

Very accommodating and outgoing staff. Most views from the rooms looked out on wooded areas, flowering trees and well maintained gardens. They were spacious with large windows that allowed for lots of natural light. The facility had gone through a remodeling a few years prior so very updated. beautiful, library, outdoor courtyard, gym and movie theater. The dining area is fantastic. Again, great views of the surrounding grounds with restaurant style dining. Also a pub and outdoor dining in the warmer weather.

A welcoming environment for residents, potential residents and caregivers. The room’s layout are luxurious, and the residents appeared to be enjoying the experience of being surrounded by the staff. The staff was very friendly and polite. It is a community worth to consider for a loved one.

My 93 year old father finally agreed to assisted living and we started the process with the Atria in Falmouth. Shortly after he made the decision, he fell and ended up in the hospital then in rehab. The Atria evaluated him and decided he needed more care than the independent living facility could provide and approved him for their care facility with some nursing care. They have eyes on him and everyone is very nice and helpful. The facility is clean, the food is good and they have a lot of activities. He doesn’t participate in many activities. He thinks he’ll be moving to an apartment next door in the more independent living but he will not be going anywhere. So far, I haven’t any complaints about the facility or the care he is receiving. We are all relieved that he’s being watched over and is comfortable.

Came to stay on a respite visit for 2 weeks and have stayed 2 months. Staff is great and I'm so spoiled by them. There's a real feeling of community. I'm 70 and probably the youngest here. Lots of my friends are in their 80s and 90s and no longer drive. No problem. They have bus trips twice a week to 2 grocery stores and large pharmacies. A company car can take you anywhere within 7 miles during the day. Doctors, nurses, aids, PT and OT on the premises too. Lots of activities during the day but only a movie in the theater in the evening. Very quiet after dinner. Great place I highly recommend. 5 stars!
