They were amazing with the short time my dad was there. They did everything they could to keep him happy! and we appreciate that staff so much!

Everyone except one person is wonderful, 1 person is startling judgmental, and unsympathetic. We are gladly to attend the activities. at a lot of facilities, Atria was head and shoulders above the rest it would be great if residents were encouraged more. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I needed to find a place for my aunt in a hurry. She was being released from a rehab facility with very short notice. The staff at Atria Cranford couldn't have been more helpful, guiding us through each step, from first contact to move-in day and beyond. I felt confident that my aunt would receive similar attention, and I am so pleased and relieved to see how quickly she is adapting to this new setting. The facility itself is clean and bright. It's well-staffed, and everyone is friendly and accommodating. My aunt, a lifelong picky eater, loves the food! She's also beginning to get more involved with the activities, which is a big step for her. And I have peace of mind, feeling as I do that I made the right choice for my aunt.

Staff is very attentive and personable. Facility is clean and well furnished. My mom says the food is delicious. I've seen a couple of plates and they look like restaurant plates! My mom is very happy here. She likes many of the programs. I'm so glad chose Atria Larson Place.

The staff are very good. The residents are really nice and helpful. There isn’t a lot to do there. It was the least expensive.

Like any business, there are some amazing staff members, and a few that are just ok. The dinning room servers, specifically [name removed], is amazing beyond words. The front desk people are always friendly and warm. Because they have their own in house maintenance man, issues are usually addressed quickly.

I moved into the Atria on the Hudson approximately 3 months ago, and I can't say enough about how great it is. The staff are SO incredibly nice, from the housekeepers, to the med staff, to the dining room staff, to the activities team, to the Directors. I've never experienced such kindness before. Besides the wonderful staff, I have met friends and have so much fun doing many activities. The Art teacher [name removed] is so nice and patient. [name removed], the Director of Activities, is wonderful and so creative with the activities she puts on the calendar, as well as the fieldtrips we go on and the entertainment she brings in. I've recommended the Atria to two friends, who will hopefully move here as well, and I would recommend it to anyone else who is looking for a place to move.

Mom would still be there if she did not run out of money. She made nice friends to keep her company. They had plenty of staff to serve food, bring food to your room, clean your room, wash bedding, perform activities, even had maintenance personnel. They called you by name being very personal and friendly. The value was great. It was the least expensive place there in California and in Florida. Mom is now living with us, she does want to go back but financially she will be with us. We will make it work. Thank you so much for your assistance in finding Atria for us

Staff very nice; all people around very friendly.

Helpful, kind professional staff throughout- always available to help. They take very good care of my mother. Food is very bad- I have to supplement my mother's diet because of it.

What we like the most about Atria Campana is the staff. The staff is very friendly. It’s on a nice location. There are plenty of opportunities for socializing. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

Honestly the Atria appears to be a very good place, the people are excellent. I am not there that often so I can't give a relevant answer about activities although I know they do offer a good amount.

It is more like a family than a facility. The people stuck out, over other facilities.

The staff at Atria Marland Place provided my father with outstanding care, while making him feel like he was a vital part of the community. The staff fostered friendships among my father and the other residents through communal meals, frequent group activities and monthly events. The staff made time to get to know my father and my family so he (and we) always felt welcome. Frequent communication by staff with us allayed our concerns. Overall, our experience was outstanding!

Was searching for a residence that was close to Hoag Hospital, close to my physicians, test laboratories and close to the beach. Atria Newport Plaza fulled my desires and then so even more. The location cannot be any closer to my designated appointments. I can walk or if needed I can be assisted by the staff transportation. The apartment is adequate for my needs and is comfortable. The friendly staff keeps the apartment clean and functioning. All necessary day to day activities are fully met with available resident laundry, post office boxes, library, salon, gym, and dining facilities with open and friendly staff that meets your desires. There are so many activities and trips scheduled that one cannot find something to occupy one’s time. The energetic staff is always encouraging all to be involved. It is a residence in which to make acquaintances and new friends. I have enjoyed my residence here, the staff, the care, and the convenience.

My mom recently made a move to Atria and is so very happy!! The staff, facility and residents are wonderful. It has been a very positive move for sure. It was a delight working with a Place for Mom as well, they made our search much easier.

I would rate all of these at a 5. My person was no willing to accept all that was available to her and enjoy her new home. She loved her apt, but she never acclimated to meet other people, enjoy dining and being social. She had dementia progressing farther than was realized. I would highly recommend Atria to everyone looking for independent Senior living.

My sister has lived at Atria for 8 years, most recently moving to the Park. Her recent birthday was a perfect example of her life there - the birthday balloon the staff put on her walker brought smiles and good wishes from everyone we saw. She played Bingo, with staff assistance, followed by a beautiful hairdo at the salon. The grand finale was her birthday dinner. When the cake arrived, the entire room sang Happy Birthday! None of this is unusual - it's the everyday standard of care and love and fun that fills the Park. Our family is so fortunate to have found Atria.

Everyone was wonderful - the community of residents, staff, and nurses. They took great care of my mom. The only complaint would be the food

The overall experience has been great. Mom is very happy and is adapting to her new surroundings. The food is very good. The people are so helpful and the administrators are fantastic to work with. I’m very happy with the care my Mom is receiving.
