My time spent at Atria West 86 (NYC) was simply amazing. I had a kidney transplant operation days before arriving here and I could not have been in better hands. The staff here is full of wonderful, caring, patient, kind people. A special shout out to [name removed]- he took it upon himself to call me every afternoon to take down my dinner order and then deliver it to my room. That type of kindness is hard to find in this crazy, callous world. I was at the Atria West 86th for a little over a month. The food was as wonderful as the people at the two restaurants and the cafe. I was not able to take advantage of the daily programming due to l my recovery (compromised immune system) but it was tempting (movies, lectures, yoga, artists, gaming, karaoke, field trips, happy hour - you get the picture)!!! It has been a wonderful experience, mom is living her best life ever as well as myself. We have United as a family at the Atria and I can only say that it's been a marvelous experience. I love that everyone is so welcoming always a friendly smile always eager to help. They have beautiful gatherings, such as today for example they had a beautiful theme of Hawaii. The Atria is always clean my mother is up on the fourth floor, however I am always welcome to go downstairs to use all the different rooms such as the movie room the dining area and they have a beautiful area called The Bistro as long as mom is as being chaperoned from a family member she is always welcome downstairs and throughout the outdoor Gardens. We are very pleased and blessed for this opportunity

beautiful place, well managed, reasonably priced. the sales director was very honest and sweet in laying out our options for my husband. it has been a difficult time to manage his care and trying to find the right solution. you can just see the difference when you walk in and after touring 4 other communities, I know that this is the place for him. we are waiting for that shared to open up at an excellent price point and hope for the best!

My Mother and I were very pleased with The staff at Atria Woodbriar. [name removed] and [name removed] were courteous and professional. We were able to tour the facility and get a feel for the environment. Very impressed With the cleanliness of the facility as well. My Mother looks forward to being a part of the Atria Woodbriar community.

I came here to meet people and make friends. I came here to take place in activities. I came here to be able to retreat and be on my own when I needed to. I believe that I have the right balance in my life at Atria Grand Oaks.

It reminds me of old Hollywood. The staff is nice. It's clean.

Very friendly and responsive

They all seem very friendly. My sister can be very hard to please at times, but she says she really likes it there. I do not live close by. She is in Sacramento, I'm in Monterey. On the occasions when I have visited I have noticed the friendliness of the staff. My sister has no complaints regarding the facility.

We moved in Atria after I had been in the hospital with. Pneumonia for 41 days. Our children located this wonderful facility and me moved in. The residents are very friendly and make you a member of their family. The employees are always looking of ways to make you feel better each and every day. We are planing of going back home after we do some repairs to our house and will truly miss the resident and staff at Atria of Carrollton Texas.

I would say that it was a perfect fit for our needs at the time, we were in need of a respite place and Atria could not have been a better fit. They were very kind with my parents and receptive to all of their needs. The people that work there are very good and good at what they do. I would recommend Atria to others.

After visiting 9 different centers, Atria was the only place where I had a physical gut feeling that it was the right one. The location is bright, beautiful, the staff are very responsive, the food is restaurant-quality, everything was super clean and taken care of. The residents made it very clear they love the director. When my mother was having trouble the first few weeks, she even took her for a walk and let her talk things out. What director does that? The community sales director is extremely gracious, knowledgeable, professional and has a heart of gold. She goes above and beyond anyone I've seen to make sure that communication stays open and your loved one's needs are met. The life guidance director is the reason my mother is now thriving in memory care. He gets things done with compassion and professionalism and calm. I don't worry anymore. Mom loves lives every day to the fullest and is taken care of in the best way. That is priceless.
