Atria Park had been a great place for my dad to live. He moved in independent but his knees began to give out in his first year and the assistance has been useful. In house PT is a blessing. The nursing staff are helpful and great.

We really enjoyed our community tour. This is the first time we have checked out a senior citizen and we were very impressed! The sales manager was an excellent tour guide, the facility very clean and welcoming, and the residents seemed to really like living there. We really liked the floor plans as well as the community areas. It did not feel like an apartment complex. The menus offered a lot of food choices to satisfy almost all appetites. There are many offered activities daily so residents are able to socialize with other seniors. We really liked the transportation options and the fact one really doesn't need to own car. Location is very important to us and this community was a perfect distance. A downstairs unit plus being pet friendly are a priority and Atria checks off both those boxes. The villas are excellent and I can understand why there is a waiting list. The whole experience was definitely positive. Definitely worth the price.

I would give a 5 to all categories., especially the food. My mother has been eating a lot better since moving to Atria. This is our first experience with independent living facilities. The design of the living spaces in relation to where so much of the social activities occur is brilliant as far as I'm concerned. There is such a variety of things to do that it helps engage the residents my mom included.

Overall very happy with choice. My Father settled in quickly and is very happy with choice made by his children. Huge relief. Pleasant environment. Friendly staff. Residents seem happy. Need to stay on top of service plan. Some hiccups with housekeeping agreements, Hope to be resolved quickly.

The staff is friendly, caring, and attentive. We love the staff. The facility is nicely decorated and clean. It feels like a home not a facility. The food is ok. I wish there were more heart healthy and low salt options.

I haven’t been here long enough. But so far it’s exhilarating! The wine is amazing. I am in independent living and I love it. I’m a knitter and when I say I’m a knitter, I mean, I’m really a knitter! I teach the ladies here once a week I a knitting class. It was a great way to meet people and we are really enjoying ourselves.

Great people wonderful atmosphere everyone is nice and accommodating. Every night I have my vodka on the rocks and a little snack before dinner. What more can a girl ask for? I love my apartment! The driver here is so nice. The front desk is so sweet and accommodating.

The quality of care perhaps receives a 4 - not exactly an assisted living place, the people are enjoying life and they seem less in need of care than other senior living facilities. The quality of the activities provided are excellent. They include, intellectual activities, and food services. The staff are friendly and they seem to know all of the residents. There are about 150 units, good size which allows the staff to know residents more intimately. The rooms are very good size. Once you get over the sticker price, CONSIDERING the value for NYC real estate, the price is really not bad for the size of space for the residents.

Everything comes to them in their apartment. Physical therapy and nurse practitioner 5.Adm staff is very attentive. 6. They love the food. The never cook. They pick up their breakfast each morning and go to the dining room for dinner. Excellent choices from the menu that change regularly. 7. It is expensive but it is worth it. It is like they are at a nice resort everyday. There is a shuttle service that will take them shopping if they wish. They are very comfortable. My uncle asked me to find him the best place for them and I think we succeeded. Very happy with our selection.

A year ago when my father became ill and hospitalized. He had been my mom’s caregiver, a job that was very hard with her memory issues. I realized that I needed to bring my parents to Connecticut from Delaware to be closer to me. Their needs were completely different. My father passed quickly and I rapidly needed a plan for my mom. When I toured Atria, I knew without hesitation that it was the perfect place for her. Immediately I said, “when can we move in because I need her here yesterday”. I knew within minutes this was the best place for my mom. What I didn’t realize was that Atria would far exceed my hopes and expectations. My mom has done so well here and is very happy. She loves the staff and food and tells me this every time I visit. The music and activities are so fun for her. She has made friends and seems her best self. This memory care unit is so great for her. I am forever grateful to the wonderful staff of Atria.

The staff is excellent. Very dedicated, enthusiastic, kind, responsive, professional. Truly exceptional, in comparison to many others that I visited. Building is clean, well-run, activities are engaging and fun, lots to do. Highly recommend.

It is attractive and clean. The outside areas are lovely and staff are very friendly. They provide excellent care! [name removed]was in a very small room when he was in Memory care.

We recently helped a family member with Parkinson’s transition to assisted living and chose Atria del Sol in Mission Viejo for multiple reasons. He has been there over a month now and is so happy with his decision. He feels much safer knowing there are other residents and especially staff that are caring and seem truly concerned for his well-being. The residence is on the smaller side, which he really likes, as it’s more welcoming and intimate. The apartment is well sized and equipped and has everything he needs. One of his favorite things is the dining room and menu options. He’s eating very well and is already much healthier for it. Although a little pricey, we think it’s well worth it, knowing our family member is happy and safe in a very clean and comfortable living situation. We would highly recommend Atria del Sol to others considering assisted living options.

My family has been very happy with our experience at Atria Crossroads Place. My aunt is doing well there, making friends and participating in fun activities. She even takes the bus off campus for shopping and sightseeing trips. The Atria staff is friendly, kind and respectful and treats all residents like family. We are so thankful for all they do!

On the way to Atria for a respite stay to try it out, Mum wanted to return home to MA. When she was done with the respite stay, she did not want to leave. She felt very welcomed by the staff and residents. She is looking forward to moving in at the end of the month.

Atria Oakridge is a wonderful place for my Mom. The staff are always helpful and kind. The PT and OT are some of the best according to my Mom, who is there due to recovering from two broken legs after a fall. She was in rehab for 83 days and then thought she would need another 3 or 4 months at Atria then hoped to be able to go home, where she’s lived alone. After two weeks at Atria, she told me that she didn’t want to leave. This is where she wants to live. I was floored because she always said she would not leave her home. [name removed] was instrumental in explaining the whole process from hospital to rehab to assisted/independent living. She went above and beyond to help get my Mom in with super short notice. I live out of state and it has challenges trying to help my Mom while not being there. Lisa understood and held my hand through it all. I know my Mom is well taken care of at Atria. She is pretty mobile currently with a wheelchair and walker. There’s add’l help available for hire if need

We ended up choosing Atria at Willow Park because we like the price, the place and the people. The residents there are very friendly and have good things to say about it and they like the food. My mom will not move in for 2 weeks but is excited about going and engaging in the activities.

I visited Atria four times before the perfect apartment came open. Every time I came, I met new people and I liked them all. The community that you find in a retirement situation is very important. No one wants to stay in the room all the time so it’s good to find intelligent interesting people who really care for one another.

Our experience with Atria El Camino has been excellent. Even though it was exhausting, we felt the staff did everything they could to make it easier. They were very professional and listened to all of our q and answered them with empathy. We appreciate the care and kindness she has been given so far after going through a different experience. She was hospitalized, lost her partner to Covid and went through Covid herself in the 3 weeks prior to moving to Atria. She is happy there and slowly recovering from it all. We appreciate the kindness and care from all the staff at Atria.
