Came to stay on a respite visit for 2 weeks and have stayed 2 months. Staff is great and I'm so spoiled by them. There's a real feeling of community. I'm 70 and probably the youngest here. Lots of my friends are in their 80s and 90s and no longer drive. No problem. They have bus trips twice a week to 2 grocery stores and large pharmacies. A company car can take you anywhere within 7 miles during the day. Doctors, nurses, aids, PT and OT on the premises too. Lots of activities during the day but only a movie in the theater in the evening. Very quiet after dinner. Great place I highly recommend. 5 stars!

The Atria is AMAZING! My mom has been here 5 months, and she loves it. I toured 9 places before mom & I chose Atria. Every staff member is warm, helpful & has the patience of a saint. They work together as a team, making all the residents feel valued & cared for. The nursing team is great. The front desk staff are so much more than greeters. I've seen them patiently help disoriented residents, directing them to dinner or activities. The kitchen staff know the residents preferences and are always charming. And the Dir of Engagement/Activities is WOW! - The level of resident engagement really sets the Atria apart. It really is a community-not just housing. My mom is so active and engaged; NOT staying in her apartment. She is eating with new friends, doing yoga, exercise, book club, crafts & on trips to the mall & parks. Residents get involved with staff preparing for cookouts. One time I visited, the local high school marching band & cheerleaders were there. Mom is even doing karaoke!

We moved in to be close to our daughter. Sight unseen. Our daughter picked it and we couldn’t be happier. Lovely environment. Lots of activities. We are doing several. Close to all our medical doctors and hospital. Food is great. A church service during the week that is non denominational. Good speakers. A lot of veterans here and they have a meeting once a month. My husband is a marine. Dog and cat friendly. Lot of walking trails. Hot house for us gardeners. We are glad we made the change.

So far our experience as a family has been positive. My father is reluctant to be there in general or any place to be honest. But the support and careful handling that the staff provide has been great. They keep us informed on everything as needed. The access to medical care has been extremely helpful. Everyone of the staff have been pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and the amount of opportunities for activities and interactions are great.

Small homelike community with both staff and residents very welcoming. The moment I walked in for my scheduled tour I knew this was the place for my aunt. Very clean with many different community rooms.

Clean, well kept! And the staff well they are the best! Best decision I made. [name removed], [name removed] and staff are the best! Facility clean modern, beautiful and real flowers throughout. Friendly staff walking in, always feeling welcome.

All 5. We have loved Atria San Juan for our mom and she's very happy there! The facility is clean and easy to navigate. The staff are friendly and caring. Her room is the perfect size for her. Roll in shower is great. The amenities are lovely. We've even had a birthday party for her there with 30 family members. It was supposed to be in their garden area which has a BBQ, tables, couches, umbrellas, etc. But it rained so they gave us a room to do it in. We still were able to get the kiddies out into the patio area between drizzles. There is a Cafe open the the residents during the day with snacks and drinks. The activities are constant. Mom is always busy. There is a little bus that takes her on outings, to church, shopping, etc. She truly feels at home here.

The staff here is always friendly to me and my family when we come to visit my grandpa. He really loves the different activities that are hosted and how attentive the staff are to his needs. My family and I really appreciate everything Atria Carrollton has done to help transition our grandpa into the next stage of his life.

Some of the guest s at our table are not good at making up their minds. She waited patiently as they changed their minds a few times. She is a true asset to Atria. Thank you!

The facility was clean and very friendly. Love the experience. The instructors is very friendly and does a very good job. Would definitely recommend to others. Definitely deserved her position and very caring.

I took a look at Atria Cranford for the future for my dad. He likes to socialize and I want a place that he doesn't have to cook for himself anymore. The place is immaculate and the staff was very professional and friendly. I got a very cozy feeling and it was like visiting one big happy family. I saw a studio apartment and that would suit him just fine. I am excited to bring him here to visit.

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is excellent, and the sense of community is beautiful. I love living here and wish I would have done this sooner.

My mom has lived at Atria since 2017. That means we have seen several Executive Directors come and go. The current executive director goes above and beyond for the residents who call Atria home. She is compassionate, thoughtful, and attentive, yet fun and energetic. Her ethics are above reproach. She is available and responsive to the needs of the residents and their families. She is a jewel and we all hope she remains in this position for a good while.

The entire staff at Coterie Hudson Yards, from the doormen to the Director of the facility are all caring and dedicated to the residents. The place is spotless and the food is really good.

My aunt is at Atria in Cranford and she was resistant to leave her home after my uncle passed away. My family looked at several places but Atria stuck out as the best fit for her. They were very interested in what she liked and the things that made her happy. Whenever I visit she is always busy doing an activity or socializing with other residents. She loves the staff and how clean the building is. Everyone is very friendly and I couldn't be happier that she is thriving now. I highly recommend this facility.

We were looking on behalf of my sister. I don't live there but I am in the facility regularly. Some answers are my observations and some are based on feedback from my sister. Generally I think the operation is well run. Staff is attentive and friendly. The facility seems well kept and maintained. Protocols for covid, etc. seem appropriate and proactive.

My sister and I could not be more pleased with Atria Forest Hills. It’s an elegant yet homey facility in a wonderful neighborhood that is easily accessible by car or public transportation. My 89-year-old mother’s one bedroom apartment is spacious with great views and natural light. The staff has been amazing – attentive, concerned, friendly yet professional. From her first day my mother was made to feel not only at home but as comfortable as when she was in her own home. The residents are also welcoming, friendly, and interested in her as an addition to what seems to be a true community. The daily activities are plentiful and interesting and keep my mother active and engaged in a way that was not possible when she was living in a house on her own. The minute she moved in, Atria has felt like home, a comforting place where she feels cared for and can continue to thrive into this next chapter of life. Moving my mother into assisted living has been the best thing we could have done.
