The basic info takes time to learn and ask for the price of everything. They run out of certain foods and change the food on the menu. More variety of alternative activities.

My dad is truly happier than he has been in years. My only issue has been with the administrative staff. They are quick to make lots of demand of you, but slow to respond if you ask something.

Unfortunately, we were not there long enough, do to health reasons, to fully enjoy and appreciate all they had to offer. I definitely would recommend this community to other families!! As well as your services! You were very helpful during a difficult time. Thank you!

Virtually no activities for someone who is virtually blind. Price is on the high side. However, they are very friendly and helpful staff. Friendly residents as well. Food good. Many special fun events. Cocktail hour every weekday. On site physical, occupational and speech therapy available.

Very easy to work with- 24 hr RNs on site- no hidden fees- excellent , personalized care with advanced capability

After staying 30 days in respite my aunt decided not to return to her home. She loved the staff and residents at Atria Copeland and decided to move into a one bedroom apartment as a permanent resident. She has settled in to her new home and is happy with her choice.

What we like the most about Atria Oakridge is their ability to have in-house access to rehab and nurses aides if needed. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

I would recommend Atria to anyone seeking a assisted living place for a loved one. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The atmosphere is very nice. My dad has a view of the river and he enjoys that along with the daily activities

...This was the song that a member of the dining staff starting softly singing at breakfast today. WIthin seconds, the entire room joined in and was singing together- all this at 8:30 in the morning. It is easy to be upbeat here at Atria. Both the staff AND the residents are positive, warm, and helpful. One will hear conversation and laughter in any common area. I anticipate the weekly live music events, but the daily diverse activities keep me busy and engaged. I am never bored here. The staff is very understanding and responsive as they listen to suggestions and adjust- whether it is providing a lunch menu alternative or room maintenance request. I am appreciative to have found this Atria community.

While placing a loved one in a Senior Living Community can be a difficult decision, rest assured that Atria Draper Place is a wonderful choice. Everyone you meet from the residents to every member of the staff/administration is extremely friendly, caring and welcoming. When I was having difficulty getting my loved one moved into Memory Care, two members of the Administration came to my house and was able to calmly talk with my loved one. This made the transition to Atria a much better experience. I have also personally witness a member of the Memory Care staff sit and sing to one of the residents when they were feeling a little overwhelmed. I have also witnessed a member of the staff, sit and have a good conversation with a lot of laughter so rest assured your loved one is not alone. If you ever find yourself needing help with your loved one, please consider looking at Atria, you won’t be disappointed.

My mom moved in about two years ago and is very happy. The activities are spectacular. I love that she is safe and has many friends. The place is charming and elegant. The outside pool area is divine.

Campana is the BEST retirement home we have ever experienced. The staff are so friendly and helpful. [name removed], the activities director, plans amazing outings and activities. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful. We are so happy that my sister and brother in law are at Atria and we can’t thank the staff enough for all their hard work to keep their residents comfortable.

Very friendly, very welcoming, professional staff. my uncle moved in on his 86th birthday. They gave him a birthday card balloons and even a birthday card for my uncle’s cat because they have the same birthday. We have been very happy with the facility. We looked at a lot of places this one is a little more expensive however we’d rather pay the extra money for a really nice place where I know he is safe.

I’m very impressed with how Atria is run. Administration is helpful and personable. All staff is friendly and address most on a first name bases. Almost like living in your own home. Lots of activities to participate in, and 2 movie times a day almost everyday . We get three meals a day and as much food as you want included in your contract. Extra services are based on your individual care plan. This is an Independent Living place. If you need more care, resources are available.

I live at Atria Park and it is a dream come true. The place is homey and full of employees that really care. The days are filled with many activities and the food is spectacular. I would recommend Atria Park to anyone who is looking for a forever home.

I moved to Atria Chandler Villas, over three years ago, after the death of my wife of 56 years. My children were helping me search for a new home in the Chandler area. One of them found information about Atria so we went for a visit. Our unscheduled visit was on a day when the Sales Director was involved elsewhere, and we had a 15 minute wait to see the Director. While waiting for the Director, we talked with a very personable and knowledgeable young man who began to provide us a wealth of information about the facility, it's offerings and activities, until the Director became available. Turns out the knowledgeable young man was the Chef. When the Director, arrived she offered us a wealth of information, took us to view available units, and we made the decision to rent a 2 bedroom apartment. I have not regretted that decision. This a friendly, comfortable, well staffed facility with a wealth of activities for residents and guests. I would do it again.

It is a little over priced. Food is of good quality and menu varies. Lots of activities and card games available!
