Atria

The three of us who are the care team for the person we assist visited Atria Evergreen Valley separately. We were each impressed with the facility and its location near the foothills. [name removed] greeted us warmly and openly, and showed us Atria's features. She also guided us to the available studio apartments, which were good sized, and had several nice view choices. The other staff and administrators we met were long tenured, clearly proud of Atria, and happy to respond to our questions. If the need arises, we will certainly give Atria strong consideration.

My sister has been here since last summer when she suffered a stroke. She is unable to communicate- the staff is phenomenal with her! They are patient when trying to determine what she needs/wants, encourage her to participate in events, have introduced her to other residents, etc. The food is great (so many choices) and the wait staff are so kind, her apartment is a good size and the cleaning staff are so nice! Best of all, the front desk staff and activities staff are amazing! There is plenty to do with a variety of activities and they listent to and resond to residents which is wonderful.

Lots of activities with high level of participation. Staff is all very friendly. Facility very well maintained.

Atria Draper not only has wonderful facilities and opportunities for our mom, but the people at Atria are great to work with. Understanding, compassionate, and responsive. We’ve been very pleased with how our mother has been supported in her new home.

What we like the most about Atria Maplewood is the Very Friendly and the staff chips in to do anything that needs to be done Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

My close friend moved into Atria at the Arboretum earlier this year, and I can say it’s been the best decision for her. I’m happy to see her doing well. My wife and I go to visit occasionally and she always makes comments about the staff being so helpful to her. Thanks for caring for her.

My friend moved into Atria at the Arboretum a few months ago, and I’ve seen a real change in her. The staff checks in on her regularly, she’s eating better, and she’s made a few new friends. it’s clean, organized, and gives her the structure and social life she was missing at home. I appreciate that I can visit anytime, and I’ve even joined her for a few events. Thanks.

5!!!!!!! A whole hearted 5. The community is EXACTLY what my mom needed. Thank you for helping us find this place it has changed my mom life and so much for the better!!! The overall experience is one of feeling welcomed into the community of Atria. The care of this community made a very hard transition so so much easier and in the end wonderful. It has been such a positive and transformative place for my mom and really our whole family. The welcome and the feeling of being cared for and cared about are consistent and wonderful. The staff is friendly and so engaged with the residents. Our families experience- Welcoming, warm community, kind staff, focus on engaging with residents in a meaningful and friendly way.

[name removed] explained everything so well to us- we really appreciate his help and patience. The facility looks great. We really thought the list of activities were great, and the entire place seemed very organized.

I spent a great deal of time touring the top reviewed memory care unit units in my area. All of them were very good, but Atria stood out for their presentation, the initial meeting, and their memory care unit itself. It is smaller, so it feels more welcoming and more home like. Everything about Atria at Longmeadow was five star. This is a difficult journey, and they really helped and supported us navigate every single minute of it. Very happy with our choice and I think others would be happy as well.

All the staff here are very nice and very helpful! Food is good! Love the activities! Residents seem very happy! Love playing Bingo with quarters, it’s like gambling! My son and I looked at a few places and we both liked Campada del Rio the best. It is very clean and there’s lots to do!

The Staff is very capable and caring.. the facility is very clean and well maintained.. the food is good and all activities are well organized..

They are all the best. We couldn't have chosen a better place to call "home." Our facility and staff are the best. They are there to help in any way. They have a 1 bedroom, 1bath and closet with a kitchen, den and a place for a table. Or a 1 bedroom bath and closet with a kitchenette. And then a two bedroom with both described above. They offer all kind of card games, dominoes, puzzles, bingos and bean bag baseball. There's too many things to mention! Like trips to wal mart, etc.

We toured 13 places in Sacramento and Atria stood out most. I researched every place we narrowed down with a fine tooth comb and it is evident that Atria provides the best service. The staff know all of the residents and other staff by name, everyone is cheerful and happy. I love when I come to visit the place is always busy. Some places we checked out felt like a ghost town. Every time we come the tenants are always out socializing which is what my Dad needed. Its very beautiful and also very clean. My dads housekeeper [name removed] has been there 22 years which is impressive. Most of the staff have been. We are very happy with Atria.

My sister was searching for an assisted living facility where she would be safe and in a welcoming environment where she could feel like she had found a community of her own. Atria Seville provided that from the moment she first went to review the facility. When she went back a second time and asked me (her sister) to come along, we were both wowed by the interaction. Several of the residents and staff remembered her from her first visit, even calling her by name! She moved in 6 weeks ago. She has found her niche and community here. People like [name removed] who manages future resident inquiries, [name removed], Executive Director to every member of the staff, they have made her feel welcome and "at home". It has been a great experience for her. It has also provided her family with incredible peace of mind that she is in a great place!

My wife is mobility impaired and we could no longer be totally independent due to ever increasing risks, particularly in transfers to/from: bed, shower, car etc. We selected Atria Stamford as our first senior living experience. We are very pleased with our choice and, particularly, the very able Wellness Department. The head nurse and her associates are very professional.

We found Atria after a bad experience at another senior living facility. Our Dad has early stage Alzheimer’s and Atria is a place where he can live independently with dignity. The building is well maintained and offers a wide array of activities for all different interests. I’ve joined Dad for some meals and the food is good and runs like a restaurant. All the staff are professional but also very warm. Choosing Atria was a positive life changing experience for the whole family.

The highlight of Draper Place is the caring staff. There is virtually no turnover, and the staff get to know the residents and their families personally. We had a great initial experience in assisted living, and were in close contact with line staff and leadership when the time came for a move to memory care. That move was seamless, and what can be a tricky transition was very smooth. We really appreciate the personal attention and the great care our family member receives at Draper Place.

I would rate all of these categories a five. This is a great place. The staff is wonderful friendly caring. The residents here are happy and friendly. It's a relatively small community compared to some of the others and so we know each other and we care about each other.

Activities varied. Games, book club, documentaries and films, crafts. Staff is very helpful. Bus driver careful and gets me to church, medical.and shopping. The library has a good variety of titles. Shopping is close by. Walnut Creek is beautifully wooded.
