quite honestly, from our point of view as caregivers, all of the above would receive a 5 except for the food (in our mom's opinion) and the value (a little pricey, but certainly not a deal breaker) the facility is very bright and clean, the staff very, very kind and respectful. The administrative staff has undergone a few changes recently but the transition has seemed to be seamless. Activities are varied and appropriate. Overall, we have been very pleased and would highly recommend, especially since the Irvine area has pretty much anything that might be needed, plenty of shopping, restaurants etc. and a huge availability of doctors, dentists, optometrists very close by. Also, a really good pharmacy walking distance from the facility.

I think that the staff is very interested in offering activities that are worthwhile to residents. There are interesting trips around us that are taken.

The staff at Atria Kew Gardens are very friendly. The room sizes/amenities offered for residents are decent for the market. It's New York City.

I am so happy I chose Atria for our loved one. It checks all the boxes you would want when moving into an assisted living or memory care facility. From the moment I walked through the front doors I knew this was the place for us.

I really like Atria CC, it’s a very clean and well appointed facility; it’s warm and welcoming. The team that showed us around and did the evaluations on my mother and her partner, and got all the paperwork in order, they could not have been friendlier or more efficient. There are facilities that we visited that might be more appropriate for younger more vibrant seniors, but it is perfect for my 87 year old mother who has Parkinson's and glaucoma, and her partner who is turning 80 this year and is diabetic, neither one of them are very active anymore; they have everything they need available to them at Atria CC. They seem happy there, at least my mom does, her partner thinks he doesn't need to be there and doesn't consider it "home" and wants to go back to their old apartment, but that isn't going to happen; there is no way he'd be able to manage, especially without Mom, there alone. He is the one I fear will be needing assistance in the future, medication management and possibly memory care, but all that is available to them at Atria lessening the worry and/or burden on Mom. The ease and convenience of three meals a day and a bistro, all food is covered with their monthly fee, and the happy hour and free drinks in the evening, and three movies a day, these are a few of the things that are big pluses from Mom and her partner. They have figured out the ride service, with advance notice Atria will take them to appointments and pick them up again, and they are easily able to keep their car in the underground garage. And the location... Mom makes it a point to stroll out to Logan Square and the Parkway every day, weather permitting, it’s beautiful. Atria CC is a bit pricier than some of the other facilities we looked at but considering the location, and Mom and her partner were really happy to find an option in the city, it’s understandable. And it doesn't have skilled nursing or continuity of care; if they need that though, [names removed] are right there, so it isn't that big a deal to us. All that said, from my perspective, I couldn’t recommend Atria CC more highly, it fit the bill for my mom perfectly, I just wanted to see her safe and happy, and she is that.

Wonderful Nursing, CNA, Activities, Dining Room and Front Desk staff! Made my mom and our family feel like a part of their family. LOVED Atria Park of Glen Ellyn. Unfortunately it became too costly as her Level of Care increased, and she had to move.

Staff is very helpful and what they told us upfront has turned out to be true in practice. They are very attentive and have treated my Mom well in the 7 weeks she has been there

We were very nervous about placing my Dad in an assisted living or anywhere, but on [date removed], meeting [name removed] at the front desk and [name removed] showing us around made us feel sooo comfortable. I cried the entire tour hoping I would make the right decision. We didn’t look anywhere else. We went to lunch and within the hour we called [name removed] back saying we would love to have my dad there. It was a very hard decision, but one I’m sooo happy we made!!! From his admission on [date removed], my dad has been very happy & calls The Atria his “home”, which makes us very happy!! The entire staff has been so caring, supportive & loving towards my dad and our family. We can’t thank you enough ?? We GREATLY APPRECIATE ALL THAT YOU DO ?? THANK YOU !!!

I was told by a friend that Willow Park is a great place to live. I was living alone, and my step daughter made an appointment to see the facility. I was immediately drawn to it as I did not have to do any more house chores and I would get 3 meals a day. The activities keep me busy and I was able to bring my dog, [name removed] with me. They are all very nice and I recommend this place to anyone who is living alone and looking for a social atmosphere. I am very happy here.

This has been an exceptional location for my sister-in-law, post stroke. The staff has been very interactive and helpful for her. The facilities are quite nice and well maintained. Activities are targeted and are frequently updated.

I cannot say enough about Willow Park. I absolutely love it here. I love the friendliest of all the people and all the workers. The food is great! And all the activities are wonderful! I feel so safe and secure here with my cat, Baby.

This June will mark my sister's first full year living at the Atria. We come from a very large, close-knit family and the staff at the Atria have become an extension of the closeness we share. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and truly focused on the comfort of all of the residents. This can be witnessed from all the departments: medical, entrance desk advisers, activity programmers, cleaning, meal planning and management. The staff makes our sister feel like " a big fish in a small pond", which has provided her more confidence in her recovery. We are especially impressed with the Activities Staff, who go above and beyond to custom design, vary the programs, and actively encourage resident participation. My family and I use the Atria Inner Circle app regularly to scan the daily events so that we can better coordinate the timing of our visits and possible participation. CARE is truly provided at the Atria. The on-site rehabilitation dept. was a plus in finding the right match

Everyone is very caring, helpful, and attentive to the community of the seniors living there and relatives of the seniors are always welcomed and treated as part of the family at Atria. The entire staff is always willing and able to help out in any way needed. The activities are plentiful and all staff are engaging. The food I hear is very good and the dining area is beautiful , well kept and the service is excellent. The room service is very good and always a clean neat room. I have only good things to say and both my husband and I feel we made the right decision to place our Mom at Atria. She too enjoys being part of that community. I always tell her it's like being on a cruise ship. Everything is done for her. She just has to enjoy the experience.. and she is

The three of us who are the care team for the person we assist visited Atria Evergreen Valley separately. We were each impressed with the facility and its location near the foothills. [name removed] greeted us warmly and openly, and showed us Atria's features. She also guided us to the available studio apartments, which were good sized, and had several nice view choices. The other staff and administrators we met were long tenured, clearly proud of Atria, and happy to respond to our questions. If the need arises, we will certainly give Atria strong consideration.

My sister has been here since last summer when she suffered a stroke. She is unable to communicate- the staff is phenomenal with her! They are patient when trying to determine what she needs/wants, encourage her to participate in events, have introduced her to other residents, etc. The food is great (so many choices) and the wait staff are so kind, her apartment is a good size and the cleaning staff are so nice! Best of all, the front desk staff and activities staff are amazing! There is plenty to do with a variety of activities and they listent to and resond to residents which is wonderful.
