I moved from another community and couldn't be happier. I have an amazing apartment with a wonderful view. New friends, great food and lot of fun. I am living my best life.

A 5-star rating and my reason is because there are staff members of that awesome place that knows their job on how to care for the residents. I'm on a limited income and a 56-year-old Woonsocket resident and was born and raised on [removed]. I expect to be one of these days taken in as a request to a one-bedroom unit and my United Health Care with Medicaid of RI to help with the rental payment. I only get a minimum of under [price removed] a month for a disability check and apparently won't be able to afford to pay the full rent. It's a sad story and I intend to what it takes to get help from every catholic church i I need to.

We were helping a family member choose an assisted living community earlier this spring, and the staff at Atria Valley View made the process so much easier and more comforting than we could have imagined. From the front desk to dining, maintenance, and medicine management, everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to [name removed], who guided us through the initial tour and transition. She was incredibly genuine, easy to talk to, and really listened to what [name removed]. was looking for. Our tour felt truly personalized, and it was clear that [name removed]cared about making sure [name removed]. felt comfortable and confident in her choice. After moving in, [name removed] shared that [name removed] kindness and authenticity made a big difference in her decision. Atria Valley View is nestled in a beautiful natural setting, with a lively and engaged community. We really appreciated the thoughtful balance between social activities and the ability to enjoy peaceful, private time.

I have been here at Atria Copeland almost a month. I could not be more pleased. Very caring and professional staff, lots of activities, most of the residents love living here. I VERY SELDOM give 5 stars, but that’s how much I love this place!!

A very friendly and helpful staff is always there to assist and guide. Animal friendly and family friendly. Food is great and the many services offered allow you to relax and enjoy life. The many activities keep you busy and involved. It feels like home. Most other residents are eager make friends.

They have a lot of appealing activities for the residents and great field trips each week. Residents seemed engaged.

I have been very pleased. Staff promptly notifies me of any concerns they have. Much better then previous assisted living facilities. The food appears top notch. I had Christmas brunch there and it was great. The activities seem adequate.

The activities are wonderfully engaging. My mother has been able to find stimulating things to do and fun ways to make new friends. The staff have gone out of their way to help my mother do all the things she loves. They even help her get to daily mass at a Catholic Church nearby, which is extremely important to her

The tour, interview and onboarding process was a dream come true. Thankful for all of the engaging staff and management who always pick up the phone, reached and reach out when needed, and the calm family oriented overall vibe of the facility.

5 on all eight. It really was the best place regarding all of those especially for the cost. I like our maintenance guy, [name removed]. Very capable and quick to respond. Hit it off with him right away. Front desk girl [name removed], very sweet and helpful. [name removed] was our first contact. She was exceptionally patient and caring. And another one of the reasons we chose it is because of the friendliness of the residents. It seems friendliness attracts friendliness. Great place. Most of the dining room servers are exceptional as well.

The staff was very thorough and attentive during the move-in and orientation phase; and otherwise cheerful and upbeat during my moms short stay.

The staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful. The residents are a mixture. Some have little contact as they are in not very social or have advancing dementia. The majority of residents are quite social and have been very friendly and open to new folks. I don't require any assistance but most people do. What I have seen indicates people have good care. The aides are extended family. I think the administrative staff listens to resident's concerns and acts on them. They have remained very welcoming to everyone. The food is usually excellent. My only complaint has been that they run out of some items for a few days or during the later seating. They are looking for a restaurant manager who will address these problems. [name removed] does a wonderful job with arranging exercise, concerts, holiday and event activities, movies and games. We even had a senior prom recently with a group of high school kids in our Activities room! Some of us got out on the floor and danced. I'm a night owl and the only thing scheduled after dinner is a movie. Most residents go back to their rooms and either watch a little TV, read or go to bed, so I do understand. It's a lot of money but it's in line with many of the other places. It's small enough that you do get to know your neighbors.

Atria provided a safe and caring place. My sister did not understand the amount need to just "buy in" to the ALF. Marketing could have been clearer. Nevertheless this was the best place for her. Having your staff put up anything on the walls and allowing to personalize the rooms gave her a sense of her home as her husband would not allow her to come home.

The activities and family oriented staff. Also the on-site medical staff is top-notch!!!

The Village Green is a wonderful facility. Our overall experience has been positive. The cleanliness of the facility from 1 to 10 I would say is a 10. The staff is friendly. The quality of care is good and when there is a problem, they address it immediately. administrative staff is attentive to residents needs. The quality of the food 1 to 10 I would say is usually a 6, occasionally there is an outstanding meal or two. The residents do have monthly meetings with the chef, and they have the opportunity to express their concerns and improvements have been made in the time that my mother has lived at the facility. The activities are varied and nonstop. My mother grows tomatoes and plants outside in the courtyard. There are offsite trips. There's a movie theater. There are games around the clock. There is the upstairs library there is plenty to do. The recreational staff is very creative. They decorate and celebrate all holidays. There is a very warm family feeling at this facility. It is pet friendly. The staff and administration encourages friendships among the residence. Family members are always welcome. It's hard to assess Value because it is very expensive and it is sad that my mother and father had to work their entire life and then had to sell their home to pay for their healthcare. The base rent of my mother's 405 ft.² unit which is one of only four in the facility with a separate living room bedroom bathroom is [price removed] a month. They then assess your level of medical need and that runs an additional $[removed] a month.

Wonderful to have the availability of golf carts driven by friendly staff to take residents to/from dining hall, activity center, and residences throughout the year. Wait staff at dining hall friendly and helpful. Activity staff friendly, patient

Staff very friendly and kind. Pricing, and apartment size stuck out over other places.

5 for all the above!! Atria west 86 is exceptional. Any problems are addressed immediately. Super friendly and accommodating. Nursing staff is fantastic as well as all the other staff.

My 94 year old mom had lived alone in a large apartment for more than 12 years. We tried to reason with her and talk her into assisted living for both her well being and our peace of mind about what was surely best for her. My brother works in the field of "Elder Care" and an associate of his recommended Atria to us for mom. My brother and sister in law told me that whatever I saw and decided on, they backed me up 100%. My wife and I went to Atria for a visit with [name removed] who gave us a tour and introduced us to several of her colleagues patiently answered all of our questions. We signed mom up on the spot. The residents were exceptionally friendly and happy and we know right there and then that we had found just the right place for our mom. At first she was angry with us that we didn't discuss this major with her, but I knew without a doubt that once she settled in she'd tell me "I wish I had made this move years ago. I love everything about Atria! Thanks!

First, from the minute, we walked in we talked about a plan, and everything Greg mentioned came to fruition. Our main concern was that our mom would put up a battle to go back to her home, which proved to be unsafe for her at this stage in her life. After 2 to 3 months, she stopped talking about wanting to go home, which was typical [name removed] said. I’m happy to say many months later, my mom now calls Atria “home”! Can’t say enough about staff, they have been delightful and [name removed]has been super helpful on many occasions. [name removed]l has an excellent staff and runs a beautiful facility. My sister and I are at peace!
