Atria Draper Place has been a truly special home for my grandmother. From the moment she moved in, the staff made her feel welcomed, cared for, and valued. The environment is warm and inviting, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about each resident. She loves the daily activities and events—they keep her engaged, social, and happy. Whether it's art classes, music performances, or games, there's always something fun happening. The dining experience is another highlight—she often tells us how much she enjoys the lovely staff who serve them. One of the things I appreciate most is the peace of mind it gives our family. We know she is safe, comfortable, and surrounded by people who treat her with kindness and respect. The team is responsive, professional, and incredibly compassionate. Atria Draper Place has brought so much joy and stability to my grandmother’s life. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful community for her.

The friendliness gets a 5+. Overall a very welcoming environment . The staff and the residents are so friendly, helpful, encouraging, supportive and kind. It started to feel like home in a short period of time.

This review is long overdue, but comes from the heart. In February, my mother spent a respite stay at Atria Aquidneck Place following a difficult accident. She had sustained multiple injuries - a broken and casted hand, fractured ribs, and a fractured pelvis - and was discharged from rehab sooner than expected. With her home more than an hour away from me in Portsmouth and concerns about her ability to cook, dress, or bathe safely on her own, I needed to find a safe, supportive place nearby - and Atria Aquidneck Place truly delivered. From the moment she arrived, she was embraced with warmth and care. [name removed] and [name removed] were incredibly welcoming - [name removed] even went above and beyond by personally furnishing and decorating a room for her, creating a space that felt like home. The entire team, from nursing and med techs to dining staff and front desk personnel, treated my mom with compassion, respect, and attentiveness. A special thanks goes to [name removed], the activities director, who helped her stay engaged with a wide array of fun and uplifting activities that brought her joy during her recovery. I can’t express enough gratitude to everyone at Atria for their kindness, professionalism, and the peace of mind they gave me during a stressful time. My mother still talks about how comfortable and cared for she felt - and when the time comes for her to make a permanent move, she has already said she wants to return to Atria Aquidneck Place. Great place to live. The people that work here go out of there way to help you no matter. The young lady that is in charge is constantly trying to make everyone pleased and she certainly does

They went out of the way for us. The staff are wonderful and the care was superb! They kept in touch with me all the time, whether by phone or when I stopped by! I highly recommend Larson Place for family members!

The people here are so nice. I am staying for a vacation. I don't want to leave and can't wait to come back in the winter.

The decision to move a parent out of their home -it's one of the hardest things for them and you. Touring Atria with mom was a wonderful experience and after bringing mom there was one of the best choices for the both of us. The facility is a beautiful place and the staff....AMAZING!! There's always a learning curve for both mom and family but the staff has been extremely friendly and caring and helps us through every step guiding us along the way. From the moment you walk through the doors everyone is so friendly from the residents to those work in the front desk from Food Services and housekeeping and the management staff . I cannot say enough good things about [name removed]! Anytime I have any questions or concerns I'm able to reach out to her quickly and get any questions answered and any services resolved. It's comforting to know Mom gets socialization, quality meals , has less risk for falling has her medicine taking care of by a staff that treats everyone as family! TY ATRIA!

I can't say enough about the warm and friendly staff at Atria Maplewood Place! From the moment my aunt moved in last month, she felt welcomed and cared for. [name removed], in particular, was incredibly professional and made the transition smooth and comforting for our family. His attention to detail and genuine kindness truly stood out. The overall atmosphere is supportive and nurturing, making it a wonderful place for residents. Highly recommend Atria Maplewood Place for anyone seeking a caring community!

The director there went beyond the call of duty when moving my friend in there. Apt was spotless. Friendly staff.. very good food ... concierge service/transportation always available, many planned activities, monthly rent more affordable than former place (the Madison, in Alton, which I heard has a new owner and name). My friend passed away shortly after celebrating his 100th day.

Very friendly staff and residents. So many activities - there is something for everyone. Lots of good choices on the menu for all meals. Communication and helpfulness from staff to family when parents have a medical issue.

What stood out the most was the Caring attentive staff, a lot of different activities, support for residents to request and guide activities and positive changes in procedures, welcoming to family and friends visiting, friendly community members, free community shuttles

Everyone is very kind. My mom is very content there. And it is nice to know she is being taken care of. All is good the place is great.

I've been visiting this facility every week to visit my friend [name removed] and it's a great place to be.. My friend is very happy with her apartment, her care, and the food. I highly recommend this facility.

Staff is very good & always understanding & helpful. The mgmt team could be a bit more responsive more quickly. Takes too much time to get them to reply or help with situations

The staff on the floor and in the dining g room are always smiling and friendly. They are on top of medications and needed supplies for residents, communicating often.

My mom has been at Atria for about a month now and so far a very positive experience. The staff is very caring and attentive. I feel my mom is being well taken care of. The facility is well maintained and there is a great variety of entertainment and wellness activities. The only issue is inconsistencies in the food. Some meals are great while there are days when items are overcooked or served cold. They’ve recently made some changes to the dining options so they may just need some time to work things out and to train staff. I would still recommend Atria over and above other facilities in town.

It is a very welcoming environment. Staff are encouraged to get to know residents by their first names always being respectful. It is well worth the money.

[name removed] was great in showing me all of the amenities. Room and courtyards are very nice!! Dining room is really nice and the chef even greeted me. There are a lot of activities too. Golf cart service to and from dining room if needed also.

Our mother lived in Atria Assisted Living in Camarillo over twenty years ago.  I'm glad to report that the same caring atmosphere still exists. We have spent the last several weeks looking into a place for our sister and her husband. With the very caring  help of [name removed], Community Sales Director, over many days we thought, once again we had found the perfect spot.  [name removed] was so patient and informative, and the residents were so warm and friendly.  However our brother-in law developed cold feet, which I'm sure is not unusual.  When I informed [name removed] their move in would need to be postponed, he showed sincere concern for their welfare. [name removed] and Atria have our highest recommendation.
