I'd give Atria higher if I could. First two weeks and my Mom is very happy. The care team and all staff have been fabulous! Very thankful for her to be able to call this place home. Would recommend anyone in Reno to check Atria out before choosing a place for a loved one. The staff is amazing! From the care team, to the dinning staff, to [name removed] the maintenance director, and the onboarding staff. Everyone is truly caring for my Mom and that gives me peace of mind

Everyone that works there is so helpful and friendly. One of the things I love about the facility is all the activities are in one section of the building. Also they have a lot of activities to choose from.

It was fantastic, Definitely recommend.

This place is best suited for those who are mostly independent, but may need some help now or in the future. There is not much to do after 6pm, so not as great for "night owls".

I just wanted to say I am extremely happy where I'm at I have a kind of a social connection that I didn't have in Los Angeles. I have a great apartment more than enough space and I'm quite satisfied. The other place that you showed me was just what I left I only had to look at one picture and decline even though it was 8 or $[removed] less expensive Thank you A place for Mom

My mother is adjusting nicely and making friends. It takes time. The staff helped her get comfortable and guided her. Originally she needed a higher level of care due to a fall but, true to their word, she was reassessed and care level lowered, therefore cost also lowered. Everyone has been very nice, very helpful. Activities are good. The residents love when there is live music event. Everyone is so happy and clapping during these events. Food is above average and there is a very good selection.

Atria was one of several places we looked at before deciding on a community for our Mom. It was our top choice. It wasn't the newest or the most posh, but it was definitely the best fit. The Atria team was warm and welcoming, the residents were friendly, the rooms and hallways were immaculate and well-furnished, and we especially liked the philosophy of encouraging residents to maintain as much independence as possible. [name removed] , the Executive Director, is. exceptional. Her enthusiasm, authenticity, and follow-through were a huge factor in our decision-making. We felt like Mom mattered to [name removed] and the rest of the team. This was true throughout our deliberation, during the move-in process and is evident now with the attention that she gets every day. It was one of the most important decisions we will ever have to make as a family. Feeling confident that it was the right one for Mom was worth every second of our search.

Staff are professional and friendly. Residents are warm and inviting. Facilities are well maintained and clean. The grounds are pleasantly landscaped and consistently maintained. Feels like true apartment living. Residents can be social and join in the activities. Residents can have privacy and seclude themselves when desired. Family members of residents are made to feel welcome and are often invited to social activities. My family member is happy and thriving here.

I had my hip replaced and due to challenges at home(stairs , shower access Etc) I decided to stay at Atria Stamford for a few weeks until I recovered sufficiently to manage at home. The room was beautiful, clean comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming and so accommodating. When I graduated from the Walker to Cane the staff all took note and cheered me on. The Driver made my appointments easy to access and had tips on navigating with a walker and cane! Cleaning team and aides were warm, helpful and very experienced! The other residents were so encouraging and conversations over meals were great fun with a wonderful group of folks with varied and interesting life experiences. This is my second joint replacement so I was very aware of the challenges of recovering at home while living alone . I believe I recovered faster and certainly everything was much easier than my first joint replacement. If I ever need another I’ll be back to Atria Stamford! The experience was truly great.

The Atria is a wonderful place to live. The director is excellent. She responds quickly to issues that arise.

The bad that stood out is that they are understaffed, so quality of hygiene is not good sometimes.

The staff is friendly or professional nice cafeteria the place has independent care assisted living care, memory care. Has a bus that can take you to church the bank and stores lots of activities

The staff there is wonderful. I would say my mother into law is thriving there. I would recommend. I would add we are very happy with Atria. My "mil" says the food is very good. And the rooms/building is always clean. It seems they have quite a few long term employees, which I think says a lot about the company.

I feel like it was like most homes- my husband was in one for a week they were similar- the staff were informing me of anything needed- I felt they were kind and caring - I would have left him longer but the price is way above anything I could afford- the problem being I make too much for government assistance but not enough to afford.

Folks very friendly. Really liked the staff. I think everything else was great....food, clean, dining from what I could tell. Negative- elevator... one and very slow. There were some miscommunications early on about my Dad and meds, him noncompliance. That was not all on them as he was deteriorating rapidly. Would recommend them. It is not fancy but reasonable size meant you knew folks working and that they cared. Smaller community gives it a more personal feel. The staff works to keeps residents active.

Family oriented, staff is kind and considerate. Lots of activities. My Mom loves it there!

My MIL absolutely loved living there! I do know that all the staff was very nice! They were not impressed with the food and it was very expensive, unfortunately...

All the time that she was there only once I had a problem with the front desk.. The people there were wonderful. They kept my aunt busy and happy. They also made the last year of her life very enjoyable and happy. I know that she was safe and happy. It took a lot of worries off my mind. Any time she got a cut or bruise, we were notified. I love that place and would tell anybody about it. Also thank you for helping us find this place for my aunt

All of the staff is welcoming and they seem to know all the residents by name and truly care about their well being. The front receptionists are very welcoming and kind. The med team sends messages when prescriptions are running low, and J.R. in maintenance goes above and beyond to assist residents when needed. My mom appreciates the chef as well. the beautiful well kept grounds....the fountain and back patio is part of my mom's daily routine.

Atria has been great. My aunt passed away after living there only a month but my other loved one is still there. He moved into a smaller unit after my aunt died and Atria was so good about it and so helpful and supportive. He loves it there! We are so grateful that he is in such a good place. The staff takes such great care of him. When we take him out for dinner or a family event he's always happy to go back "home". That means a lot. I would highly recommend Atria to any family looking for a good home. It's a great community. He enjoys the food and the activities. He loves the BBQs and sitting outside. They maintain the grounds beautifully. The residents are very friendly. It's a great place.
