As you can tell, we're quite happy with Atria. Mom's setting in well. Everyone is lovely and they always make a point of addressing my mother by name. The activities staff is especially good about getting her to join in.

Very helpful and knowledgeable of places and policies. I also loved their ability to set up appointments for viewing.

'[name removed]' (sorry I don't have her correct full name) at Atria SHC has been a most valuable resource for me as a link to my wife's medical care. She and her staff have navigated the Medicare coverage waters that are so confusing to me and probably to others.

From the initial tour to successive tours the staff ([name removed]) was very helpful and never pushed for a decision. Everything was fully explained and when it came to decision time the follow through was mostly seamless.

I have not tried the food. My wife says it's fine. Very high quality staff. Yes, we would recommend Atria Westchase to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff from the administrative offices to the security staff EVERYONE was empathetic and caring. We had a rough time with my mom's health from the beginning, she never was 100% when she arrived. My mom unfortunately passed about 1 month from the residency at Atria. I was a little surprised when learning about her death the family didn't receive a card or a call. But I guess residents must not pass at Atria.

The food is good, the rooms are good with a balcony. The facility is next to a beautiful park which I love walking to. The staff is really good, caring and really take care of you. Activities are good with a great variety for everyone.

My mom loves Atria and so do I! The workers and residents are so sweet! I'm so happy that my mom enjoys the people, Chef made food, and fun activities throughout the day and night! Such a clean place and well designed. My favorite part is the weekly live entertainment! I love joining my mom in her activities whenever I visit. I feel so good knowing that my mom is being taken care of very well and she's very happy! From physical activities to mental activities to challenge the mind. To just pure fun! Peace of mind for me. Safe and happy for my mom!

I would recommend atria to others. Their service is outstanding. The staff there go above and beyond to help the residents. The place is always very clean and cheerfully decorated of all the places we toured. Their dining room offered the best menu. Also, they have a wide variety of services and activities that they offer.

I suggest seeing [name removed].. she is amazing. Goes out of her way to make you comfortable , seeing to every detail. It's a beautiful place and everyone is very friendly !!

The care staff was very compassionate, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. They were quick to respond in urgent situations. The facility always seemed to have a cheerful atmosphere.

I think that even after you choose an assisted living facility, and you think you've asked all the right questions and made the right decisions, you're still a little bit nervous when it comes time to actually move your loved one in. It's such a huge adjustment not only for them but for all of the family. Since my mom has been at Atria Maplewood Place, all of our fears were laid to rest. They welcomed her into her new suite. With a big welcome poster on her door signed by lots of the staff., a fantastic surprise. The staff is all warm and friendly, eager to help with no end to their patients. The food is amazing! No bad odors and it's always clean. I don't regret this decision for one moment and my mom is so happy to be at a wonderful place that feels like family.

The first time I visited Atria Maplewood Place I knew right away that I had found Mom's new home. It wasn't just lovely; it was in the style of what my Mom's generation siphon consider homey and comfortable. From the initial greeting at the front desk through my low-pressure tour (where I actually ran across residents that were old friends!) and ending with a relaxed Q & A that made my questions seem important, not pesky, it was a wonderful time. The individual living spaces were beautifully appointed, and the whole place was so clean! I knew my Mom would love it there and I think anyone looking for "A Place For Mom" should check out Atria Maplewood Place.

Dad was a bit hesitant at first, but as soon as we talked him in to a trial run, he immediately couldn't say enough good things about it. He enjoys having people around to interact with, raves about the food and the staff are all lovely caring individuals. He especially enjoys when they have live entertainment. They also offer a lot of different activities throughout every day. Can't say enough about this place!

Families should visit your facility and talk to the people living there. I would recommend to others.

This is the best living place for Senior Citizens. All staff is trained and wonderful. Very beautiful and clean place. All employees are great people. Very respectful and friendly people.

Of all the facilities we visited, this was my sister's favorite. A place for mom is the best way to begin the search for the best living place for your loved one.

A most excellent staff! Professional but yet caring, sincere people that I have observed myself. Every Tuesday, I visit my friend [name removed] & I am amazed how the staff is sooooo positive, gracious in their mannerisms from the Director ([name removed] ), [name removed] , [name removed] , [name removed] , [name removed] , the young people that work the front desk - [name removed] , [name removed] , [name removed] , [name removed] , kitchen staff like [name removed] , [name removed] , [name removed] , the housekeeping staff & for what I have observed, the residents. It's a happy place, I almost wish I was living there! I am sooooo grateful for the staff looking after my friend [name removed] . :>)

I would HIGHLY recommend Atria Hillcrest to any family that needs to find an assisted living community in California! My mom was fully independent until she started falling in July and landed in the hospital then skilled nursing. I am in Texas so it was a daunting task finding my mom a community that I could feel comfortable with. I started the search online, but then someone from the hospital referred me to Atria Hillcrest and I'm so glad they did. It wasn’t until I flew in and spent 2 weeks there to get her get settled that I realized how extraordinary it is. They have clearly built a culture of caring at this community from the moment you walk in the front door and are greeted by the team at the desk, to the lovely ladies who care for my mom, and everyone else in between. Everyone went well above what I expected, and it was everything I prayed for. It is evident that they have a GENUINE love of what they do and for their residents. What an amazing gift!!!
