A 10% possible rent increase each year is a reason this is not a place to stay for an elongated period of time.

The Atria Rye Brook is terrific. My father is very happy there and has made many friends, and he enjoys many activities and keeps busy. He likes the food very much and the variety, as well as how flexible and accommodating the kitchen is - they’ll make anything he asks for (within reason). The staff are all very sweet, kind and patient - they seem to really enjoy what they do (even though the jobs can be frustrating at times I’m sure). We couldn’t be happier knowing that my father is happy and in such a great place.

The Atria staff have been great. Helpful and responsive. And the facility itself is clean and orderly. Definitely worth considering.

I truly enjoy living at the Atria Rye Brook. The activities are engaging, and I love when we go to Broadway Shows. The staff cares about all of us like we are their own families. The food is great and I have made a lot of friends. I highly recommend you live at the Atria in Ryebrook.

My overall experience has been positive. It a difficult transition and very personal experience. I think Atria is doing a very good job. You just wonder if you are doing the right thing. To me my Mom is getting great care.

I visited 4 facilities before I decided on Atria West 86th Street, and by far this facility was the best, most helpful, and dependable in their addressing all issues I raised before my loved one moved in. My loved one was quite demanding and often uncooperative, but the Staff was very understanding and went beyond typical responses to assure every detail of his stay was provided. Their prompt follow-up with me was re-assuring. I recommend this facility without reservation.

I have had the experience of being a resident twice at Atria Rye Brook. Both times were pleasant experiences. The facility works very diligently at making sure that the residents are well taken care of and supporting the feeling of each person being safe and secure---living each day in a "home away from home" as best as one can when it is evident that living alone is no longer a viable option. Atria does an outstanding job in the people they employ in meeting the needs of everyone calling Atria their place of residence. I have also enjoyed making new friends and I shall miss them. I am moving back to Florida to live with one of my sons. A decision that was not easy to be made. In closing I would not hesitate to return to Atria if my move to Florida doesn't meet my living needs.

The only concern that our mother-in-law had was that the elevator didn't work so she was worried about an evacuation if there was a fire.

It has been an amazing experience so far. All staff members are very warm, welcoming, helpful, caring and responsive. I definitely recommend. Facility is very well maintained.

From the moment we entered the Atria we were welcomed and greeted like we were family and made to feel comfortable, relaxed, and taken care of. The Atria living environment is equivalent to staying at a five star hotel and resort. The accommodations are welll maintained and kept up to date. They have an enormous amount of activities and special events for their residents to attend and look forward to participating in. I can’t say enough about [name removed] who assisted us from start to finish in touring the facility and making it a smooth transition for my loved one to become a part of their community. She is very enthusiastic, efficient, compassionate, caring, and always follows up and is available to answer any questions or concerns. She truly is a wonderful person and a valuable asset to the Atria. We look forward to starting a new adventure and life with our new family of friends at The Atria Tanglewood..

Staff is awesome, nurse and directors are all beyond helpful, loving, kind, empathetic, concerned the food is outstanding!!! I already have recommended Atria to many people.

The people here are very friendly and helpful in brining in a new resident with my cat. Maintenance team very responsive. Large daily menu options in a lovely dining room. Many daily activities. You can be as social as you like.

[name removed] was wonderful to work with. The facility was lovely and the dining experience was top notch. The staff was very caring. We were very grateful for the medical management of medications. There were varied activities and the apartment was quite nice.
