Cleanliness of common spaces was excellent. Staff seemed to do a very good job of cleaning my mother's apartment. When her move-in date was delayed by 3 days due to the flooring not being ready, the Executive Director profusely apologized and asked what he could do to make it right. My mother wanted a dinette table and chair and he bought it for her. My mother complained quite a bit about the food and the service in the dining room (limited and boring food choices, food arriving late and not hot, etc).

My wife and I are very happy that we put her father here. I haven't had much contact with the staff other than the director of admissions and she is amazing. She made sure all of my questions were answered and that everything for my in laws was good to go when they arrived. We went to view various homes and we liked this one the most because it seemed to be the most social one where residents interacted with each other. Newer more expensive communities seemed to be more solitary. Also the fact that it's only about 20 mins from us made us feel very comfy

In our particular case, the time required to sell my mother's home and move her into Atria took about one month. I was bringing car loads of belongings to the facility. By the second day the reception staff knew my name, knew my mothers apartment number, and would be on the intercom asking for her room to be unlocked as I was walking through the lobby. That kind of personal Connection with visitors was very impressive. Because I live in Southern California I am now only able to visit every 6 to 7 weeks. When I walk through the front door, I am greeted by name and that lets me know my mother is in a facility that cares.

Very responsive to questions from families and take great care with the residents.

The intake process fears so easy. [name removed] was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Also the rest of the staff are very nice. The physical buildings are very clean and the food while not exciting seems to be well made.

They are super helpful and kind. It's a family feeling.

The facility was very clean and the staff was great. The only reason we left was because mom wanted to be at home. We would definitely go back there if or when the time comes.

This facility and its leadership value compassion, empathy and deep concern for all their residents. They are organized and knowledgeable about interactions with hospice and hospital care. They provide a safe and loving environment for all residents.

My Mother has been a resident of Atria Newport, for quite some time. We both feel that Atria Newport has a very homey feel. Everyone is so kind and warm. The entertainment for special occasions, is fabulous. The buffets for holidays, are fabulous. The care is so comforting. My Mother has never felt as cared for and safe. We love that it is a pet friendly environment, with an outdoor area, that is safe for dogs to walk around. The quality of everything, from the accommodations to the food is top notch. I highly recommend Atria Newport.

Atria has been good for my Mom. Transition is still difficult so questioning staff and directors about helping with that would have been helpful. I would recommend to others.

I moved my Mother to this facility after losing my Father. At first, I was nervous having had to make the decision for her. We have been very happy with our decision!! My Mom has made many friends and is happy. The staff is also kind, caring and attentive.

The entire staff from administration to the kitchen are all very kind and patient. It is kept very clean and my neighbor has made friends and is very happy there.

Atria Newport Beach – Exceptional Care and Compassion? My dear friend of 55 years moved into Atria Newport Beach about two years ago, and I can say without hesitation that the care she has received has been nothing short of superb. From day one, the administration and staff have gone above and beyond to ensure she is not only well cared for, but also truly happy. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful, but what makes Atria exceptional is the people. Every member of the staff knows my friend by name and greets her with genuine warmth and kindness. Their attentiveness, compassion, and willingness to assist in any way have brought great peace of mind to me and immense joy to my friend.The dining experience at Atria is another highlight—it feels like dining in a gourmet restaurant. Meals are thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. They even go the extra mile to accommodate special food requests, making sure every detail is attended to with care.

The staff are wonderful! My mom has been a bit of a challenge and they have handled it beautifully. The food is good.. my mom loves it. The director gives great thought in assigning seats in the dining room to match people. Housekeeping not only do a good job with cleaning, changes linens and doing her laundry but are so kind. All staff have been so kind and respectful. The staff care not only about the residents but are so supportive of family as well. I highly recommend it

Village Green would be a 5 to each one. My mom was very very happy there. She felt at home and everyone that worked there she considered a friend, honestly. Even when her dementia worsened and she didn't remember them, they were so kind to her. I would show up often and they wouldn't know I was there and I never saw anyone treat her poorly. I'm so happy I found the Village Green because the time she spent there she was happy, she was well cared for and I would highly recommend!!!
