My friend has lived at Atria Newport Beach for over 2 years. It began with an invitation to stay at Atria for a vacation. She loved it so much that she never went home. Atria Newport Beach is styled like a 5 star resort with service to match. Each resident is a valued guest and they are treated with respect and genuine love. The food is delicious and the activities are top notch! The Atria Asst Director came to us a few months ago to voice concerns about the difficulty my friend was having living independently and that her increased dementia issues would be better served in their Memory Care facility next door. From that moment on Atria took care of everything from medical evaluation needed to qualify for Memory Care to facilitating the move itself. While we had lunch, all of her furniture and belongings were moved to the new building and set up so that it looked as much like her old apartment as possible. In my search for an appropriate assisted living facility, for my mother, I never felt like another potential "resident income". There was great compassion and awareness as to the potential needs of my 87 yr old mother. And there was honesty as to what I could expect, and what would not be available to us. They suggested that we do a "respit care" stay...a one month residency, inorder for my mom to witness, first hand, her appreciation and comfort within the community. I was also impressed with my personal tour, both [name removed], and [name removed] introduced me, by name, to staff and residents alike.

Staff is caring and friendly. I would recommend to others.

My mother hasn't actually moved in yet, so I'm not sure how helpful my responses will be. Thus far, our experience with everything is a 5,. We chose the community for several reasons. At the most pragmatic, it's close to where I live. And it has the easiest access to a smoking area out, which was my mother's primary concern. More generally, the residents seemed positive and happy. Everything was very clean and the apartments are lovely and spacious. All the right safety measures are in place. I like the model of her being able to stay in the same apartment even as she begins to need more care.

What we like the most about Atria Plainview is the Very friendly staff! Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

We selected this facility because their minimum respite stay was only 21 days. My wife thought the stay was wonderful. Her room was very nice, the food was good, the staff very friendly, and she enjoyed the many activities offered.

The staff is wonderful. Very responsive and helpful always. My husband is very happy at the facility and is making new friends.

My husband just returned from a 2 week Respite visit at Atria Evergreen Valley. This was his first experience in a Memory Care facility, and fortunately it went very well. I was most impressed by the staff, their close attention to the residents, and excellent care. The food was tasty and healthy, well appreciated by my husband.

The location of these senior apartments is outside of the hustle of living directly in town. Lots of trees all around and sometimes you see a young deer pass by the fenced back yard. It’s very peaceful and restful. But I do know the facility has many good places to go shopping, ie. Nordstroms, TJ Max and Homegoods, Whole Foods and many restaurants nearby. Plus many more activities: Yoga, Tai Chi and other exercises. And all the time you can have to relax due to not cleaning and cooking. It’s a very nice location not in the middle of the city. The rooms are very clean and well taken care of. It’s a very pleasant place to be.

Her experience has been very good. They are supportive and responsive. The facility is maintained in a very clean and safe state. They welcome and encourage feedback and inclusion. Meals and activities are diverse and well planned. Nice all I would say that the director [name removed] deserves a lot of credit fur the quality service and environment. He is a very effective leader and caring advocate fur residents and employees. Everyone seems happy there.

Staff is attentive, caring, and professional therapeutic recreation is doing a great job offering a variety of program.

I would give a 5 in all categories. I'm very happy with the quality of care. Staff is trained in how to de-escalate situations. Very important when dealing with dementia patients. Residents are treated with care and respect.

When I was looking for a place for my wife it needed to feel great. Not only is she doing well but living good. The memory care staff, programing and all around feel is outstanding.

The people who live and work here are friendly and nice. We have many things to do, if you want. The food is good. Life is good here.

I moved from another community and couldn't be happier. I have an amazing apartment with a wonderful view. New friends, great food and lot of fun. I am living my best life.

A 5-star rating and my reason is because there are staff members of that awesome place that knows their job on how to care for the residents. I'm on a limited income and a 56-year-old Woonsocket resident and was born and raised on [removed]. I expect to be one of these days taken in as a request to a one-bedroom unit and my United Health Care with Medicaid of RI to help with the rental payment. I only get a minimum of under [price removed] a month for a disability check and apparently won't be able to afford to pay the full rent. It's a sad story and I intend to what it takes to get help from every catholic church i I need to.

We were helping a family member choose an assisted living community earlier this spring, and the staff at Atria Valley View made the process so much easier and more comforting than we could have imagined. From the front desk to dining, maintenance, and medicine management, everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Our tour felt truly personalized, and it was clear that [name removed]cared about making sure [name removed]. felt comfortable and confident in her choice. After moving in, [name removed] shared that [name removed] kindness and authenticity made a big difference in her decision. Atria Valley View is nestled in a beautiful natural setting, with a lively and engaged community. We really appreciated the thoughtful balance between social activities and the ability to enjoy peaceful, private time.
