The quality of this community is very high, and it's correspondingly very expensive. I would recommend. The staff is very good. They know and care about the residents. The residents are typical of center city Philadelphia senior citizens - very well educated and as active as they can continue to be.

I have lived here a year and I have had an amazing experience overall! The people at this community have been so welcoming and friendly to me. I am always recommending this community whenever I am out socially.

Hands Down one of the Best places to be Such a good environment ,always helpful people around to help you with any issue that comes your way. Lots of activities to do around here , & variety of food available for your breakfast lunch & dinner , staff really makes you feel special around here.

Probably 5 to all of them honestly! The staff is super friendly and attentive to any issues that come up, they're really communicative, the other residents that we've talked to really enjoy their time there as well and they have tons of activities, events, and holiday themed things every week to choose from. I wish my mother in law used more of the facilities but it's a great price point for the area and convenient location

I enjoy everything here at Atria Del Rey, especially crafts! I like the friendships I have made here. Getting together for meals, bingo and outings are the best times. The meal options are great, getting to pick from full meals or just soup is so good.

I am in the process of moving my brother into atria. [name removed] was my itintial contact. She was great and very helpful. Also, [name removed] at the reception Has been awesome As well. Pretty much everyone I have been in contact with has been great. We're moving my brother into atria on the [date removed].

Some good, some bad. The apt had not been cleaned as it was supposed to be prior to our move in and it smelled like smoke. They eventually cleaned it and have provided an ionizer that I will use in various rooms to get rid of the smell. It seems to be helping. Food is OK. But there are a lot of choices so can find something to eat. Need more choices of cooked vegetables. I have IBS so there are a lot of things I can't eat. Soups and desserts are very good. Would like more choices with less carbs and sugar. The staff are extremely nice and very accommodating. The residents are very friendly. If you want more information call me.

It's vibrant (meaning residents are out of their rooms and mingling with one another.) Staff is very friendly. Food is excellent.

We had our mom move in earlier this year and everything has worked out wonderful. She likes her studio space and has a nice patio for her little dog. The staff is very caring and because it is a smaller setting, they are able to keep a close eye on the residents. Very happy with out decision.

What was important to us was being one floor, lots of light (windows) and beautiful grounds. We toured 7 facilities in Tyler. Atria on Copeland was our first and we kept going back to it. The others were beautiful but there's only 1 other of the 7 that was 1 floor. Some others were newer and looked like 5 star hotels but it fit what we wanted for my mother perfectly. Every facility we visited was very nice, offered wonderful meals and had lots of activities. Atria on Copeland is a little smaller which gives it such a personal touch and the grounds and flowers are just beautiful! She has been there for almost 2 months and we are very happy.

It was a wonderful place. The staff was great. Wonderful accommodations. I would recommend to anyone.

My mom lives here at Atria. Everyone is very nice and the staff is really great. the food is good and the activities are awesome. the facility is clean. MY MOM IS VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF AMS I COME EVERYDAY TO SPEN TIME WITH MOM.

Turnover and interim positions; not great communication but it's getting better. Director was off for a little bit before our move in; not a lot of variety of activities; part time person is hired so hopefully will be better; some residents don't participate a lot, so low attendance, possibly due to repeated activities. We got a really good deal.

I have a family member who resides at Atria Maplewood. When I first visited the building I was very impressed with the decor and esthetic. It reminds me of a resort hotel. I visit pretty often and the staff is very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. They greet you by name and make you really feel welcomed and at home. There are great activities like exercise classes, "sip and paint" or arts and crafts, trivia, bingo, movie night etc, and it is always something different. There are also group outings planned throughout the month. They go to restaurants, stores, museums, beaches and even the casino! The way things are organized make it easy to engage with the other residents and make friends. I enjoy spending time there. I love the peace of mind that if there is any emergency someone is right there to attend to her and she has assistance available for her medications and personal care. I am very happy with the place!

Nothing I can think of. Staff is very cooperative and Hands On. Very willing to talk with us as any need arises. Facility has a very warm welcoming feeling.

Atria is a wonderful place to live. It gives you that "at home" feel and the staff and residents are very friendly. My husband and I reside at Atria Hometown. We highly recommend to come visit and join us for a meal or happy hour.

Atria At Hometown is a great community! The apartment is spacious, clean, and nice! The amenities (such as the movie theater, libary, pool, chapel, coffee, carts, etc.) are numerous and convenient. The transportation service is a real life-saver for those of us who can no longer drive. The meals are timely, nutritious, as and delicious. The housekeeping is a valuable service, especially for those of us with physical limitations. The staff is professional and helpful, and really care about their residents, and the residents are very friendly. I love it here, and reccomend to everyone 55 and over!

The staff here is wonderful, always kind and helpful. We truly enjoy living at Atria at the Arboretum and are grateful to call this community home. Great apartments, too. Thank you to everyone who makes it shine!

Living at Atria Hometown Independent living is a good home away from "home." Leaving a home Is a mental and physical adjustment, and I haven't regretted my decision to live at Atria. My husband and I have a beautiful apartment, and we have all in all so far enjoyed the experience of friendly people, beautiful grounds, great activities to engage, good food, and super staff.

The Executive Director and her team have been a blessing for Atria & the corp team. She brings stability and professionalism with her experience & style. She has put together a First Class team with her Sales Director, Maintenance and Culinary. Things run smoothly even when she is away. Thank you for putting her in this role! I would highly recommend this community.
