It's a clean, beautiful place. They offer a lot of activities. The staff are good overall. However, my loved one is not crazy about the food. She find is lacking in taste and variety, and they just serve things she would not normally eat.

Mom really liked Atria when she first saw it and it is in a very convenient location. The people have been fantastic and welcoming. The staff always let us know what is going on and call us with questions or concerns. They are quick to shut down if anyone has covid to keep residents as safe as possible and they send us an email immediately lettings us know that they are stopping visitations. They do provide some activities that my mom enjoys, but there is not enough to keep her out of her room most days. My issues have just been with the building itself, they do not have heat in the bathrooms and that has been a problem for my mom because if she showers or uses the restroom it is very cold in there. I wish they could find a way to warm up the bathrooms. They are very on top of the care and whenever she calls they are there sometimes in seconds, but it has been hard for her to adjust to not having much privacy. I would recommend them to others looking for assisted living.

When we toured the community compared to others in the area the building itself just brings in a lot of natural light. It has a very welcoming feel to it, it has just a setting that feels more alive and pleasant. It was a great first impression and the people we met just stood a notch above the residents. All of the staff are so friendly as well as the residents. Our loved one is getting involved with a lot of good activities and it has just been a great move for her.

I would recommend you look to see if it is a good fit for your loved one. It wasn't a good fit for mine. The care services were okay when my loved one was here. They seemed to be short staffed with the aides and nurses. The food was good. There were not many activities available for the residents. It is more for younger people and more for independent living. The community is clean and the maintenance is very good.

This is an excellent place for somebody that needs some care but there is a Kosher kitchen and a lot of their activities are for the Jewish community. The care services have been good; however, there has been a large turnover of staff. I'm waiting to see how the new staff works out, but the staff are very attentive to the residents needs. The administrators are very responsive to the family's questions and concerns. There are some challenges to those who aren't celebrating the Jewish faith during holy week for meals. There aren't as many choices as the residents are told there are. The food will sometimes arrive cold. Exercise classes, Tai Chi, field trips, book club, entertainers that come to the community and more are some of the activities available at the community.

The staff are very friendly and they do a good job keeping the community clean. Our friend [name removed] is really enjoying all of the meals and they have a great numbers of activities. In today's market the value is good and we would recommend the community to others. Now Atria Bell is an enormous building with a lot of residents so it did take our loved one longer then expected to adjust. It is not a knock on the community at all, but if your loved one likes more of a smaller and quieter they might have a harder time adjusting. The architecture on the building is beautiful and we like the gardens and pool they have.

I really appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the caliber of the staff - those two elements are very key when it comes to placing an elderly family member in assisted living. Residents need the social aspect as well to help with such a big life transition, perhaps moving out of their own home. These things make up for some of the things that might be a little below average. But overall, they're very accommodating.

Unfortunately our loved one was not able to stay here because they do not have the proper lift systems needed for our loved one, however the care and staff were wonderful. The food was also delicious.

The facility is lovely and well appointed. The staff friendly and well intentional. Occasionally the administration lacks follow through. Their orientation of new residents did not meet the expectations that they themselves established.

I think Atria San Juan is well located. The price is okay. The people are nice. They seem to have consistent activities. The facility works well for me overall - no complaints.

I really liked Atria Westchase. I liked the woman I spoke to on the tour. But the location was too far from me.

Atria Cranford have some good people on the administration level to assist the families. There are some caregivers that really care for the residents, and then there are others that just want to get out. They try and make it a pleasant experience for the residents as possible. The food is pretty good. Movies, piano entertainment, games, singing entertainment, floral arrangements, and more are some of the activities for the residents to stay engaged with in the community.

At times we do think their covid restrictions are pretty strict, but other than that everything has been pretty good. The community is very clean and our loved one so far is pretty happy with the meals and dining. He does not always participate in the activities but they have a full calendar every week along with bringing in a physical therapist. In comparison to other communities in the area, it is a good value.

This is a great place for a loved one. Our experience was during the lockdown period of the community. This made for a tough transition into the community for my loved one. The community has good choices of food available. Some of the activities that are offered are movies, exercise classes, walking club, and more for the residents to choose from.

Our family had an in person tour and this community is very nice and clean, and we had a great our with [name removed]. We have nothing negative to say about this community, we just felt this wasn't the place for our father.
