Our family had an in person tour and we were thrilled with our experience, it was great, but they just were not able to provide the care our loved one was going to be needing

We went with Atria North Point mostly because of the value for the money. The apartment sizes here are really good. The location is great, the staff are wonderful, overall I think it s a great facility and I would recommend them to others. The only downfall is the elevator is very small and a lot of people have walkers so you do have to wait a while. I wish it was bigger but I think that is just how it was built.

I was there for [dates removed] for respite care, and I would recommend the Atria community to families who are looking into respite care. All of the staff members were super friendly as well as the other residents living there. I did enjoy my stay, it was a very friendly and welcoming community. The food was good which was a plus and when it was time for activities they would give you a call or even come knock on your door to remind you

This is a good community and it is worth checking out for your loved one. I feel the staff pay a lot of attention to the residents. They have a lot of activities to keep the residents engaged. The staff are friendly and courtesy. They are good and quick to respond to our questions and concerns about our loved one. The apartment, transportation, all the meals, utilities, housekeeping, and changing of the linens is included in the monthly fee. Games, arts and crafts, memory, word games, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from.

I was driving by with my dad and we saw Rancho Mirage Terrace. We diced to see if we could do a quick tour. [name removed] was very kind and was able to tour us. She showed us the model room which was great. Dad isnt ready to make the move yet, but when he does he wants to come here!

I would be very thorough in questioning the information that you're given when they're selling you the place. They did a wonderful job and were very reassuring. But once they got our money and we were trying to navigate, it was like everybody dropped the ball, which was frustrating. I felt that nobody took responsibility when we had an issue financially. Most of the people were wonderful, but some of the upper staff were not as thorough. The apartment was very nice, and was very sufficient for my loved one's needs. The food could have used a bigger variety, especially of fruits and vegetables. I know that they lost a lot of staff during Covid, as did a lot of places, so I can't blame them for that. But waiting to be greeted let alone served took sometimes up to 25 minutes. I did like that it's a smaller, more intimate community (about 135 residents at the time). And the front desk staff and the IT guys were really lovely. I would recommend the community, but I would just be careful in getting all of the information.

Atria Santa Clarita's biggest drawback is their cost.

Living at Atria has been a joy. The staff call you by your first name, the med techs are quicks to answer your health questions. The exec director always has his door open so if you have a concern, start by talking to him. Atria offers plenty of activities. [name removed] always gives me my meds on time everyday and she seems happy

overall, Atria is well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful. my experience with [name removed] is that she is upbeat and fairly good at her job. she does a good job helping with my meds. she even gives me OJ! I enjoy interacting with her.

Atria Hometown was the most updated and beautiful facility out of the ones we looked at. They did have a ton of amenities provided but a lot of them my mom would not have utilized so she did not want to pay for things she was not using. They only had a ground floor apartment available and that also made me a little nervous.

I would make sure that you have a good understanding of the cost for this community and that it is all in writing once it is done. Overall this is a nice community and the staff were friendly and helpful. The nurse is very good and they just made sure that they were there for my loved ones needs. The staff also knew the residents by name and this stood out to me.

We chose Atria Willow Park because of the value for the money. The apartment sizes are on the smaller side compared to others we looked at. Overall things are going well so far and we would recommend them to others.
