My sister was in the memory care unit for about a year. Although she unfortunately was deteriorating slowly [name removed] and his staff never let her feel in any way less than equal to all the other residents. they would always take whatever time necessary to help her. As a family it is a terrible sickness to see your loved one go through but knowing she was in the best hands she could be in with [name removed] and his staff make it less stressful. Thank you [name removed] and ALL your staff.

I think it's the best senior living facility she could be in near me but she has complaints about the available activities and the crowded dining room. She doesn't complain about the quality of the food but I think it is not as good as other places she has lived. The dining room has limited hours so there's not a quiet time to eat there. And the exercise classes are too crowded, they should offer more of them. They only have pool exercise once a week. The apartments are nice and we are able to afford a larger apartment at Grand Oaks than at the other facilities we toured. So, I would tell someone that it's a nice place and I like the staff but it has drawbacks for a physically active resident. And other places have better food. All things considered, though, I think we made the right choice for our budget.

We chose Atria West 86 because it was super clean, the friendliness of all of the staff, and they were super accommodating during the move in process and we really appreciated that. When you walk in there was no bad smell at all. [name removed] took us around and all of the residents loved her. She sat down and talked to us for a while and you could tell that she really cared and still does to this day, she is very responsive if I ever reach out to her. It was an incredible first impression and experience and they helped us out so much. I would definitely recommend them to other families looking.

Overall, I had a good experience. We were happier with the decor, and this place seemed to be more up-to-date.

The administration there is terrific everyone is very involved and very present and based on our experience we would recommend the Atria Park of St. Joseph's to other families.

Make sure that you have a clear understanding of what their services provide and don't provide, and who to contact when you need to get something done. They don't give clear contacts in my opinion. And you have to keep on them for insurance coverage. As far as care, I think they're doing the best they can given Covid circumstances. I did have one issue where my loved one needed some Tylenol, and it took them two hours to get it to her because it wasn't on the doctor list. The facility seems pretty clean and is a very nice place. They're in the middle of remodeling, so they're working on making it even better. And they have pretty good pricing.

We had a nice tour experience with Atria Hertlin Place. The turn off for my loved ones was the fact that the apartments did not have washers and dryers inside of the units, they would have had to use a shared community laundry room and they did not like that.

My loved one needed more attention. They did not complain about the food. The value is good, compared to other places. It is clean, and the staff was very nice.

Toured prior to selecting where I am now, feel should have given more consideration to other places.

We had a good tour experience with Atria Marland Place. From what we could tell, the residents all looked to be well taken care of. For us it just came down to the locaiton.

We had a good tour experience with Atria Merrimack Place. Due to covid restrictions, we had to do the tour virtually so it was a little harder to get a good feel for what the facility was like. The location was also further for our family and we wanted to be able to visit often.

I love the facility, the food, the people etc. I have had a less than happy experience with the money. I'm trying to reconcile this.

I think oak ridge would be worth the money if a few issues were addressed. I loved the ambassador program - but maybe they can help promote or build up more activities. The experience was very good - they seem to be going through some administration transition so check on that - the staff is kind - make sure the transportation policy and availability is clear. For the cost of the facility, I would expect higher quality food.

It's a clean and good option for parents who would like to spend their final years in a place that cares for them around the clock. The center director is excellent. The food should be cooked on site since they have the facilities to do so. The processed food that's served isn't healthy for the the residents. However I understand that staffing and supply chain issues make this very challenging.

We liked the staff. The grounds are nice and the residents were able to walk around them. This was more than we wanted to spend after all the care fees were added.

Atria Forest Hills was a very nice facility and the staff were all very sweet and helpful. We found out we would not be able to afford it when we got there so they did not take me around on the tour. They told me some other places we could check out and helped guide us in the right direction and we appreciated that.

It was nice and they were great but my loved ones picked another place.
