The current Engage Life team is the best since the almost-five years I have been a resident here. The E.L. Director and Instructors care, and it shows. On Memorial Day, a heart-wrenching film was shown followed by one of the E.L. Instructors leading us to the “gallery” of photos of our own U.S. Veterans. Here, she read a very meaningful piece in remembrance of our Veterans. In fact, this year’s was the best memorialization of our Veterans yet. (There have been years when this special holiday has hardly been noticed.) Last week, the E.L. team pulled together (with the help of other staff) a warm gathering to memorialize two recently-deceased favorite pets of all the Residents here. A true-story film, with the Director beginning with a meaningful prayer for the animals. The team served refreshments throughout . Any “piece of this program would have been sufficient, but they went above and beyond and made it over-the-top special. Hats off to this hard-working crew.

We have been here 2 months and are very pleased with the whole community -staff, dining, other residents, and value.

The food is good, the activities are good and the aids are very nice

My complaint is that they don't come by the rooms to gather trash in the morning, like they are suppose to. My dad has his pee pads in the trash and it stinks up the room. Overall, they are a nice group of people. The other residents are so friendly. There are a few residents over 100 yrs old ,so Atria is doing something right! Good place and recommended.

This was a pretty community. The area wasn't as familiar for my loved one. The value was good for us.

My loved one is very happy here. The staff and residents are friendly. The staff communication is pretty good with the family. There have been times I have had to call multiple times to follow up for an answer; however, overall it is pretty good. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and there are choices to choose from. The community is willing to work with the resident on dietary restrictions, if the family pushes them.

Great location on Main Street in Patchogue. Restaurants and activities without driving. Just push the wheelchair up the street. Very important right now for my sister.

I do think that the move in process could have gone a little smoother but overall it has been a positive experience and we would recommend Atria Kew Gardens to others looking.

This is a good place and we have been happy with our experience with Atria. We find the price is reasonable for what we are getting. I would recommend Atria to others for their loved ones. The communication with the staff has been good. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices for the residents to choose from.

The staff in the kitchen are wonderful. Very attentive and fulfilling all my needs.The staff as a whole is always so friendly and caring and are always available to meet any needs I may have..

The community is nice and this is an older community, and has been around for 25 years. The community is more spread out on the campus with smaller buildings.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice high quality tour but it was just far to expensive for us

Atria Santa Clarita was alright. It was a nice facility. My loved one said she liked the food. Things seemed to be good at first. But then we had a significant issue - another family member was allowed to come and completely move her out of the facility even though I was the one who had placed her there. Atria did not notify me or anything. The man that I spoke with there said she's allowed to leave on her own. But she has a dementia diagnosis, so I don't think that's right. I asked for a refund for the time that was left that we had already paid for. He said he would call me back, but I haven't heard back from him.

I would tell others moving in to be prepared to for a total change in your life, it is very hard to prepare for. If you are going to be successful here though, you have to give it a chance.

Traditions of Hanover had seemingly more lively atmosphere in terms of younger population. Not really sure after just a short tour, but I liked the energy level there and the gardening and they were technically very savvy. Larger kitchens. Again, some of these differences were for my pleasure and my mother really needed to make the decision and she chose Atria. Also the food here at Atria not fabulous but some things pretty good. There are always alternatives e.g. grilled cheese. Qualified staff at all levels really excellent here. Lots of trees. Love that.

I've been very happy with Atria Seville. No complaints at all. The staff is very attentive.

The management team has always been super nice to us. The staff are very good to work with. I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. There is good privacy, and the family is able to bring our loved one's furniture with them. There is an extensive menu for the residents to choose from. The food is good for the most part. Entertainers, games, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from.

We had a really nice tour experience with Atria Westchase and liked the facility. For us the location was further and it was a bit more expensive than we were going to be able to afford.

The nursing staff at Atria has been great! My mom has had a tough transition ... Atria's assisted living is really more like independent living, so it would have helped to know that up front.
