This is a very friendly community and your loved one get good care here. There is a lot of comradery between the residents and a lot of open areas to be outside of your living area. They have activities like caroling and more but my loved one has not participated in much.

The main dining hall which is on the independent living side gets 5 out of 5 stars, their food is wonderful. On the assisted side which is where our loved one is, the meals are more so a hit or miss. Every time we look at the activities they always have a good variety, our loved one especially enjoys the exercises classes, and all the live entertainers they bring in.

This is a nice place but the food is less than to be desired. My loved one does not like the food and the choices throughout the day are limited and not like we were told they would be. My loved one expected to have more available options . The staff that I have interacted with in the community have been wonderful.

My mother was a longtime resident, most recently in Life Guidance (memory care). The current LG director, [name removed], provides strong direction and scrupulous care, offering creative enrichment, insight, and support that far exceeds his job duties. He is responsive to family members, clearly devoted to his residents, and resourceful in resolving any challenge. He and the aides know my mother well and tended to her every need. The nurse and PT were vigilant in monitoring her changing condition. The food and the facility are excellent. The executive directors were cold and unresponsive to messages, although they have navigated the Covid crisis admirably. Regarding my mother’s comfort and safety, the hands-on staff performed beautifully, especially during the terrible challenges of the pandemic. I could sleep well at night knowing that she was receiving the best possible care. I would wholeheartedly recommend Atria both for its assisted living community and for its specialized memory care.

We chose Atria Merrimack Place because of the overall appearance of the facility and they seemed to offer more and have more flexibility as well. There are difficulties dealing with covid outbreaks, so at times that makes things hard but they have done a really good job with it. The staff have all been super helpful and friendly. I would tell others to make a personal connection with the people in charge and it will be easier to get what you are looking for.

We chose Atria Grand Oaks because of the friendliness of the staff and the residents during the tour. Also we thought it provided the best value for the budget that we were on. The apartment sizes are on the smaller side, we have a 1 bedroom and had to make some accommodations before moving and are still getting used to it. I do think they should pay more attention on the nutritional value of the foods that are served. Overall we would recommend to others looking.

They do a lot with the activities to create a variety and make sure that all of the residents are able to be involved. I just recommended this community to a friend of mine and this is a lovely community. I have spoken to the residents that have been there longer than my loved ones and they are all happy. They have everything here that you could want and I like the medical care that is there. This is a lovely community that just went under renovation and looks a lot more new.

This community was good but it was just too far from where I wanted my loved one to be located.

Our family had an in person tour and the reason we did not consider it was the management clearly did not have a handle on things.

Atria El Camino Gardens was like a resort. They had three restaurants. The rooms were nice. I would feel like I was on vacation all the time. They people were very nice and personable. But the environment just wasn’t the right fit for our family member.

We had such a great first impression with Atria Park. Our loved one has a studio apartment on the 3rd floor that is just perfect for her. We like that everything she needs - dining hall and activities are on the 3rd floor so she does not have to navigate different floors. Right now due to covid the activities have pretty much just stopped, but based on our experience so far we would recommend the community to others.

The staff members in every way from the front desk, kitchen staff and the mangers are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The community is very well kept, there are pretty flowers outside, and our loved one is very proud to live there. The meals started out being delicious, but right now they have to be delivered to their rooms because of lockdown and it is kind of a big hit or miss.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was nice, the people were friendly but the community itself was just rundown and seemed old.

I do not have much to compare it to, but my mom is very happy here at Rancho Mirage Terrace. I think it is a great facility and I would recommend them to other families who are looking.

Our loved ones mental state has really improved since being there - she is kept very active which is a huge plus. When she was living at home by herself her mental state was in a rough place. The community is spotless, and she rarely complains about the meals and if there is something she does not like they will make her something else - very accommodating. However the billing has been the worst part so far, we feel a little taken advantage of. They are trying to raise the price and level of care for our loved one even though we know she does not need that level of care right now.

This was a lovely community, not the right fit, and felt compact for my loved one. This sits on a busy street.

We had a lovely tour with Atria. You walk in and it is beautiful and looks like a hotel, all the staff were super friendly. I had heard that they are understaffed which is why we went another direction.

After hearing horrid stories as well as fantastic promises from many Memory Care centers. I have been pleasantly surprised at how well my sister is being taken care of at Atria Capistrano. Although I live in the Midwest and can’t see things first hand, my sister always tells me how kind the care givers are to her. They also gave her phone nexst least once a week so that we can talk. It’s such a relief to have her so well taken care of.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the facility and loved the staff members, but what it came down to was the rooms. They were so tiny we thought our loved one would go crazy being cooped up.

We chose Atria mainly due to the convenient location for family, my sister lives very close by. They told us that all residents and staff are vaccinated which was very impressive to us, they have been great throughout the pandemic. I would recommend them to others looking.
