It's been a good experience overall. We've had a little bit of trouble with nursing and follow-up communication from them, mostly regarding medications. But I think it's a really friendly place, and they serve good food. And I like that it's clean.

From the day my mother moved into Atria everyone has been wonderful. The staff makes sure she has everything she needs, she’s made new friends, and she’s always saying how great the food is. We couldn’t have asked for a better transition for her going from living on her own to joining such a welcoming community.

My husband and I were viewing senior living communities in Stamford for our Uncle. We had the pleasure of touring Atria Stamford with one of their Sales Associates, [name removed]. [She] was so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She had such patience with us and all our (unending) questions! We thought we’d need to see at least 3 or 4 communities before making a choice, but Atria was so welcoming, it was an easy decision. We know our Uncle is in a safe, clean and fun environment. There is so much to do at Atria, and our Uncle is enjoying the food choices in their main dining room and their bistro. We are very thankful to [name removed] for helping us choose the best place for our Uncle.

Great on-site care. Wonderful life guidance director and engage life Director. The community has done a very commendable job during a terribly difficult time. However, Atria Senior Living is poor at communicating staff changes, particularly at the director and other senior levels, to residents and families. Transparency and responsiveness at the higher levels remains a serious problem.

I'm a new resident who moved in late November 2021. I feel that I'm finally acclimating to the routine of the facility. Several things that I like is that my room is being kept clean, food prepared, and activities planned each day. I just joined a Book Club which I enjoy. Overall, the experience has been good and I'm getting use to the community.

Atria Crossroads is a very friendly community with a clean environment. The staff are friendly. There are some things they weren't able to provide as far as care goes, but they do a good job overall.

The meals and dining service is sometimes a hit or a miss, but now that most of the covid restrictions have gone away there are so many activities going on during the day. I would recommend this community to other families after the families have done their own research.

This community was good and the tour was nice it was just not what we were looking for environment wise for our loved one. Also there was another community that just happen to outshine and take our attention.

I chose Atria Park because the price range was good, it is in a convenient location to my daughter, and just the beauty of the complex and all of the flowers. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and I am perfectly happy with the space. I do think they could improve on the food, it is not always hot when we get it since it comes from the other building. The residents are all very friendly and they are what make the place. Overall I would definitely recommend to others.

My loved had a short but good stay here. I liked the location. It seemed nice. There were always residents out talking to each other, and the staff was always up and walking around. They were very attentive to the residents. I did see bingo and other things going on most days when I was there to visit, and attendance looked pretty good as well. It was always easy to come and visit. Sometimes the parking lot was full, but there was plenty of parking nearby. Compared to the other places I looked at, it was a good value and very competitive.

They're very helpful and very personable, both to patients and to family members. They're helpful whenever you need assistance with medications or getting your loved one dressed or help with bathroom needs.

So far so good, I think it could use some updating on the inside. My loved one is a fabulous cook, so the food is not completely up to par for her, but it's adequate. Other than that, I think she's very happy there.

This community was really good and helpful. However, once you are in there you still have to keep up primary care because they do not take to Dr. appointments. Whenever I ask for something to be done it is done but I always have to ask for it first. There is a lack of communication.

They are very good with Mom. Communications always seem to an issue. We are not allowed into common/eating/sleeping areas still due to COVID so cannot rate that part.

I would highly recommend this community everything so far has been great here. They have activities like stretching, current events, trips to CVS, trips to stop and shop and more for the residents to do.

Our family had an in person tour and unfortunately the location was just to far away and the studio apartments were to small. Still the community was very clean and it was a really nice tour.

I have been residing in Atria West 86th for 2 years now, which seems like 10 years. My priority living in this community is my safety especially with my advanced age. I feel safe in this environment and the staff are truly helpful. I have met many wonderful residents and have close circle of friends whom plays Bridge with me 2-3 per week. I also have the privilege to sit with two gentlemen for meals. Overall, my experience has been pleasant thus far.

We chose Village Walk because they were able to give us the best price and it was also convenient to our house. We are not able to see much of the place at all because of the covid restriction that are in place, but from what I have been able to see. activities have been great and he has taken advantage of them. They are very creative, he is wheelchair bound and they have accommodated him. They have been communicative with us if there is anything we need to know. I have reached out a few times and sometimes it is really hard to get a hold of people. The most frustrating part has been the covid restrictions and not being able to go inside his room.
