I toured the facilities today and they looked good, I'll be waiting for your callback tomorrow afternoon, [removed], I might need memory care for my sister but you said someone would visit at the current home, room [removed].

Age related building issues have been a real inconvenience for all the residents. Mom was displaced to another room due to water issues from rain coming in under air unit. After that happened 3 times got another rm less cost. Fire suppression in ceiling developed leaks throughout and displaced several with Mom being one after leak in ceiling spraying her awake. That is fixed now whole roof being reinsulated. Major messes all around. Hope repairs slowing down. New Chef better too. Mom has made good friends and loves the almost too many activities. Mostly good feelings.

Food was hit and miss. The Atria El Camino Gardens community was nice and people were friendly and we have already recommended this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

We love the friendly staff, variety of activities and my Mom loves the food. She was enjoying Bridge for a while but unfortunately it isn't offered anymore.

All in all they do a good job. Of course some more then others. The activity staff are excellent . Unfortunately my mom does not participate even though they do try hard to get her involved. As in most places the menu selection could be better with more options. They do a great job food wise when they do special events. Cleaning in the rooms could be a little better

Expect imperfection and have patience when there are issues. I have recommended it to others.

No place is perfect the aides could have more direction on being patient and more respectful with the residents Most of the other staff was great receptionist and the person in charge of recreation. The head person in charge of the care spent too much time in her office instead of making sure the residents needs were being met The place was clean it was more affordable than most.

Staff is truly great, super nice and attentive and friendly - its probably their strength Recent price increase was disproportionate to inflation. Food is the biggest weakness - the need to fire the head of that operation as they are not competent - the quality of the meals would be quite good if they prepared them right but they don't know what they are doing so causes many meals for my Mom to be very disappointed. In other words the menu is strong the ingredients going in are quality its the outcomes - that means the people actually preparing the food improperly or poorly

In general, people are helpful, and aim to please. The food does seem to be improving, they need to have less salt in the soups. Everyone is lovely here. I feel that my mother is in good hands. The nursing staff especially are excellent. The communication from the staff has been great. I would highly recommend it here.

I was very much in an emotional state wondering if I was doing the right thing for my family member. After visiting and meeting the staff at Atria my emotions became under control. My family member seemed to be comfortable right away and the people at Atria made the "moving in" process seamless. I would recommend to anyone that is faced with this situation to give Atria a "look see". They have not disappointed at all.

The staff at Atria Carrollton is great. My parents don't care for the food. Other than that everything else is pretty standard.

It has been very warm and welcoming.

The rehab gym and PT on site personnel were fabulous. Could not have been better. Dining room and activities could be better run.

Lovely dining room, residents and staff are lovely. my family has enjoyed the food and community.

The food is a MAJOR issue for many of the residents. Portions are very small, menu options are often things my loved ones aren't familiar with, and food isn't very tasty.It was decent when then moved in but has been a steady decline since then...Residents have left due to rent increases. Besides large rent increases and bad food they LOVE Atria. Staff is caring and incredibly kind, the facility is well-loved & super clean, and the residents are a sweet batch!

I have been living her for over 3 years, and moved here from another Atria. The people are great - both staff and the people who live here. I enjoy playing bingo and love the lasagne dish. They keep the place clean.

I have been very impressed. All the people who work here have been very good. I feel comfortable here with the staff. I like the outdoors and enjoy all the different birds who visit the large backyard.

It's located in the Town of Patchogue. The staff are all friendly and helpful. There are plenty of activities, which is what pulled me in. There is a patio for nice days. Plenty of celebrations. I just discovered that I love to dance! In short, I'm very happy here. ASK PLENTY OF QUESTIONS. What is important to you? Speak to residents. Visit more than once.

Activity at the facility was less than represented before residency But staff and residents are kind and patient

We really like Atria. They were very helpful in making the transition for my Mother. After six months we're still very happy with the decision. No place is perfect, but my mother is happy, safe, and close to other family.
