My father was at the Atria for about two months. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There are a variety of social offerings for the residents. The food is quite good. As my father’s health declined, the staff made an effort to be accommodating, but at times they did not always respond to our concerns in a timely manner. In the end, my father needed more care than the Atria could provide. For those with less severe needs, the Atria is a great option.

If your looking at Senior Living for a family member consider the Atria Cutter Mill. The facility is clean, the staff are caring, kind, and very friendly. There are many activities for the residents to participate in, as well as entertainment. The Atria offers scheduled trips to go shopping, or to go out for lunch and even more. Meals are served in the dining room . There are many choices on the menu, and the food is good!! I could go on and on about the quality of the Atria .If you are interested please schedule a tour. You won't be disappointed. .

We think this was due to staffing issues. Based on our experience, we would recommend the Atria at Foster Square community to others.

My mil stayed at Atria Collwood for a two week stay. We needed some respite care because we were taking a trip and needed care for her. The caregivers were friendly and were able to get her to communicate with them. She enjoyed the meals and had a nice room.

Everyone I have met here has been top notch, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with. I was concerned that my sister would have a difficult time adjusting to assisted living with memory care, and was thrilled that she took to it pretty quickly at Atria. The family is very happy that she is at Atria and is happy and thriving.

Not all services offered are actually available. Lots of selling points when you sign up are a bit misleading but it's staffing problems mostly, which always makes you wonder if the people are well paid and how much focus is on profit.
